Svédországban és Spanyolországban tevékenykedő kábítószer-kereskedő banda tagjait vették őrizetbe, 750 kilogramm kannabiszt lefoglaltak, és egy beltéri marihuánaültetvényt felszámoltak a két érintett ország hatóságai – tájékoztatott az Európai Unió hágai székhelyű rendőrségi együttműködési szervezete, az Europol pénteken.
Az uniós szervezet jelentése szerint a bűnszövetkezet svéd állampolgárságú tagjai különböző legális árukat vásároltak, majd kamionokon más országokba exportáltak. Az exportált áruk arra szolgáltak, hogy a csomagoláson belül vagy az áru közé rejtve szállíthassák a kábítószert.
A svéd bűnüldöző hatóságok két ilyen szállítmányt azonosítottak februárban. Az egyik, Göteborgba tartó kamion 200 kilogramm, a másik, Stockholmba tartó jármű pedig 300 kilogramm kannabiszt szállított. Az akció a bűnszervezet hat tagjának előállításához vezetett Svédországban, majd egy hetedik gyanúsított előállításához Spanyolországban.
A folytatódó nyomozás során a hatóságok újabb kábítószer-szállítmányt fedeztek fel, amely további 250 kilogramm kannabisz és több mint 200 ezer euró készpénz, ékszerek, órák és elektronikus berendezések lefoglalásához vezetett.
Az akcióhoz kapcsolódó házkutatások során egy beltéri kannabiszültetvényt fedeztek fel Spanyolországban, és lefoglaltak 250 tő vadkendert. A spanyol és svéd hatóságok kábítószer-kereskedelemmel foglalkozó hálózatban való részvétel gyanúja miatt a csoport 14 tagját állították elő a két országban – tájékoztatott az uniós rendőrségi együttműködési szervezet.

A 33 éves férfit eladás közben vették őrizetbe, épp amfetamint adott át „ügyfelének”. A vásárlókkal többnyire otthonában beszél t meg találkozót. A hatóságok kiderítették az időpontot, és meg is jelentek a helyszínen, ahol lefoglalták a kábítószert és az ott talált készpénzt is.

A rendőrség nem közölte, hogy a szállítmány honnan érkezett.

Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) illegális droglaboratóriumokat leplezett le Csernyivciben, a szervezők nagy mennyiségben állítottak elő amfetamint. A kábítószer-kereskedők havi nyeresége átlagosan 1 millió hrivnya volt – írja a korrespondent.net a DBR sajtószolgálata nyomán.
A jelentés szerint nyolc ember vett részt az illegális tevékenységben: Bukovinában a kábítószert dílereken és úgynevezett „letéteken” keresztül, az ország más régióiban, köztük azokban, ahol harci cselekmények folynak, postai küldemények útján értékesítették.
„Az iroda munkatársai két kábítószer-laboratóriumra bukkantak az érintettek lakóhelyén, és házkutatást tartottak ott. Közel 4 000 adag amfetamint, több mint 40 liter és csaknem 50 kg különféle prekurzort foglaltak le. Több tucat kábítószer-előállító berendezést is lefoglaltak” – áll a jelentésben.
A csoport öt tagját leplezték le, egyiküket kábítószer értékesítése közben, a tetthelyen fogták el.

A beregszászi járási rendőrkapitánysághoz bejelentés érkezett egy helyi személlyel kapcsolatban, akiről azt állították, hogy kábítószert terjeszt a járás területén.

Az operatív csoport kiderítette, hogy hol lesz az eladás helyszíne, s ott tartóztatták le a 28 éves bűnözőt. A fiatalember növényi eredetű kábítószert adott el ügyfelének.
Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a tettesre hattól tíz évig terjedő szabadságvesztés, illetve vagyonelkobzás vár.

Drogkereskedelem miatt elítélték Genaro García Lunát, Mexikó egykori biztonsági főnökét, aki a drog elleni háború egyik arca volt. A BBC írja, hogy a volt biztonsági főnök milliós kenőpénzeket fogadott el a Sinaloa drogkartelltől. Lunát még 2019-ben kapták el Texasban, és azt állítja, hogy ártatlan. Akár 10 év börtönt is kaphat.
Az 54 éves férfi az egyik legmagasabb pozíciójú biztonsági főnök volt Mexikóban. 2006 és 2012 között közbiztonsági vezető volt, előtte pedig 2001-től 2006-ig a mexikói szövetségi nyomozóirodát vezette. A vád szerint aktatáskákba rejtve szállították neki a kenőpénzt a Sinaloa emberei.
Az ítélet precedensértékű lehet, ugyanis azt az üzenetet küldheti, hogy érdemes óvatosnak lennie a korrupt mexikói hatóságoknak, mert az Egyesült Államok még egy ilyen magas beosztású ember esetében is végigviszik az ügyet.
García Luna a kenőpénzért cserébe kulcsfontosságú információkat osztott meg a Sinaloa kartellel a rivális bűnbandákról, illetve mindig időben értesítette őket, ha rajtaütésre vagy rendőri akcióra kell számítani. A férfit egyébként egész Mexikóban a helyi drogellenes háború egyik arcaként ismerik, mint aki lefektette az alapjait a kartellek elleni hatósági munkának.
A korrupt biztonsági főnök bukását Joaquín „A Köpcös” Guzmán maffiafőnök amerikai elfogása indította el, ugyanis a tárgyalások során egy Sinaloa-kartelltag azt vallotta, hogy dollármilliókat vitt García Lunának, és ezt több, már letartóztatott szemtanú is alátámasztotta.

A spanyol hatóságok 4,5 tonna kokaint foglaltak le a Kanári-szigeteknél egy togói zászló alatt közlekedő teherhajón, amely Latin-Amerikából érkezett – jelentette be a spanyol rendőrség szombaton.
Elmondták, hogy több mint két éve figyelték az Orion V nevű hajót, melyet többször is átkutattak már, de eddig a „megfelelő bizonyítékok” ellenére nem sikerült a fedélzeten kábítószerre bukkanni. Az áttörést egy légi egység érte el január 24-én. A hajó élő állatokat szállított a Közel-Keletre, a kokaint pedig az állatok etetéséhez használt silókban rejtették el.
Az akcióban a hajó teljes, 28 fős legénységét őrizetbe vették. A spanyol bűnüldöző szervek mellett az amerikai kábítószer-ellenes hatóság (DEA), a togói rendőrség is részt vett.
Január közepén egy ugyanekkora és ugyanígy togói zászló alatt hajózó teherszállítón ugyanekkora mennyiségű kokaint találtak, szintén a Kanári-szigetek közelében. Így januárban a spanyol hatóságok összesen 9 tonna kokaint foglaltak le.
