Harkiv megyében a hatóságok úgy döntöttek, hogy megerősítik a járványellenes intézkedéseket a térségben, mivel 2022-ben a háború miatt nem lehetett veszettség ellen immunizálni az állatokat – közölte pénteken az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál a Harkiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció állami rendkívüli állatjárványellenes bizottságra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a hatóságok arról tájékoztattak, hogy 2023-ban 117 állati veszettséges esetet regisztráltak a régióban. Közel 70 %-ukat az ideiglenesen megszállt területeken vagy olyan zónákban találták, ahol aktív harcok folytak. Különösen kitett a járványnak Izjum és Csuhujiv körzete.
„Ez a helyzet a vadon élő ragadozók szájon át történő vakcinációjának és az állományuk ellenőrzésének lehetetlenségével függ össze az előző 2022-es évben” – áll aHarkiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció állami rendkívüli állatjárványellenes bizottság közleményében.

Az orosz erők szerdán két irányított légibombát lőttek ki Vilhuvatka falura Harkiv megye Kupiansk kerületében. A támadásnak civil áldozata is volt – közölték a helyi tisztviselők.
A támadás szerda kora délután történt. Az egyik bomba tüzet okozott egy helyi iskolában, és részben megsemmisítette azt – jelentette az Állami Katasztrófavédelmi Szolgálat. A mentők tájékoztatása szerint a tüzet közel három óra után sikerült eloltani – írja a The Kyi Independent.
A másik bomba a falu lakónegyedét érte, a robbanásban pedig egy 48 éves nő életét vesztette – közölte a szolgálat.
A támadásban egy bolt és legalább tíz ház megsérült. Vilkhuvatka kevesebb mint 10 kilométerre keletre fekszik az orosz határtól, és egyre jobban ki van téve a lehetséges támadásoknak, mióta Moszkva fokozta katonai műveleteit Kupianszk térségében, a város elfoglalásának reményében – figyelmeztetett az ukrán hadsereg.
Nem csak az oroszok támadtak: a védelmi minisztérium szerint az ukránok hét alkalommal is megpróbáltak áttörni a fronton Donyecknél, de minden rohamot sikerült visszaverniük. Állításuk szerint majdnem ezer ukrán katonát öltek meg a harcokban, illetve a Nyugatról kapott fegyvereket is megsemmisítették.

A rendőrök őrizetbe vették azt a 40 éves Harkiv megyei Sztanicsne községi lakost, aki a helyi boltban leöntött benzinnel és felgyújtott öt tinédzsert – jelentette az Interfax–Ukrajina hírügynökség.
„E tény nyomán a rendőrség krasznohradi járási osztályának nyomozói büntetőeljárást indítottak Ukrajna Büntető törvénykönyve 15. cikkelyének 2. pontja, 115. cikkelye 2. pontjának 1., 2. és 5. alpontja alapján (szándékos emberölés kísérlete). Folyamatban van a férfi meggyanúsítása és megelőző intézkedés foganatosítása letartóztatás formájában” – jelentette a Nemzeti Rendőrség Harkiv Megyei Főosztályának Kommunikációs Osztálya.
Az eset november 28-án délután történt. A helyi lakos ittas állapotban egy műanyag flakonból benzinnel öntötte le az öt 11 és 17 év közötti tinédzsert, majd felgyújtotta őket.
A tinédzsereket egészségügyi intézménybe szállították. Életük és egészségük nincs veszélyben.
Az eset helyszínén a rendőrök lefoglalták a palackot a gyúlékony anyaggal, valamint a sértettek felsőruházatát az égésnyomokkal..

Harkiv megyében egy Subaru Forester személygépkocsi vezetője elütött két katonát, és elmenekült a helyszínről. Az egyik áldozat a helyszínen, a másik a kórházban halt meg – jelentette a nemzeti rendőrség nyomán a korrespondent.net.
Tájékoztatásuk szerint a baleset még november 22-én este történt a Derhacsi–Zolocsiv országúton. A két katona, akiket a Subaru Forester elütött, egy parkoló Volkswagen Golf személygépkocsi mellett álltak. Ezt követően a balesetet okozó járművezető elmenekült a helyszínről, és nem részesítette elsősegélyben a sérülteket. Az egyik áldozat a helyszínen életét vesztette, a másikat súlyos sérülésekkel szállították kórházba. Néhány nappal később ő is belehalt sérüléseibe anélkül, hogy magához tért volna.
A rendfenntartók őrizetbe vették a Subaru Forester 29 éves vezetőjét, bár az több napig bujkált.
A férfit cserbenhagyással, valamint a közúti közlekedési vagy jármű-üzemeltetési szabályok megsértésével gyanúsították meg. A bíróság a gyanúsítottat akár 10 év szabadságvesztésre is ítélheti, a járművezetői engedélytől való megfosztással három évre.

Az ukrán hatóságok elrendelték csütörtökön a heves orosz tüzérségi csapások miatt a gyermekes családok kényszer-evakuálását Harkiv megye több településéről – írja az MTI.
Oleh Szinyehubov, a kelet-ukrajnai Harkiv megye kormányzója a Telegramon arról tájékoztatott, hogy az érintett hét településen – köztük az orosz erők által ostromlott Kupjanszkban – 275 gyermekről van tudomásuk.
Egy korábbi felhívásnak 89 gyerek, továbbá családjaik tettek eleget, és menekültek biztonságosabb régiókba.
Szinyehubov hangsúlyozta: a családoknak szállást biztosítanak, és nemzetközi segélyszervezetek támogatására is számíthatnak.
Egy hasonló kényszerintézkedést októberben a dél-ukrajnai Herszon frontvonalhoz közeli térségeiben is elrendeltek a Dnyipro folyó mentén. Az akkori hivatalos adatok szerint mintegy 800 gyermek volt érintett a kitelepítésben.
Az utóbbi hetekben az orosz csapatok súlyos tüzérségi és légicsapások mellett előretörtek a harkivi térség keleti részén az Oszkil folyó mentén. A frontvonal jelenleg mindössze hét kilométerre északkeletre húzódik Kupjanszktól.

Harkiv megyében a rendőrség őrizetbe vett egy részidős iskolai gondnokként dolgozó 83 éves férfit, akit azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy gyereklányokat zaklatott szexuálisan a turisztikai szakkör vezetőjeként – közölte szerdán az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál Szerhij Bolvinovra, a Nemzeti Rendőrség Harkiv megyei nyomozati főosztályának vezetőjére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Bolvinov elmondta: „Kiderült, hogy a gyanúsított 11 éves lányokat molesztált a tornateremben a tanórákon a 2021–2022-es tanév elején. Ezután a gyerekek nem voltak hajlandók a szakkörre menni. De a félelem és szégyenérzet miatt nem mondták el szüleiknek a valódi okokat. A történtekre csak akkor derült fény, amikor az egyik lány el merte mondani az anyjának.”
A kislány elmondta a rendőröknek, hogy az órákon a turisztikai szakkört vezető gondnok a kezével simogatta az intim testrészét. Mint jelezte, próbált ellenállni, kiszabadulni, de a gyanúsított mindig ezt tette, amikor túrafelszerelésbe öltöztette a gyerekeket, és segítségnek álcázta a szexuális molesztálást.
A lány osztálytársai is vallomást tettek. A turisztikai szakkör minden tagja állította, hogy a szakkörvezető szándékosan cselekedett. A gyerekek levették magukról a kezét, nyíltan jelezték, hogy ez kellemetlen számukra. A férfi azonban nem egyszer követett el ilyen szexuális molesztálást a hatodik osztályos lányokkal szemben, és kihasználta azt a tényt, hogy nincs más felnőtt a teremben – közölte Bolvinov.
„A legszörnyűbb az, hogy a líceum munkatársai, a szakkörvezetők, a tanárok kiálltak kollégájuk mellett, és a legjobb jellemzést adták róla. A nyomozók sokáig dolgoztak azon, hogy a gyerekszakkör vezetőjére bizonyítékokat gyűjtsenek. De végül sikerült elegendő bizonyítékot összegyűjtenünk, kiskorúak elleni szexuális erőszak gyanúja miatt már feljelentést is tettünk” – tette hozzá a főnyomozó.
A gyanúsítottra 15 év vagy életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztés vár, ha bűnössége bebizonyosodik. Jelenleg a nyomozási bíró döntése alapján 24 órás házi őrizetben van.
