A napokban a járőrrendőrség egy balesetről szóló bejelentést kapott a szolgálati táblagépre, amely személyi sérülés nélküli közlekedési balesetről szólt.
A helyszínre érkezve a rendőrök megállapították, hogy egy Honda sofőrje nekiütközött egy parkoló Mercedes járműnek.
A baleset következtében mindkét jármű megrongálódott, anyagi kár keletkezett.
A sofőrrel folytatott beszélgetés során a rendőrök alkoholos befolyásoltságra utaló jeleket észleltek. A gépkocsivezető azt állította, hogy az ütközés után fogyasztott alkoholt.
A történteket jegyzőkönyvbe vették, a járművezetőt adminisztratív felelősségre vonják.

Az eset Munkácson, a Prjasivszkij utcán történt. A járőrök bejelentést kaptak egy közúti balesetről. A helyszínre érkezve a megállapították, hogy a Skoda gépkocsi vezetője nem vette figyelembe az útviszonyokat, és összeütközött egy teherautóval.
Ezt követően a vétkes sofőr alkoholt kezdett fogyasztani, még mielőtt sor került volna az ittassági vizsgálatra. Az egészségügyi intézményben végzett teszt eredménye 2,58 ezrelék alkoholt mutatott a vérében, ami közel 13-szorosa a megengedett határértéknek.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a férfinak korábban bevonták a jogosítványát. Az ügyben további vizsgálatokat rendeltek el.

A rendőrök bejelentést kaptak egy közlekedési balesetről Ungvár külterületén. A helyszínre érkezve egy sofőr nélküli autót találtak.
A bejelentő elmondása alapján a rendőrök beazonosították a sofőrt, akit nem sokkal később meg is találtak. Kiderült, hogy ő okozta a balesetet, feltehetően ittasan.
Továbbá az is kiderült, hogy a férfi járművezetői engedély nélkül vezette az autót. A szabálysértés kapcsán több jegyzőkönyvet is felvettek: cserbenhagyásos baleset, ittas vezetés, valamint jogosítvány nélküli vezetés miatt.
A kiszabott bírságok összege meghaladja a 41 ezer hrivnyát.

Április 29-én a járőrszolgálat értesítést kapott egy balesetről a Bohomolec utcán, Ungváron.
A helyszínen a rendőrök megállapították, hogy a Daewoo vezetője nem tartotta be a biztonságos követési távolságot és a sebességet, ami miatt összeütközött egy Range Roverrel.
A balesetet okozó sofőrrel való beszélgetés közben a rendőrök észrevették, hogy a férfi alkoholos befolyásoltság alatt van, ezért azt ajánlották, hogy végezzen alkoholtesztet. A szonda 2,5 promille értéket mutatott, ami több mint 12-szerese a megengedett alkoholszintnek.
Az ügyben folynak a vizsgálatok.

Munkácson személyi sérülés nélküli közlekedési balesetről kaptak bejelentést a járőrök – számolt be a Kárpátalja hetilap online felülete.
A helyszínre érkező rendőrök megállapították, hogy a Land Rover sofőrje nem figyelt az útviszonyokra, s emiatt ütközött egy Mercedes busszal. Ezt követően a vétkes sofőr eltűnt. Az ütközés következtében mindkét jármű mechanikai sérülést szenvedett, de személyi sérülés nem történt.
A baleseti helyszínelés után a rendőrök folytatták a járőrözést, és megtalálták a Land Rovert és a sofőrt, aki a benzinkúton tartózkodott. A vele folytatott kommunikáció során kiderült, hogy ittas.
A szabálysértő ellen számos közigazgatási eljárás indult.

2025 eleje óta a megyei járőrszolgálat 245 gépjárművezetőt vont felelősségre, akik ittas állapotban vezettek.
A hatóság emlékeztet a közigazgatási szabálysértésekről szóló ukrán törvénykönyv cikkeire, amelyek az ittas vezetésre vonatkoznak:
- 1. cikk szerint: 17 000 hrivnya pénzbírság + 1 év járművezetéstől való eltiltás,
- 2. cikk szerint (ismételt elkövetés): 34 000 hrivnya pénzbírság + 3 év járművezetéstől való eltiltás + a jármű lefoglalásal (vagy enélkül), vagy 10 napos adminisztratív őrizet lefoglalással vagy anélkül,
- 3. cikk szerint (többszöri elkövetés): 51 000 hrivnya bírság + 10 év eltiltás és a jármű elkobzása, vagy 15 napos adminisztratív őrizet + 10 év járművezetéstől való eltiltás és elkobzás.
A rendőrség ismételten hangsúlyozza: az ittas vezetés súlyos szabálysértés, amely nemcsak az elkövetőre, hanem más közlekedők életére is veszélyt jelent.

Április 13-án, 20:15 körül a rendőrség bejelentést kapott az orvosoktól arról, hogy két kustánfalvai lakost kórházba szállítottak, akik sérüléseket szenvedtek egy közlekedési balesetben. A helyszínre a Munkácsi Járási Rendőrkapitányság 1-es számú nyomozó csoportja vonult ki.
A helyszíni vizsgálat során a rendőrök megállapították, hogy egy 17 éves helyi lakos pitbike-kal közlekedett, amikor összeütközött egy robogóval, amelyet 38 éves falubelije vezetett.
A baleset következtében mindkét sofőr megsérült, és kórházba kerültek. Az alkoholszondás vizsgálat mindkettőjük esetében igazolta az ittasságot.
Az ügyben folynak a vizsgálatok.

Az eset Munkácson történt. A járőrök megállítottak egy sofőrt, aki egy Volkswagen típusú gépkocsit vezetve megszegte a KRESZ-t.
A beszélgetés során a járőrök alkoholos ittasság jeleit észlelték a férfinál, ezért felajánlották Drager-vizsgálat elvégzését, amibe a sofőr beleegyezett. Az eredmény pozitív volt – 0,78 ppm, ami közel 4-szerese a megengedett véralkoholszintnek.
A szabálysértő ellen közigazgatási eljárás indult. A bírság teljes összege közel 55 ezer hrivnya.
