У США та Європі правоохоронці затримали 179 людей, яких підозрюють у торгівлі наркотиками та іншими забороненими речовинами в даркнеті. Про це у вівторок, 22 вересня, повідомили Європол та міністерство юстиції США. В рамках міжнародної спецоперації було виявлено 6,5 мільйона доларів в готівковій та віртуальній валютах та 500 кілограмів героїну, кокаїну, екстазі та фентанілу. Також було конфісковано 64 одиниці вогнепальної зброї.
У США було затримано 121 людину. Ще 42 особи затримали в Німеччині, 8 у Нідерландах, 4 у Великобританії та 3 в Австрії.
В міністерстві юстиції США операцію під назвою DisrupTor назвали великою перемогою над ринком торгівлі наркотиками, який в останні роки перебрався в інтернет. Там зазначили, що ця операція стала найбільшою у сфері запобігання злочинності у даркнеті, особливо щодо торгівлі опіоїдами.
„Популярність цих темних веб-ринків зростає з тривожною швидкістю і дозволяє торговцям наркотиками пропонувати їх відкрито по всьому світу та приймати замовлення”, – сказав заступник міністра юстиції США Джеффрі Розен, передає агенція dpa. Окрім того, в рамках цієї операції в США вдалося знайти особу, відповідальну за вбивство літньої пари в штаті Джорджія.

Європейське агентство з авіаційної безпеки (EASA) опублікувало попередження про небезпеку польотів у повітряному просторі Ірану. У Пентагону є дані, що Іран перевів ППО в стан підвищеної готовності.

Як йдеться в документі, існує небезпека активізації засобів ППО. Пілотам рекомендується здійснювати польоти не нижче ешелону 250 (7600 м).

Згідно з повідомленням Європейського поліцейського управління (Європол) у рамках глобальної спецоперації, яка проходила з січня по квітень в 32 країнах ЄС, було вилучено рекордну кількість нелегальних пестицидів – 1346 тонн.
Вартість конфіскованих пестицидів становить 94 млн євро, в результаті спецоперації було затримано 2 підозрюваних. За допомогою цих пестицидів можна було обробити 207 тис. квадратних метрів. За даними організації ЄС з штаб-квартирою в Гаазі, під час операції метою якої є захист охорони здоров’я та навколишнього середовища було перевірено понад 3 тис тонн засобів захисту рослин.
Вилучених понад 1300 тонн пестицидів було б достатньо для обприскування принаймні 207 тис. квадратних кілометрів посівів. „Цієї кількості достатньо, щоб обробити більшу площу, ніж усі сільськогосподарські землі Німеччини – близько половини її території, та близько 75% сільськогосподарських земель Францїі, а також 150 % сільськогосподарських земель Румунії, – зазначив для порівняння Європол.
Як зазначають у повідомленні, в ході операції було відкрито 260 розслідувань щодо зберігання, транспортування, зберігання чи продажу підроблених товарів або забороненої продукції.

Симптоми захворювання нагадують симптоми синдрому Кавасакі: запалення судин, лихоманка, а також часто висип. За даними Райнгарда Бернера (Reinhard Berner) з уніклініки Дрездена, в Німеччині виявлено щонайменше два випадки. За його словами, поки що незрозуміло, чи пов’язане це захворювання з коронавірусом.
В університетській клініці Женеви з початку спалаху коронавірусу проходили лікування три дитини з подібним важким запаленням. Одна дитина вже одужала й виписана, ще одна перебуває у стаціонарі, а ще одна – у відділенні інтенсивної терапії. За словами швейцарського уповноваженого з питань коронавірусу Даніеля Коха (Daniel Koch), у цих випадках може йтися про імунну реакцію на інфікування коронавірусом. Схожі випадки хвороби в дітей було виявлено також в Італії та Іспанії. У Великобританії зафіксували близько двох десятків подібних випадків. У багатьох хворих дітей було виявлено коронавірус Sars-CoV-2.
Напередодні французький міністр охорони здоров’я Олів’є Веран висловив занепокоєння через випадки захворювання дітей, де не виключено зв’язок з коронавірусом, повідомило агентство AFP. За його словами, паризькі лікарі повідомили про близько 15 дітей усіх вікових груп з такими симптомами, як лихоманка, шлунково-кишкові проблеми та запалення судин, що може викликати серцеву недостатність. Однак серед хворих дітей не всі мали позитивний результат тесту на коронавірус. Міністр наголосив, що нині є багато запитань і досі бракує доказів, які б доводили зв’язок запального процесу з коронавірусом.
У свою чергу, президент німецької Професійної спілки педіатрів (BVKJ) Томас Фішбах (Thomas Fischbach) також заявив про брак доказів про зв’язок між COVID-19 та синдромом Кавасакі. Лікарям досі точно невідомо, що спричиняє це рідкісне захворювання, що вражає переважно маленьких дітей
У Всесвітній організації охорони здоров’я теж звернули увагу на інформацію про випадки тяжкого захворювання дітей.
„Ми знаємо, що діти зазвичай легше переносять (COVID-19. – Ред.), але в декого перебіг хвороби досить важкий, і дехто вмирає”, – повідомила представниця організації Марія ван Керкхове.
„Вірус вражає не лише легені, але й інші тканини”, – додав координатор ВООЗ Майкл Раян.
Він, утім, заспокоїв батьків: „Більшість заражених вірусом дітей мають м’які симптоми та повністю одужують”.

Європейський Союз вирішив на деякий час обмежити всі несуттєві поїздки до країн-членів блоку, щоб запобігти поширення коронавірусу.
Як повідомляє „Європейська правда”, про це оголосив високий представник ЄС з питань зовнішньої політики і політики безпеки Жозеп Боррель.
„Європейська рада затвердила пропозиції Єврокомісії про те, що в’їзд в ЄС має бути обмежений на 30 днів або довше, щоб запобігти поширенню вірусу. Він розповсюджується, тому що люди переміщують його під час подорожей та особистих контактів”, – сказав Боррель.
„Обмеження слугують для зменшення контактів і заборони на в’їзд на європейську територію для жителів з-поза меж ЄС, якщо для цього немає нагальної потреби”, – додав він.
За словами Борреля, цей крок ЄС не є егоїстичним або протекціоністським: „Це захід, який захищає всіх. Ми повинні запобігти подальшому поширенню вірусу”.

Президент Європейської комісії Урсула фон дер Ляєн та Голова Європейської Ради Шарль Мішель засудили рішення Трампа щодо заборони тимчасового в’їзду до США із країн Шенгенської зони.
«Коронавірус
є глобальною кризою, яка не обмежується жодним континентом, і вона потребує співпраці,
а не одноосібних дій. Європейський Союз не схвалює того факту, що рішення США ввести
заборону на поїздки було зроблено односторонньо та без консультацій», – йдеться
у документі.
У
своєму дописі у Twitter Чарльз Мішель зазначив, що економічних проблем, які може
спричинити рішення США, слід уникати. Лідери європейського союзу також наголосили,
що ЄС вживає рішучих заходів для обмеження розповсюдження вірусу.
В указі Трампа зазначено, що обмеження президента США не
розповсюджуватимуться на громадян США, Великої Британії, а також на осіб, що постійно
проживають у країні, найближчих родичів громадян Сполучених Штатів.

Туреччина більше не буде стримувати на кордоні сирійських біженців, які намагаються потрапити до Європи, через загострення ситуації в Ідлібі, інформує Європейська правда. За її інформацією, про це заявив високопоставлений турецький чиновник в коментарі агентству Reuters.
«Ми вирішили, по
суті, негайно, перестати зупиняти сирійських біженців, які намагаються
дістатися до Європи по суші або по морю. Всі біженці, включаючи сирійців, тепер
можуть в’їжджати до Європейського Союзу», – сказав
чиновник, який побажав залишитися неназваним.
Він додав, що в очікуванні швидкого прибуття біженців з Ідлібу турецьким поліцейським, береговій охороні і прикордонним службам було наказано не втручатися в ситуацію на сухопутних і морських шляхах біженців.
Близько
мільйона мирних жителів були переміщені до турецького кордону з грудня минулого року, коли підтримувані Росією сирійські урядові сили
захопили територію у підтримуваних Туреччиною сирійських повстанців.
Як відомо, у ніч на сьогодні, п’ятницю 28 лютого щонайменше 33 турецькі військові загинули в сирійській провінції Ідліб в результаті авіаударів армії президента Сирії Башара Асада та російських військ по турецькій армії.
Рахмі Доган, губернатор турецької провінції Хатай, що
межує з Ідлібом, заявив, що у результаті повітряних ударів 39 військових були
поранені, багато із них перебувають у важкому стані.
Повідомляється також, що під авіаудари потрапили дві колони турецьких
військ. За попередніми даними, в авіаударах брали участь і сирійські, і
російські літаки.
Вчора, у четвер загинули
ще троє турецьких військових. Щонайменше 50 військових Туреччини загалом було вбито в Ідлібі з початку лютого цього року.
Повітряний удар відбувся після того, як російська делегація провела два дні в Анкарі для переговорів з турецькими посадовими особами щодо ситуації в Ідлібі. Сирійські сили, підтримувані Росією, намагаються відбити Ідліб у повстанців, яких підтримують турецькі військові.
Міністр
оборони Туреччини Хулусі Акар поїхав до кордону між Туреччиною та Сирією після
зустрічі з питань безпеки, скликаної президентом Реджепом Тайїпом Ердоганом.
Після
нападу міністр закордонних справ Туреччини Мевлут Чавушоглу провів телефонну
розмову з генсеком НАТО Єнсом Столтенбергом.
У
вересні 2018 року Туреччина та Росія домовились перетворити Ідліб у зону
деескалації, в якій дії агресії прямо заборонені.
Президент Туреччини Ердоган
хоче, щоб сирійські урядові сили відступили з позицій, де Туреччина створила
військові спостережні пункти і раніше погрожував атакувати їх, якщо вони не
зупинять свій наступ.

Пташиний грип з’явився й у Словаччині, той самий, що поширюється у сусідній Польщі з кінця минулого року. – повідомляє агентство новин громадської служби Словаччини TASR, посилаючись на повідомлення Словацької регіональної ветеринарної та харчової інспекції (RPVS) у п’ятницю.
Згідно з
повідомленням захворювання було зафіксовано в курячому поголів’ї дрібного
фермера в селищі району Нітра. За даними компетентного нагляду, мертві тварини,
ймовірно, були заражені дикими птахами.
Захворювання було виявлено після оголошення фермера: – 3 тварини з 22-ох померли (здохли). Наявність збудника виявила в четвер лабораторія в м. Зволенськ (Zvolensk), що спеціалізується на тестуванні пташиного грипу, де зазначено, що це високо заразний підтип пташиного грипу на H5N8, такий же, як у Польщі.
Тварини, що були
заражені або вбиті пташиним грипом, були знищені, а поголів’я дезінфіковано,
повідомляє RPVS. Були вжиті заходи для запобігання подальшого поширення
захворювання в радіусі 3 км від зараження, та необхідний нагляд в радіусі 10
км.
У контексті
справи міністерство сільського господарства Словаччини закликало фермерів
проявити надзвичайну обережність та закликало їх: вжити заходів для того, щоб
домашня птиця в їхніх господарствах трималася подалі від диких птахів.
Словацька служба охорони здоров’я (ÚVZ) на своєму сайті також попередила, що, хоча існує дуже низька ймовірність передачі цього підтипу пташиного грипу людям, все ж дану можливість не можна повністю виключати.
