Észak-Korea szemlátomást katonákat vezényelt csütörtökön néhány, korábban kiürített őrhelyre a két Koreát elválasztó demilitarizált övezetben – jelentette dél-koreai katonai forrásokra hivatkozva a Yonhap hírügynökség.
A szöuli médiában olyan hírek is napvilágot láttak, hogy mintegy száz észak-koreai katona jelent meg a korábban a két Korea által közösen használt keszongi ipari parkban is. Észak-Koreának a fegyvermentes övezetben körülbelül 150 olyan őrhelye van, amelyeket a feszültség csökkentését szolgáló, 2018. szeptember 19-én aláírt Korea-közi szerződés után ürített ki.
A négy kilométer széles demilitarizált övezet létrehozásáról szóló megállapodást a hároméves koreai háború után, 1953-ban írta alá Észak- és Dél-Korea.
Az észak-koreai hadsereg vezérkara kedden bejelentette, hogy fontolóra vette a hadsereg bevonulását a demilitarizált övezetbe.
Néhány órára rá felrobbantották a keszongi Korea-közi összekötő irodát, amelyet a két ország létesítette, hogy elősegítse a párbeszédet és az együttműködést. A rákövetkező napon, szerdán az észak-koreai hadsereg konkretizálta szándékait, közölte, hogy bevonul Keszong határvárosba és a Gyémánt-hegység környékére, ahol Szöul és Phenjan közös ipari és idegenforgalmi beruházásokat és fejlesztéseket valósított meg. Emellett katonai ellenőrzőpontokat állítanak fel a demilitarizált övezetben, és újrakezdik a rendszeres hadgyakorlatokat a határ közelében. Eközben egy magas rangú észak-koreai tisztségviselő aláhúzta: kormányának most és a jövőben sem áll szándékában tárgyalóasztalhoz ülni Dél-Koreával a feszültségek elsimítása érdekében. Szöul előzőleg felajánlotta, hogy különleges megbízottat küld Phenjanba a helyzet tisztázására, de Észak-Korea ezt elutasította.
Az elmúlt hónapokban Phenjan szinte minden együttműködést megszakított Szöullal, a múlt héten pedig ellenségnek kiáltotta ki Dél-Koreát. Phenjan újabban azt sérelmezi, hogy Szöul szerinte nem tesz semmit a dél-koreai aktivisták szórólapkampánya ellen. Észak-koreai disszidensek és más aktivisták az elmúlt hetekben apró hőlégballonok segítségével szórólapokat juttattak át Dél-Koreából a határon, amelyekben erőteljesen bírálták a phenjani rezsimet és a katasztrofális emberi jogi helyzetet. Szöul korábban is igyekezett megakadályozni az évek óta tartó szórólapkampányokat, de a szólásszabadságra hivatkozva nem tiltotta meg őket. Csütörtökön a szöuli országegyesítési minisztérium leszögezte, hogy továbbra is elkötelezett a röpiratos kampány leállítása mellett.

Dzsang Kum Csol, az észak-koreai állampárt, a Koreai Munkapárt központi bizottságának tagja közleményében azt írta: a jelenlegi válságnak köszönhetően kiderült, hogy – történjék bármi – az ellenség ellenség marad.
A feszültség fokozódása miatt Kim Jon Csul dél-koreai országegyesítési miniszter felajánlotta lemondását. Kim azt mondta: sajnálja, hogy nem tudott megfelelni az elvárásoknak, és nem sikerült előmozdítania a békét és a prosperitást a Koreai-félszigeten.
Az elmúlt hónapokban Észak-Korea szinte minden együttműködést megszakított Szöullal, kedden pedig felrobbantotta a keszongi Korea-közi összekötő irodát, amelyet 2018-ban létesítettek a párbeszéd és az együttműködés elősegítésére.
A szöuli védelmi minisztérium figyelmeztetett: Phenjan drágán megfizet, ha katonai választ ad a válságra.
Az Egyesült Államok önmérsékletre intette a feleket.

Észak-koreai disszidensek és más aktivisták az elmúlt hetekben apró hőlégballonok segítségével szórólapokat juttattak át Dél-Koreából a határon, amelyekben erőteljesen bírálták a phenjani rezsimet és a katasztrofális emberi jogi helyzetet.
„Hadseregeink gyorsan és alaposan végrehajtják a párt és a kormány minden döntését és parancsát” − közölte a koreai néphadsereg (KPA) a KCNA észak-koreai állami hírügynökséggel.
Kim Jodzsong, Kim Dzsongun húga már múlt héten is figyelmeztetett, hogy amennyiben nem ér véget a szórólapkampány, a katonai feszültség csökkentését célzó 2018-as egyezmény felmondása mellett Phenjan bezárhatja a Korea-közi összekötő irodát, illetve leállíthatja a Keszong határvárosban lévő közös ipari park működését. Az összekötő iroda és a keszongi ipari park a két Korea közötti békés viszony két, talán legfontosabb szimbóluma.
Múlt szerdán a dél-koreai védelmi tárca bejelentette, hogy feljelentést tesz két, a phenjani rezsimet bíráló röplapokat terjesztő szervezet ellen. Elemzők emlékeztetnek arra, hogy bár Szöul korábban is igyekezett megakadályozni az ilyen jellegű, évek óta tartó szórólapkampányokat, mind ez idáig – a szólásszabadságra hivatkozva – nem tiltotta meg őket.
Az elmúlt hónapokban Phenjan szinte minden együttműködést megszakított Szöullal.

A harceszközöket – amelyeket Dél-Korea rövid hatótávolságú rakétáknak nevezett – Vonszan városának térségéből indíthatták, és 150 kilométert tettek meg, mielőtt a Japán-tengerbe csapódtak.

A KCNA hétfőn megerősítette a fegyverkísérletet, jelentése
szerint a hadsereg egy új, „szupernagy” rakéta-sorozatvetőt
tesztelt. Más részletek nem szerepelnek benne.
A dél-koreai hadsereg vezérkarának szóvivője hétfőn
közölte, hogy az újnak mondott szupernagy, irányítható
rakéta-sorozatvető hasonló ahhoz, amelyet Észak-Korea már tavaly
augusztusban tesztelt. Kim Dzsun Rak hozzátette, tanulmányozzák az
észak-koreai média által közzétett felvételeket a
fegyverkísérletről. Ezeken az látszik, hogy hat indítócsőből
álló sorozatvetőből lőnek ki egy rakétát, míg a tavalyi
augusztusban bemutatott rendszer négy ilyen rakétát tudott kilőni.
A rakéták műszaki jellemzői azonban szemlátomást ugyanolyanok.
Szöuli jelentések szerint a Vonszan mellől kilőtt két rakéta
mintegy 230 kilométert tett meg, 30 kilométeres maximális
magasságba emelkedett, és a Japán-tengerbe csapódott.
Ez volt a negyedik rakétakísérlet, amelyet a világtól
elszigetelődött kommunista ország egy hónap leforgása alatt
végrehajtott. Phenjan március 2-án, 9-én és 21-én is tesztelt
rakétákat.

„A Dél-Korea hadsereg vezérkari főnökök egyesített bizottsága szerint Észak-Korea három azonosítatlan rakétát indított Japán irányába. Mindezt egy héttel azután, hogy a kommunista rezsim két rövid hatóságú ballisztikus rakétával kísérletezett” – áll a közleményben.
A rakétákat észak-kelet irányába
indították a keleti partvidéken lévő Szondok katonai lőtérről. Más adatok a lövedék típusára, hatótávolságára és röppályájának magasságára
vonatkozóan egyelőre nem ismeretesek. „Hadseregünk
figyelemmel követi a helyzetet, arra az esetre, ha újabb indítások történnének,
és fenntartja a megfelelő készültséget” – fűzte hozzá a vezérkari közlemény.
