A múlt hétvégén legalább 11 ukrán állampolgár vesztette életét a Hamász terroristáinak Izrael elleni támadásában – közölte pénteken Oleh Nyikolenko, a Külügyminisztérium szóvivője az rbc.ua hírportállal.



Nyikolenko elmondása szerint „a Külügyminisztérium meg tudja erősíteni tizenegy ukrán halálát Izraelben. További kilenc ukrán állampolgárt eltűntnek tekintenek.”







Korábban a külügyi szóvivő hét ukrán haláláról számolt be. Azt is közölte, hogy kilenc ukrán szenvedett különböző súlyosságú sérüléseket.



A Külügyminisztérium azt is bejelentette, hogy Ukrajna már evakuációs légijáratot készít állampolgárai számára Izraelből Romániába. Mint a hivatal hozzátette, további mintegy 200 ukrán jelezte, hogy ki akar menekülni a Gázai övezetből. A biztonság hiánya miatt azonban az indulásuk jelenleg nem lehetséges. Az izraeli, egyiptomi, jordániai ukrán nagykövetségek, valamint Ukrajna más érintett hivatalai aktív erőfeszítéseket tesznek annak érdekében, hogy az ukrán állampolgárok mielőbb kikerüljenek veszélyövezetből.

A jelentés szerint Kornyijcsuk az ukrán televízió háborús adásának nyilatkozva elmondta: „Azt kell tudni, hogy bizonyos számú emberünk hollétéről nem tudunk, és nem kizárt, hogy néhányan fogságban is lehetnek. Ezt az izraeli titkosszolgálatok jelentették nekünk, de ez még nem bizonyított információ. Kérem, ne csináljanak nagy felhajtást, de nagy valószínűséggel ez megfelel a valóságnak” – tette hozzá.



A nagykövet hozzátette: a diplomaták jelenleg szorosan együttműködnek az izraeli rendőrséggel az ukrán állampolgárok felkutatásában. Elsősorban DNS és ujjlenyomatok alapján keresik őket – jelezte. A hét elhunyt ukrán közül, mint a diplomata megjegyezte, csak egy női állampolgárnak volt ukrán útlevele. Elmondása szerint a fennmaradó hat áldozat állandóan Izraelben élt, és izraeli útlevelük volt. „Ez semmiképpen sem csorbítja Ukrajna állampolgárainak a jogait, csak azért, hogy megértsék, egy utazó nő sajnos meghalt. A többiek helyi lakosok” – magyarázta Jevhen Kornyijcsuk.

A Gázai övezetet irányító Hamász szombaton indított támadásában emellett már több mint 3000 izraeli sebesült meg és hivatalosan 50 eltűntről tudni, köztük külföldiekről is.



A The Times of Israel című lap az izraeli egészségügyi minisztériumra hivatkozva azt közölte, hogy 26 sebesült állapota válságos. A hadsereg egyik szóvivője kiemelte, hogy a most közzétett számok vélhetően emelkedni fognak.



A gázai egészségügyi minisztérium közleménye szerint a támadásra adott megtorló akcióknak már legalább 900 halottja van a Gázai övezetben, 4500-an pedig megsebesültek.



Mindeközben szerdára virradóra folytatódtak az izraeli légicsapások az övezet ellen: a hadsereg azt közölte, 24 óra alatt több száz célpontra mért csapást Gázaváros al-Furkán nevű negyedében, mely izraeli sajtóforrások szerint a Hamász fegyvereseinek egyik központja. Az egyik légicsapás a kikötőt érte, ahol sok halászhajó lángra kapott.

Eddig mintegy 17 500 család keresett máshol menedéket az övezeten belül, a legtöbben félelemből, saját testi épségük vagy otthonuk lerombolása miatti aggodalmuk miatt menekültek el – derült ki a közleményből.



A OCHA tájékoztatása szerint 159 lakóépület megsemmisült, 1210 pedig súlyosan megrongálódott az izraeli csapásokban. Beszámoltak arról is, hogy a hadjárat 400 ezer ember vízellátását és a csatornahálózatot is megrongálta.



Az izraeli hadsereg az éjjel több mint 500 célpontra mért csapást az éjszaka folyamán a Gázai övezetben. Gázai egészségügyi források szerint az övezetben már több mint 400 halálos áldozata van az izraeli ellentámadásnak. A halottak között 20 gyerek van, illetve 200 sebesültről is tudni.



A szombaton Izraelbe betörő palesztin szélsőségesek több mint hétszáz izraelit öltek meg.

Korábban Ayman Yunis, a Hamász egyik vezetője halt meg Gázában az izraeli hadsereg háza elleni támadása következtében.



Izrael egészségügyi minisztériuma és fegyveres erői adatai szerint az országban az október 7-én, a Gázai övezetből érkező támadással kezdődött háború alatt már 2382-en megsérültek, és hozzávetőleg 700-an vesztették életüket. A palesztin egészségügyi minisztérium szerint 493 áldozatot regisztráltak a Gázai övezetben.

A Hamász terroristáinak Izrael elleni támadása az egyik legnagyobb izraeli hírszerzési kudarc lehet az 1973-as jom kippuri háború óta.







Mint a Bloomberg írja, a támadás több tucat szárazföldi és tengeri műveletet, valamint rakétatámadást is tartalmazott. Ennek a támadásnak a megtervezése mélyreható szervezést és koordinációt igényel, amit az izraeli titkosszolgálatok sem tudtak figyelmen kívül hagyni.



Izraeli tisztviselők hónapok óta beszéltek arról, hogy a palesztin fegyveresek támadásra készülnek. Úgy tűnik azonban, hogy a támadás mégis váratlanul érte Netanjáhú miniszterelnököt. Izrael és szövetségese, az Egyesült Államok kivizsgálja, ki a leginkább felelős a történtek miatt.



„Megdöbbentő, hogy képesek voltak erre, és Izrael vagy az Egyesült Államok nem figyelt rá” – mondta Martin Indyk, az Egyesült Államok volt izraeli nagykövete, a Külkapcsolatok Tanácsának tagja.



A Bloomberg ezt a támadást az elmúlt 50 év legerősebb támadásának nevezi, amikor Izraelnek nem sikerült megakadályoznia Egyiptom és Szíria meglepetésszerű támadását a Jom Kippur zsidó ünnepen.
