Az orosz hadsereg 8 rakétát lőtt ki Mikolajivra június 28-án, a támadás a 79-es dandár katonavárosát érte, ezenkívül a központi stadiont is eltalálták.

A hírt Oleh Szjenkevics polgármester közölte. Elmondása szerint a katonai laktanya jelenleg üres, nem tartózkodik ott senki, ennek ellenére az ellenség időről időre támadást mér rá. A stadionban szerencsére szintén nem tartózkodott senki a történtek során.
Közben a kremencsuki bevásárlóközpont elleni hétfői orosz rakétatámadásban eddig azonosított elhunytak száma elérte a húszat – közölte Kirilo Timosenko, az ukrán Elnöki Hivatal helyettes vezetője a keddi kijevi sajtótájékoztatóján. A sérültek száma 59-re emelkedett, akik közül 25 szorul kórházi ápolásra. Több mint negyven embert még keresnek.
Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök a támadással összefüggésben keddi Telegram-üzenetében arra szólította fel a világ közösségét, hogy nyilvánítsa Oroszországot terrorizmust támogató országnak. „Rakétával polgári célpontokat lőni csakis hidegvérű terroristák tudnak, akiknek nincs helyük a földön. Ezek nem elhibázott rakétatalálatok óvodákra, iskolákra, bevásárlóközpontokra, lakóépületekre, ezek kegyetlenül kitervelt, célzott csapásmérések. Oroszországot terrorizmust támogató országnak kell nyilvánítani. A világnak meg kell állítania az orosz terrort, mert képes rá” – írta az államfő.
Az ukrán vezérkar napi helyzetjelentésében arról számolt be, hogy a stratégiai fontosságú, Donyeck megyei Szlovjanszk irányában, Dovhenyke és Dolina között, az ukrán csapatok megállították és visszaverték az orosz erőket.
A vezérkar legfrissebb keddi összesítése szerint eddig körülbelül 35 250 orosz katona vesztette életét Ukrajnában. Az ukrán erők megsemmisítettek 217 orosz repülőgépet, 185 helikoptert, 14 hadihajót, 1567 harckocsit, 3704 páncélozott harcjárművet, 778 tüzérségi és 102 légvédelmi rendszert, valamint 243 rakéta-sorozatvetőt.

Az IT-hadsereg a teljes körű orosz invázió harmadik napján kezdte meg munkáját. A hírt a Digitális Átalakulási Minisztérium Telegram-csatornáján közölték.
- Kormányhivatalok, területi bíróságok, felsőoktatási intézmények, bankok honlapjai. A DDoS-támadások miatt leálltak az Orosz Föderáció állami intézményeinek honlapjai, az oroszok nem vehettek igénybe közszolgáltatásokat, nem bonyolíthattak pénzügyi tranzakciókat az online banki szolgáltatásokban, a diákok nem jelentkezhettek online a felsőoktatási intézményekbe, a régiókban pedig leálltak a bírósági perek.

- Vállalkozási szolgáltatások, pályázati oldalak, online könyvelési szolgáltatások, internetszolgáltatók.

Június 27-én este az orosz hadsereg újabb támadást indított Harkiv megye ellen, a rakéták a Harkiv Nemisljanszkij városrészében és Pivnyicsna Szaltyivkán csapódtak be.
A hírt Kirilo Timosenko, az Elnöki Hivatal helyettes vezetője közölte. Elmondása szerint Harkivban 5 személy vesztette életét és 22-en sérültek meg, köztük 5 gyerek.

A kanadai haditengerészet két hajója októberig lát el védelmi feladatokat Ukrajna orosz megszállására való reakcióként.
Kanada két hadihajóját a Balti-tengerre és az Atlanti-óceán északi részére küldte vasárnap, ezek két, már ott állomásozó fregatthoz csatlakoznak a régióban, ezzel próbálva megerősíteni a NATO keleti határait, miután Oroszország megtámadta Ukrajnát februárban.
A HMCS Kingston és HMCS Summerside négy hónapig marad a területen a Krím-félsziget 2014-es orosz megszállása utáni „közép- és kelet-európai elrettentő lépések” részeként, foglalja össze a kanadai haditengerészet közleményét a The Guardian.
A hajók októberig aknaszedő munkálatokat végeznek majd és „magas készültségben” lesznek majd, hogy „gyorsan és hatékonyan tudjanak támogatni bármilyen NATO-műveletet.”

Romániában megkezdődik a nukleáris incidens esetére beszerzett harmincmillió jódtabletta kiosztása, miután a műveletet szabályozó miniszteri rendelet megjelent a hivatalos közlönyben – közölte pénteken az egészségügyi minisztérium.
A 65 milligrammos kálium-jodid tablettákhoz családorvosok által kiállítandó vény alapján, a kijelölt gyógyszertárakban ingyenesen juthatnak hozzá a lakosok, de nyilatkozatot kell aláírniuk, hogy a tablettákat csak nukleáris incidens esetén, kizárólag a hatóságok felszólítása alapján veszi be.
A román szaktárca márciusban szerezte be a jódtablettákat, miután – az ukrán atomerőművek körüli harcok és az atomfegyverek esetleges bevetésére utaló moszkvai nyilatkozatok hírére – az emberek pánikszerűen felvásárolták a gyógyszertárak jódtabletta-készleteit.
