Kijev és Kijev megye lakosságának egy része ideiglenesen áram nélkül maradt vasárnap, miután üzemzavar történt az egyik villamosenergia-létesítményben – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a DTEK energetikai holdingra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a vállalat azt írta: „Ma ismét baleset történt az egyik létesítményben, amelyet korábban jelentős károk értek a bombázások következtében.” Emiatt a főváros Dnyipro és Darnyica kerületeinek egyes lakosai ideiglenesen áram nélkül maradtak. A Kijev megyei Brovari járásban több otthonban nincs áram. „Mindent megteszünk a baleset következményeinek mielőbbi elhárítása érdekében” – jegyezte meg a DTEK.
Részleges áramszünet állt be Kijev bal partján szombat este. A helyzet nemcsak az emberek otthonait, hanem a trolibusz-forgalmat is érintette. Szombat reggel Csernyihiv egésze, sőt a megye nagy része is áram nélkül maradt, mivel az oroszok megtámadták a régió energia-infrastruktúráját.
Az Ukrenerho ugyanakkor arról számolt be, hogy ma hosszú idő óta először nem lesz áramszünet Ukrajnában. Vagyis az áram egész nap elérhető lesz minden régióban.

A hatalmas péntek éjszakai orosz csapások következtében Ukrajna négy megyéjében vészhelyzeti áramszünetek vannak érvényben – közölte az Ukrenerho állami áramszolgáltató vállalat a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
Az Ukrenerho tájékoztatása szerint vészhelyzeti áramszünetek vannak érvényben Harkiv, Odessza, Hmelnickij és Dnyipropetrovszk megyékben. „Az áramellátás helyreállítása eltarthat egy ideig. Az Ukrenerho és az Oblenerhók javítóbrigádjai mindent megtesznek annak érdekében, hogy a lehető leghamarabb minden fogyasztó áramellátása helyreálljon” – írta a cég sajtószolgálata.
A DTEK és a megyei katonai adminisztrációk jelentései szerint Szumi, Poltava és Donyeck megyékben már helyreállították az áramellátást. Ott már nem érvényesek az áramszüneti ütemtervek.

Péntekre virradóra is drónokkal támadta Oroszország Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúráját, az Ukrenerho állami áramszolgáltató tájékoztatása szerint a csapások miatt a délkelet-ukrajnai Krivij Rih városban több tízezer háztartás és számos ipari létesítmény áram nélkül maradt.
Szerhij Liszak, Dnyipropetrovszk megye kormányzója közölte, hogy az áramkimaradás két bányaaknát is érintett, miközben mintegy száz bányász tartózkodott a föld alatt. Egy részüket sikerült azóta a felszínre juttatni.
Az Ukrenerho szerint az orosz dróntámadások elsősorban az ország déli és középső részét vették célba.
Az ukrán légierő péntek reggel azt közölte, hogy 24 orosz drónból 11-et sikerült lelőnie.

Szombaton 2000 család maradt áram nélkül az Odessza megyében egy energetikai létesítményt ért orosz támadás miatt – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a DTEK energetikai vállalat sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a cég közölte: „Az orosz megszállók ismét a levegőből csaptak le. Odessza megyében 2000 család maradt áram nélkül.” A vállalat hozzátette, hogy a helyzetet a kedvezőtlen időjárási körülmények is nehezítették. „A DTEK villamos energetikai szakemberei már dolgoznak az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításán” – áll a közleményben.
November 17-én estétől november 18-án reggelig az orosz csapatok újabb átfogó támadást intéztek Ukrajna területe ellen, 8 óra alatt 38 kamikaze drónt indítottak. Az országban kétszer rendeltek el légiriadót. Konkrétan Odessza körzetében egy energetikai létesítményben becsapódást rögzítettek. Tűz keletkezett, amelyet a katasztrófavédők sikeresen eloltottak. Egy ember megsérült.

Az Ukrajna területét szerda délben ért hatalmas orosz rakétatámadás következtében az ország nagy részében megszűnt az áramszolgáltatás, nagyvárosok és teljes megyék vannak áram nélkül, sok helyen nincs vízellátás, két atomerőművet lekapcsoltak az elektromos hálózatról, egyet pedig tartalék betáplálással működtetnek – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Vitalij Klicsko polgármester jelezte, hogy Kijev egyes kerületeiben teljesen eltűnt az áram, és az egész városban megszűnt a vízellátás. A rakétatámadásnak egy halálos áldozata és legalább tíz sebesültje van az ukrán fővárosban. A metró korlátozott üzemmódban közlekedik, mivel sokan óvóhelyként használják. Az utasokat csak azokon az állomásokon engedik ki, ahol nincs nagy tömeg.
Harkiv nagy részében szünetel az áramszolgáltatás. A megyében vészlekapcsolások vannak. A városban teljesen leállt az elektromos közlekedés. Az embereket evakuálják a metróból.
Andrij Szadovij lembergi polgármester azt közölte, hogy az egész város áram nélkül van. Gondok vannak a vízellátással is. Leállt a villamos- és trolibusz-közlekedés. „Áramhiány miatt átmenetileg szünetel a fűtés és a vízellátás. Átállunk a dízelgenerátorokra” – írta a városvezető.
Zsitomirban áramszüneti vészhelyzetet vezettek be. Az energetikai rendszerben tapasztalható problémák és a kritikus infrastruktúra létesítményeinek a károsodása miatt vészhelyzetet hirdettek” – közölte Vitalij Bunecsko, a Zsitomir Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője, jelezve, hogy fennakadások vannak a mobilkommunikációban is a térségben.
Odessza megyében leállították a Dél-ukrajnai Atomerőmű blokkjait. „Az Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúrája elleni hatalmas rakétatámadás kapcsán átmenetileg áramszünet van Odessza megy teljes területén” – jelentette Makszim Marcsenko, az Odessza Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője.
„Mikolajiv megyében a hálózat frekvenciájának csökkenése miatt az egész régióban vészleállás van érvényben. Nyugalom, a stabilizálás után visszakapcsoljuk az áramot” – közölte Vitalij Kim a Mikolajiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője.
Vjacseszlav Csausz, Csernyihiv megye katonai kormányzója is áramaszünetekről számolt be. De mint közölte, „a javítóbrigádok már dolgoznak a rakétatámadás következményeinek a felszámolásán és az áramellátás helyreállításán. Ezzel egyidejűleg telepítjük a „legyőzhetetlenségi pontokat”.
Hmelnickij is teljesen áram nélkül maradt a rakétacsapások után. Megszűnt a város vízellátása is. Azon dolgozunk, hogy a kazánházak többsége autonóm üzemmódban működjön energiatermelő egységekkel és generátorokkal” – írta Olekszandr Szimcsisin polgármester. Lekapcsolták az elektromos hálózatról a Hmelnickiji Atomerőművet is.
Áramkimaradások vannak Dnyipróban és Dnyipropetrovszk megyében. Emiatt gondok vannak a vízellátással is – jelezte Valentin Reznyicsenko, a megy katonai vezetője.
Teljesen áram nélkül maradt Kirovohrad megye az energetikai létesítményeket ért orosz rakéta-csapások következtében. „A régióban, sok más megyéhez hasonlóan nincs áram. De ne essenek pánikba! Az energetikusok csapatai vészhelyzeti és helyreállítási munkálatokba kezdtek” –biztatta a helyi lakosságot Andrij Rajkovics, a Kirovohrad Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője.
Az orosz rakétacsapások Voliny megyében is áramszüneteket okoztak. Várhatóan legkorábban holnap jelenik meg a z áram a térségben. „Voliny megyében az áramellátás helyreállítása hozzávetőlegesen november 24-én 15 óráig tart” – közölte a helyi energiaszolgáltató vállalat.
A Zakarpattyaoblenerho áramszolgáltató közlése szerint megyeszerte vészlekapcsolásokat alkalmaznak a helyzet stabilizálása érdekében.
Az Ukrzaliznica vasúttársaság közlése szerint sok helyen késéssel indulnak a vonatok, a villanymozdonyok helyett dízelvontatást alkalmaznak. Kijevben átmenetileg szüneteltetik a körvasúton a közlekedést.

A jelentés szerint a Ternopil megyei katonai kormányzó azt írta: „jelenleg Ternopil megye 90%-a áram nélkül van. Az Ukrenerho bejelentette, hogy Ukrajna-szerte vészhelyzeti áramszüneteket rendeltek el. Készítsék elő a powerbankokat és más áramforrásokat. Mobilkommunikációs problémák is adódhatnak.”
A megszállók mintegy 100 rakétát lőttek ki Ukrajna városaira. Az Elnöki Hivatal már reagált az oroszok nagyszabású keddi támadására. E szerint a rakétacsapás nem más, mint válasz Volodimir Zelenszkij elnöknek a G20-csúcstalálkozón elmondott videobeszédére.
Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, minden eddiginél hatalmasabb rakétatámadást intéztek az oroszok több hullában Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúrája ellen az ország szinte egész területén, aminek következtében sok nagyváros van áram nélkül, és országos vészhelyzeti áramszünetek kezdődtek.

Az orosz megszállók szombat reggel ismét tömeges rakéta- és dróntámadást intéztek Ukrajna energetikai létesítményei ellen az ország sok megyéjében, számos régióban megszűnt az áram- és vízellátás – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint Hmelnickijben eltűnt az áram a becsapódások után. A hatóságok felszólították a város lakosságát, hogy tartalékoljanak vizet, mert hamarosan az is eltűnhet. Luckban az oroszok egy energetikai létesítményre mértek csapásokat, emiatt a város egy részében nincs áramszolgáltatás. A lakosokat ott is víz tartalékolására kérik.
Voliny megye egyes térségekben megszűnt a víz- és áramellátás, gondok vannak a mobiltelefon-szolgáltatással. Nincs áram a Cserkaszi megyei Umany körzetében, mert rakétatalálat érte a szomszédos megye energetikai létesítményét.
Odessza megye egyes településein a robbanásokat követően áramszünetek vannak. Ternopil lakosságát is felszólították, hogy a szomszédos megyék áramellátási problémái miatt készüljenek fel az áramszünetekre.
Az Ukrenerho állami áramszolgáltató vállalat szombat reggel az áramfogyasztás kritikus növekedése miatt áramellátási korlátozást rendelt el Kijevben, Kijev, Csernyihiv, Cserkaszi és Zsitomir megyékben.

A nicaraguai katasztrófavédelem igazgatója, Guillermo Gonzalez egy sajtótájékoztatón azt mondta, csaknem 800 házat elöntött a víz az áradások miatt, továbbá számos háztetőt megrongáltak az erős széllökések. A Nicaraguai Hurrikánközpont (NHC) keddig meghosszabbította a vörös riasztást „életveszélyes árvizek és földcsuszamlások veszélyére” hivatkozva. Közleményük szerint a Julia hurrikán Nicaragua után Guatemala, Honduras és El Salvador partjai felé fordult.
A katasztrófavédelem közlése szerint senki nem sérült meg a hurrikán miatt.
A kolumbiai elnök Twitter-bejegyzésében a hurrikán pusztításáról osztott meg felvételeket. Gustavo Petro arról írt, San Andres és Providencia szigeteken is csupán „kisebb károkat” okozott: háztetőket szakított le és faágakat tört le, melyektől később a tűzoltóknak és a helyieknek kellett megtisztítaniuk az utcákat.
Hondurasban vörös riasztást adtak ki, és felszólították az embereket, hogy hagyják el otthonaikat, vonuljanak fedezékbe.
Guatemala elnöke, Alejandro Giammattei azt mondta, a hurrikán három áradást okozott az országban, valamint egy híd összeomlott. Az országban a május óta tartó esőzésekben eddig 49-en haltak meg és további hat embert eltűntként tartanak számon.

11 millió ember maradt áram nélkül Kubában, miután az Ian névre keresztelt hurrikán lecsapott a szigetország nyugati felére – írja a BBC.
Az ország energiaellátása azután omlott össze, hogy a vihart követően nem tudták visszakapcsolni a hálózatra a fővárostól, Havannától mintegy 100 km-re található Antonio Guiteras erőművet, ami az ország legnagyobb áramtermelője. A hurrikán először csak mintegy 1 millió fogyasztót vágott el az áramszolgáltatástól az ország nyugati térségében, ám később a teljes elektromos hálózat összeomlott. Több tízezer embert kellett evakuálni a térségből, a hurrikán áradásokat okozott és épületek rongálódtak meg. Eddig két ember halálát erősítették meg a hatóságok.
A vihar végigsöpört Pinar del Rio tartományon is, ahol a legendás kubai szivarok alapanyagául szolgáló dohánylevelek nagy részét termesztik. Az egyik legnagyobb dohányültetvény, a La Robaina is súlyos károkat szenvedett.
Az Ian hurrikán most Florida partjai felé tart, az államban már most hatalmas a készültség, arra számítanak ugyanis, hogy a vihar erősödni fog, mire eléri az Egyesült Államok déli határát. A lakosok homokzsákokat töltenek, gátakat építenek a házaik köré, bedeszkázzák az ablakaikat, és több napra elegendő étellel és itallal próbálnak készülni a viharra.
A több mint hárommillió embernek otthont adó floridai Tampa-öböl az Egyesült Államok egyik legveszélyeztetettebb régiója. A területet 1921 óta először sújthatja közvetlenül hurrikán. A régió alacsony tengerszint feletti magassága, az emelkedő tengerszint és a népesség sűrűsége növeli a katasztrófa kockázatát. Amennyiben a hurrikán teljes erővel csap le a területre, pár napon belül felismerhetetlenné válhat – figyelmeztetnek a szakemberek.
Az ötfokozatú skálán egyelőre hármas besorolású hurrikán akár 195 km/órás széllel csaphat le Floridára a hét közepén. A tengerparti városokban közel 2,5 millió lakos evakuálását kezdték meg, a rendőrség házról házra jár, és kéri az embereket, hogy hagyják el az otthonukat, és menjenek biztonságosabb helyre, sokan azonban nem hajlandóak erre. Jane Castor, Tampa Bay polgármestere kedden azt mondta, hogy a városban kijárási tilalmat is bevezetnek. Az iskolákban és egyetemeken a hétre oktatási szünetet rendeltek el.
Az Ian hurrikán miatt a NASA Artemis–1 holdrakétáját is visszatolták a szerelőcsarnokba, miután vasárnap bejelentették, hogy a keddre tervezett indítást határozatlan időre elhalasztják a várható vihar miatt.
