Amikor az orosz X-101-es rakéta eltalálta az Ohmatdit gyermekkórházat, 627 gyermek tartózkodott az intézményben. Eddig 94 gyermeket szállítottak át más kijevi egészségügyi intézményekbe, jelentette be Viktor Ljasko egészségügyi miniszter.
Elmondása szerint jelenleg 68 gyermeket kezelnek a kórház fennmaradt épületeiben.
465, tervezett kezelésre szoruló gyermeket megvizsgáltak és ideiglenesen hazaengedtek. A szüleikkel tartják a kapcsolatot.
Ezenkívül az Egészségügyi Minisztérium adatai szerint 8 gyermek megsérült az Ohmatdit elleni rakétatámadás következtében, két felnőtt meghalt.
Korábban Ihor Klimenko belügyminiszter bejelentette, hogy a kórházban már befejeződtek a sürgősségi és mentési munkálatok: 2 ember meghalt, 32-en megsérültek.

Több spanyol repülőtér is lezárta légterét péntek reggel egy irányíthatatlanná vált kínai rakéta miatt, mely azóta a Csendes-óceánba zuhant.
Pénteken a Csendes-óceánba zuhant vissza a Földre egy 23 tonnás kínai rakéta – jelentette az Egyesült Államok Űrparancsnoksága péntek reggel a Twitteren.
A Barcelonába, Tarragonába, Ibizára és Reusba tartó és onnan induló járatok nem közlekedhettek, és a jelentések szerint más régiók, köztük La Rioja és Kasztília és León is érintettek voltak – írja a BBC.
Az intézkedés körülbelül 40 percig tartott, bár a helyi jelentések szerint Ibizában még mindig többórás késésekkel kell számolni. A baleári helyi média szerint a szigetek és az Egyesült Királyság közötti járatokat érintik leginkább az irányíthatatlanná vált kínai űrszemét okozta problémák.
A NASA közleményt adott ki a javaslatáról, hogy az űrhajókat kiküldő országok óvatosabban járjanak el.
Egyértelmű, hogy Kína nem felel meg az űrszeméttel kapcsolatos felelősségteljes normáknak.
„Létfontosságú, hogy Kína és minden űrhajózó nemzet és kereskedelmi szervezet felelősségteljesen és átláthatóan járjon el a világűrben, hogy biztosítsa az ott végzett tevékenységek stabilitását, védelmét és hosszú távú fenntarthatóságát”– közölte Bill Nelson, a NASA szóvivője.

A jelentés szerint Hanna Zamazejeva, a megyei tanács elnöke azt közölte, hogy Mikolajivban erős robbanások hallatszottak éjjel 1:00 óra után és hajnali 5:00 óra körül. Elmondása szerint az orosz hadsereg mintegy 40 rakétát lőtt ki a városra. A mai volt a Mikolajiv elleni legnagyobb rakétatámadás – tette hozzá.
A rakéták becsapódása következtében számos infrastruktúra-létesítmény, több tucat magánház, tömbház, kereskedelmi épületek tucatjai megrongálódtak. Ezenkívül egy szálloda, egy sporttelep, két oktatási intézmény és egy járműszerviz is megsemmisült.
A Legfőbb Ügyészség jelentése szerint a rakétatámadásban két személy megsebesült, ketten pedig meghaltak. A két halálos áldozat a 74 éves Olekszij Vadaturszkij ismert üzletember a Nibulon gabonakereskedelmi vállalat tulajdonosa és felesége.
A hírportál emlékeztetett rá, hogy Vadaturszkij 2021-ben a 24. helyen szerepelt Ukrajna leggazdagabb embereinek listáján. A Forbes 430 millió dollárra becsülte a vagyonát.

A hivatalosan közlemény szerint az incidens még csütörtök reggel történt, és a pilótának sikerült katapultálnia. A jelentések robbanásról és tűzesetről sem szóltak. Az incidens okát még vizsgálják, sokkal többet nem tudni.
A Leeuwarden névre keresztelt légibázis Hollandia északi részén található, mely a Holland Királyi Légierő két F-16-os bázisának egyike.

A Long March 5B rakétát még április 29-én engedték útjára Hajnan tartományból, ezzel megkezdődött az új kínai űrállomás felépítése. A hatalmas jármű magja azonban folyamatosan közelít a bolygóhoz, és előbb utóbb földet – vagy vizet – ér majd valahol, pontosan azonban nem lehet meghatározni, hogy hol.
Az ESA szakértőinek számítása szerint Európa egyes részein csapódhatnak be a 30 méteres mag darabjai, amely jelenleg nagyjából 27.600 kilométer/órás sebességgel halad – írja a HLN.be.
A rakéta darabjai nagy valószínűséggel elégnek majd a légtérben, de gyakorlatilag megjósolhatatlan, hogy minden egyes részével ez történik-e – és csak remélni lehet, hogy a mégis egyben maradt darabok nem lakott területen csapódnak be.

Világűrből származó kőzetdarab csapódott be nemrég Norvégiában. A meteorit 0,5-2 kilogramm közötti lehetett, és több mint 50 ezer kilométeres sebességgel csapódott a Földnek – közölte hétfőn a Norsar szeizmológiai kutatóintézet.
A meteorit a január 5-re virradó éjszaka hullott a Földre egy Loten melletti mérőállomás közelében, Oslótól 120 kilométerre északra. Sokan a környéken erős robajt hallottak és éles fényt láttak felvillanni.
A becsapódást egy olyan területtől nem messze észlelték, ahol néhány nappal korábban komoly földcsuszamlás történt, ezért sokan attól tartottak, hogy újabb hegyoldal omlott le.
A norvég meteoritfigyelő hálózat valószínűtlennek tartja, hogy az erdős és behavazott vidéken rábukkanjanak a meteoritra. A Norsar igazgatója, Anne Lycke szerint is óriási szerencse kellene ahhoz, hogy megtalálják.

Július 25-én Németország északnyugati Wesel városában egy TL 96 sportrepülőgép lakóépületre zuhant. A szerencsétlenségnek, az előzetes információk szerint 3 áldozata van, számolt be a Rheinische Post számolt be.
„Wesel lakónegyedében szombaton délután egy kisrepülőgép zuhant egy lakóházra. Az előzetes információk szerint három ember életét vesztette, közöttük az a két férfi, aki a repülőgépen volt”- olvasható a nyilatkozatban. Az áldozatok között van az a nő, aki az emeletes épület felső emeleti lakásában lakott. Előzetes információk szerint a nő a kórházba vezető úton a mentőautóban, súlyos égési sérülések következtében halt meg. Ezen kívül két másik személy megsérült, az orvosok ellátást nyújtottak nekik. Később másik kétéves gyermeket találtak a lakásban – az elhunyt nő lányát. A katasztrófa következtében a lakásban tűz ütött ki, amelyet eloltottak, a lakás teljesen kiégett.
