A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij: „Olekszandr Szirszkij főparancsnok ma külön beszámolt a frontról, a kurszki és a belgorodi jelenlétünkről. Továbbra is aktív műveleteket folytatunk az ellenséges területen lévő határ menti területeken, és ez teljesen helyes – a háborúnak vissza kell térnie oda, ahonnan jött.”
Mint az elnök megjegyezte, az ukrán fegyveres erők hadműveletének fő célja az eddigiekhez hasonlóan az ukrán föld, elsősorban Szumi és Harkiv megyék közösségeinek maximális védelme az orosz megszállóktól.
Zelenszkij szerint Szirszkij beszámolt az ukrán egységek tevékenységéről a határ mentén, valamint az úgynevezett szürke zónában és közvetlenül az ellenséges területen. „Fontos, hogy katonáink bátorságának és ellenálló képességének köszönhetően a kurszki régióban, az egész kurszki hadműveletnek köszönhetően sikerült csökkentenünk a nyomást a front más területeire, különösen a donyecki régióra. Feltétlenül fontos, hogy továbbra is megsemmisítsük az orosz felszereléseket és a megszállók által használt logisztikai eszközöket a fronton” – jegyezte meg.
Az államfő köszönetet mondott minden egységnek, amelyek eredményt biztosítanak, veszteséget okoznak a megszállóknak, védik az ukrán állásokat. „És még – a belgorodi régió. Aktív hadműveletek ma – a 225. rohamezred. Jó munkát, fiúk! Büszke vagyok mindenkire, aki Ukrajnáért harcol!” – tette hozzá Volodimir Zeelenszkij.

Szükségállapotot hirdetett Vjacseszláv Gladkov, az oroszországi Belgorod régió kormányzója – írja a Guardian a Reuters hírügynökségre hivatkozva.
A belgorodi régióban a helyzet továbbra is rendkívül nehéz és feszült. Ezért úgy döntünk, hogy a mai naptól kezdődően a Belgorodi terület egészére kihirdetjük a regionális szükségállapotot – idézték a kormányzó szavait, aki hozzátette azt is: a kormányhoz fordulnak a szövetségi szintű szükségállapot kihirdetése érdekében.
A kormányzó szerint az ukrán drónok Belgorodot is támadás alá vették. Az ukrán fegyveres erők drónjai itt két települést támadtak meg, áldozatokról nem érkezett jelentés.
Belgorod az ukrajnai Harkiv régióval határos, de szomszédos az orosz Kurszk régióval is, ahová Ukrajna nemrégiben meglepetésszerű offenzívát indított.

A VKontaktye orosz közösségi oldalon Gladkov kijelentette, hogy az ukrán fegyveres erők egy nap alatt negyvenszer lőtték a belgorodi régió lakott területeit, és 42 dróntámadást indítottak. Közlése szerint hét civil sebesült meg.
A járás – amelyből most a lakosokat evakuálják – a belgorodi régió északnyugati részén található. Központja, Krasznaja Jaruga mintegy 45 kilométerre van a kurszki régióban lévő Szudzsa városától, amelynek környékét augusztus 6-án érték el az Oroszországba behatoló ukrán egységek.
Az orosz hatóságok a kurszki régióban is elrendelték egy újabb terület lakóinak evakuálását. A döntést az előzte meg, hogy orosz híradásokban közzétettek egy videofelvételt, amelyen egy ukrán páncélozott katonai jármű látható, amint áthalad a Kurszki terület Belovszkij járásában lévő Girji falun. A település körülbelül harminc kilométerre délkeletre fekszik Szudzsa városától.
Előbb Nyikolaj Volobujev, a járás vezetője szólította fel a helyi lakosokat az azonnali menekülésre, majd Alekszej Szmirnov, a Kurszki terület megbízott kormányzója a Telegramon közölte, hogy a regionális hadműveleti parancsnokság a járás lakóinak evakuálása mellett döntött.

Az operatív szolgáltatások segítséget nyújtanak az embereknek – írta a város polgármestere, Valentin Demidov. Kiemelte, hogy a lövöldözés során közvetlen találat ért egy mozgó autót. A sofőr a helyszínen életét vesztette – jegyezte meg a városvezető Telegram csatornáján, egyben kifejezve részvétét a az áldozat családjának.
Demidov azt is elmondta, hogy a városban öt civil lakóépület sérült meg: kerítések, homlokzatok, tetőfedés és melléképületek.
Légvédelmi rendszerünk hatékonyan működött a régióban, összesen 8 légi célpontot lőttek le a város felé közeledve – mondta az orosz belgorodi régió kormányzója, Vjacseszlav Gladkov. Hozzátette, hogy az operatív szolgálatok még jelenleg is dolgozzák fel az információkat a következményekről.
A belgorodi régió településeit rendszeresen érik támadások, de más orosz területek is érintettek. Az orosz védelmi minisztérium közlése szerint szerdára virradó éjjel hat oroszországi régióban összesen 58 ukrán drónt semmisítettek meg. Egy ukrán drón egy olajfinomítóra zuhant a Rjazanyi területen, az incidensnek legalább két sérültje volt.

Vjacseszlav Gladkov, a régió kormányzója a Telegram-csatornáján közölte, hogy minden plázát bezárnak a régióban – jelenti az AFP hírügynökség. A kormányzó szerint 10, Belgorod városa felé közeledő légi eszközt is lelőttek, ugyanakkor egy lövedék eltalált egy autót és egy nő életét vesztette. A támadásoknak továbbá három sebesültje is van.
A belgorodi régió településeit rendszeresen érik támadások, de más orosz területek is érintettek.
Az elmúlt napokban nem csak dróntámadásokról érkeztek hírek a határmenti régióból, de a Putyin-ellenes, orosz disszidensekből álló Szabad Oroszország Légió és más hasonló szervezetek szárazföldön is intéztek támadásokat a térségben.

Az oroszországi Belgorod belvárosa elleni szombati ukrán rakétatámadásban a legfrissebb adatok szerint 14-en meghaltak, köztük 2 gyermek, 108-an – közülük 15-en gyerekek – pedig megsérültek, és jelentős károk keletkeztek épületekben és járművekben – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál különböző forrásokra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a várost rakétákkal és valószínűleg drónokkal is támadták. A belgorodi hatóságok az ukrán hadsereget vádolták a támadással.
A közzétett fotók és videók alapján a városban jelentős a pusztítás. Autók égtek, lakóépületek rongálódtak meg, és az egész várost füst borította.
Belgorodban a helyi hatóságok szerint több mint 40 épület és 60 jármű rongálódott meg. A városban a támadás során szóltak a légószirénák.
Az orosz hadsereg ugyanakkor a légvédelem sikeres működéséről, drónok lelövéséről számolt be.

A Lengyel Önkéntes Hadtest harcosai bejelentették, hogy segítik az orosz lázadókat az Oroszország területén folytatott hadműveletekben – számolt be vasárnap az rbc.ua hírportál az Orosz Önkéntes Hadtest közleményére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az Orosz Önkéntes Hadtest tagjai kijelentették, hogy lengyel önkéntesekkel együtt részt vettek az ukrajnai harcokban, elsősorban az Orihovo, Zaporizzsja és Bahmut irányban folytatott hadműveletekben. Az Orosz Önkéntes Hadtest megerősítette, hogy a lengyelek segítenek nekik az oroszországi hadműveletekben.
A lengyel önkéntesek azonban a csak a foglyok kísérésével, a katonai és egészségügyi logisztikával kapcsolatos feladatokat látnak el, és kizárólag Ukrajna határain belül. „Az ilyen korlátok ellenére továbbra is őszintén köszönjük nekik a közös ügyhöz való felbecsülhetetlen hozzájárulásukat, és mindig bevonjuk őket a tervezésbe, és megosztjuk velük a hadizsákmányainkat” – áll a közleményben.
Ma, vasárnap az Oroszország Szabadsága Légió és az Orosz Önkéntes Hadtest harcosai bejelentették, hogy beléptek Sebekino külvárosába (körülbelül 10 km-re az ukrán határtól). Videókat tettek közzé a csatákról, a belgorodi térség helyi sajtóorgánumai pedig beszámoltak a robbanásokról és a légvédelmi rendszerek működéséről.
Később az Orosz Önkéntes Hadtest felhívást tett közzé, és megmutatta az orosz hadsereg elfogott katonáit. A lázadók tárgyalásra hívták Belgorod megye kormányzóját.
