A mentőszolgálat egyik tisztségviselője, Hasszan ul-Haszib Hán beszámolt arról, hogy a tűzoltóknak sikerült megfékezniük a lángok mintegy 40 százalékát vasárnap reggelre. A boltok többségében olyan áruk voltak, amelyek fokozták a tűz terjedését – mondta.

Robbanás történt az Ülemiste bevásárlóközpontban Tallinnban, az ország legnagyobb plázájában 2025. december 20-án, szombaton. Az eset során megsérült egy dolgozó. Az előzetes vizsgálatok szerint az incidens nem áll összefüggésben a terrorizmussal – jelentette az ERR.
A robbanást egy hulladéktartály okozta, a közelben tartózkodó alkalmazott megsérült. A sérültet kórházba szállították, de az életét nem fenyegeti veszély.
A Biztonsági Rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított az eset kapcsán, és egyelőre kizárta a terrorizmus lehetőségét.
Jelenleg semmi nem utal arra, hogy az eset terrorizmushoz vagy szélsőséges cselekményhez köthető lenne. A fenyegetettségi szint nem nőtt, a rendelkezésre álló bizonyítékok egyedi incidensre utalnak
– mondta Margo Palloson, a Biztonsági Rendőrség főigazgatója.
A Mentési Igazgatóság szakértői az éjszaka folyamán átvizsgálták a bevásárlóközpont összes hulladéktárolóját, és megbizonyosodtak róla, hogy nincs más robbanóeszköz. További veszély nem merült fel.
A nyomozás tovább vizsgálja a robbanás részleteit és okait. A rendőrség felvette a kapcsolatot az összes észtországi bevásárlóközponttal és biztonsági szolgálatukkal, és utasításokat küldött számukra az eljárásra vonatkozóan.

A tájékoztatás szerint feltehetően robbanás előzte meg a lángok keletkezését. „A vizsgálat egy, az üzletben található transzformátorra összpontosít” – írta Sonora állam ügyészsége az X közösségi oldalon. A lángokat már megfékezték. Médiaforrások elektromos meghibásodást emlegetnek. A városi hatóságok közlése szerint a népszerű Waldo’s diszkontlánc áruháza nem volt támadás célpontja.
„Rendelkeztem egy alapos és átlátható vizsgálat lefolytatásáról a baleset okainak tisztázása érdekében” – mondta Alfonso Durazo, a város székhelye, Sonora állam kormányzója egy közösségi médiában közzétett videóban, hozzátéve, hogy az áldozatok között gyermekek is vannak. A halálesetek többsége mérgező gázok belélegzése miatt következett be.
„Őszinte részvétem az életüket vesztett emberek családtagjainak és szeretteinek” – írta Claudia Sheinbaum elnök egy X-en közzétett bejegyzésében, hozzátéve, utasította a hatóságokat, hogy segítsenek az áldozatok családtagjainak és a sérülteknek. A helyi vöröskereszt közölte, hogy 40 alkalmazottja és 10 mentőautója csatlakozott a mentési munkálatokhoz, és több sérültet kórházba vittek.

Mintegy 50-en meghaltak a kelet-iraki Vászit kormányzóság egyik bevásárlóközpontjában kitört tűzben – jelentette be csütörtökön Vászit kormányzója.
Mohammed el-Mijáhi – akit az INA iraki hírügynökség idézett – elmondta, hogy a szerda éjjel történt tűzesetet a kormányzóság székhelyéről, a Bagdadtól mintegy 160 kilométerre délkeletre lévő Kút városából jelentették, hozzátéve, hogy sok sérültről is tudni.
Bár a tűz keletkezésének oka egyelőre ismeretlen, Mijáhi elmondta, hogy az épület és a bevásárlóközpont tulajdonosa ellen eljárás indult, hozzátéve, hogy az ügyben várhatóan 48 órán belül tesznek közzé további információkat. Mint mondta,
a hatóságok ellenőrizni fogják a gazdasági és kereskedelmi létesítmények biztonsági előírásait és határozott fellépést helyezett kilátásba az előírásokat megszegők ellen.
Sajtóértesülések szerint a bevásárlóközpontot alig öt nappal korábban nyitották meg a nagyközönség számára. Irakban gyakoriak az ilyen jellegű tűzesetek, elsősorban a karbantartás hiánya, illetve az országban több évtizeden át dúló belháborúk során tönkrement infrastruktúra miatt. A nyári hőhullámok szintén kedveznek a lángoknak. Két éve több mint 100 ember vesztette életét és több mint 200-an megsérültek az északi Ninive kormányzóság egy rendezvénytermében keletkezett tűzben.

Valószínűleg gázrobbanás vezetett több ember halálához csütörtökön Tajvanon, Tajcsung egyik bevásárlóközpontjában – tájékoztattak a helyi hatóságok.
A tűzoltóság jelentése szerint a robbanás a belvárosban lévő áruház 12. emeletén történt, ahol építkezés folyt. Az emeleten étterem működött, de a robbanás idején a munkálatok miatt zárva volt – fűzték hozzá a közleményben.
A balesetnek közlésük szerint legkevesebb öt halálos áldozata volt, és hét további ember megsérült.
Cseng Csao-sin, a város polgármester-helyettese közölte, hogy feltehetően gázrobbanás okozta a balesetet, de ezt az információt még meg kell erősíteni.
Laj Csing-tö köztársasági elnök Facebook-oldalán szólította fel az illetékeseket a robbanás okainak sürgős kivizsgálására.

Tűz keletkezett egy dallasi bevásárlóközpontban helyi idő szerint pénteken, amelyben több mint ötszáz állat pusztult el – közölte a texasi Dallas tűzoltósága.
A Plaza Latina bevásárlóközpont állatkereskedésében tartott 579 állat füstmérgezésben pusztult el – közölte Jason Evans, a tűzoltóság szóvivője. A tűz maga nem érte el az állatokat. Főként csirkék és hörcsögök pusztultak el, illetve két kutya és két macska is – tette hozzá a szóvivő.
Az oltás körülbelül két órán át tartott, a helyszínen 45 tűzoltó küzdött a lángokkal.
Annak ellenére, hogy a tűzoltók megkísérelték az állatok kimenekítését, a füst belélegzése után sajnálatos módon az üzletben levő összes állat elpusztult
– fejtette ki Evans, hozzátéve, hogy személyi sérülés nem történt.
Az egyemeletes üzletház szerkezete súlyosan megrongálódott, és a teteje is részben beomlott. A Plaza Latinában főként kis üzletek és éttermek találhatók, elsősorban latin-amerikai kínálattal. A tűz oka egyelőre ismeretlen, jelenleg vizsgálat folyik az ügyben – közölte a tűzoltóság.

Néhány nappal egy hasonló incidens után lövések dördültek el a Stockholmtól északra fekvő Sollentuna egyik bevásárlóközpontjában, ahol egy férfi megsebesült – közölte a helyi rendőrség.
Az ügyben egyelőre nem fogtak el még gyanúsítottat, viszont nyomozás indult gyilkosság kísérlete miatt. Az Aftonbladet című svéd napilap szemtanúkra hivatkozva két elkövetőről számolt be, akik elmenekültek a bűncselekmény helyszínéről. A bevásárlóközpontot átmenetileg kiürítették.
Vasárnap a délnyugat-svédországi Kungsbacka település egyik bevásárlóközpontjában leadott lövésektől sebesült meg egy ember. Két 14 éves fiatalt vettek őrizetbe, egyiküket tettesként, a másikat társtettesként. Hétfőn Malmö városában egy lakásban agyonlőttek egy férfit az ablakon keresztül. Ebben a bűnügyben is egy tinédzsert gyanúsítanak az elkövetéssel.
Svédországban az utóbbi években jelentősen megszaporodtak az erőszakcselekmények. 2023-ban minden korábbi mértéken túlment a bandaháború, és a kábítószer-kereskedelem ellenőrzéséért folyó harcban rekordot döntött a lőfegyveres bűncselekmények száma.

Az orosz megszállók péntek délelőtt az Ekomarket bevásárlóközpontot lőtték Kosztyantinivkában, a támadás következtében 10-en meghaltak, 35-en megsérültek – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál Vadim Filaskinnak, a Donyeck Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjének a Telegram-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Filaskin közölte, hogy a terroristák tüzérséggel lőtték Kosztyantinivkát. Jelenleg legalább 10 halottról és 35 sebesültről tudni. A rendőrség, a tűzoltók, az orvosok és az összes szakszolgálat a helyszínen dolgozik.
A helyi Telegram csatornák szerint a támadást délelőtt 11:00 óra körül hajtották végre. „A civilek elleni háború az, amit tudnak. Oroszország ellen teljes megtorlásra van szüksége mindenért, amit tesz” – írta Andrij Jermak, az Elnöki Hivatal vezetője a bevásárlóközpont elleni támadást kommentálva.
A Nova Posta sajtószolgálata arról számolt be, hogy találat érte a raktárát. Egy alkalmazott agyrázkódást kapott – minden szükséges segítséget megadnak neki. „Előzetes információk szerint a csomagok egy része megmaradt. A megsemmisült rakomány becsült értékét teljes egészében megtérítik az ügyfeleknek” – tette hozzá a kézbesítő cég.
