Előzetes letartóztatásba helyezett egy isztambuli bíróság négy orosz, egy ukrán és egy üzbég állampolgárt, mert a hatóságok gyanúja szerint katonai és politikai kémtevékenységet végeztek, valamint fegyveres támadást készítettek elő Törökországban élő csecsen ellenzékiek ellen – jelentette csütörtökön a TRT Haber török állami hírtelevízió.
A gyanúsítottakat október 8-án vette őrizetbe a török rendőrség Isztambulban és Antalyában.
Kémkedésért a török büntető törvénykönyv 15 évtől 20 évig terjedő börtönbüntetést határoz meg.
A beszámoló szerint a gyanúsítottak a támadás előkészítését illetően a fegyverek beszerzésének és a tervek kidolgozásának fázisában tartottak.
