A Csuhujev közelében lezuhant AN-26-os gép balesetének vizsgálata során számos szabályszegésre derült fény a repülés előkészítése és végrehajtása során, többen is jogellenesen tartózkodtak a gépen.
A fedélzeten kialakult „válsághelyzet” alatt a vezetőség nem tett elegendő intézkedést a katasztrófa elkerülése érdekében, nyilatkozta Szerhij Licsik, a Honvédelem területére szakosodott katonai ügyészség helyettes vezetője.
Elmondása szerint a repülést mind a repülőgép üzemeltetési, mind a repülések végrehajtási szabályainak megsértésével engedélyezték.
Vagyim Prijmacsok, az Állami Nyomozó Iroda nyomozói főosztályának vezetője elmondta, hogy a repüléshez azok a kadétpilóták is engedélyt kaptak, akiknek még nem volt tapasztalatuk a rakománnyal rendelkező repülőgépek vezetésében.
Amint megjegyezte, a parancsnok a személyzet kiképzésének koncepcióját a kadétpilóták, valamint a kadét-navigátorok képzésével egyidejűleg hagyta jóvá. Prijmacsok szerint az ilyen cselekmények jogellenesek.
Mivel egyidejűleg képzést is tartottak, a kadét pilóták nem vezethették a rakománnyal és utasokkal teli gépet, tehát törvényellenesen engedték fel őket a gépre – hangsúlyozta ki az Állami Nyomozó Iroda nyomozója.
Prijmacsok szerint a legénység parancsnokának is szabálysértéssel engedélyezték a repülést. A nyomozó elmondta, hogy több mint 11 hónapja nem újította fel az éjszakai repülési képességeit, amit a dokumentumok tiltanak, egyben hozzátette, hogy a segédparancsnok sem tartózkodott a fedélzeten.
Licsik egyben hozzátette, hogy részletesebb információval a vizsgálat eredményeinek kézhezvétele után szolgálnak.
