A Pannon RTV információi szerint a határ mellett tiltakozó migránsokat éjjel két óra körül buszokra tették, majd rendőri kísérettel a dél-szerbiai Presevo befogadóközpontjába vitték. A migránsok nem álltak ellen, békésen szálltak fel a buszokra.
A menetet – amely csütörtök délután érte el a magyar határt – hetek óta szervezték a közösségi médiában zárt csoportokban.
A tervek szerint péntek hajnalban indultak volna el a magyar határ felé, de miután a szerb hatóságok tudomást szereztek erről, korábbra hozták az indulást. A szerb rendőrség nem hivatalos információk szerint előző éjszaka már több tucat migránst begyűjtött, és rabszállító járművekkel a dél-szerbiai befogadóközpontba vitte őket.
Szerbiában mintegy hatezer migráns tartózkodik. 2015 óta nem jelentek meg migránsok ilyen nagy számban a szerb-magyar határon, inkább a Horvátországgal és a Bosznia-Hercegovinával közös határszakaszon próbáltak meg Nyugat-Európa felé haladni.
