A jelentés szerint a katonai kormányzó elmondta: „Jelenleg a Dnyeperi Vízerőmű kritikus állapotban van, és még csak nem is az áramtermelésről van szó, a bal partról a jobbra a forgalom teljesen le van zárva, így a lakosság mozgása korlátozott. Ma két hidat használnak kitérőként, amelyeken mindkét irányban logisztikát alakítottak ki. A hétvége ilyen lesz.”
A megyevezető megjegyezte, hogy nem lehetett azonnal helyreállítani a forgalmat a gáton keresztül. „Szakemberekkel, mérnökökkel, tervezőkkel, szakemberekkel fogunk konzultálni amellett, hogy ha kinyitjuk a Dnyeperi Vízerőművet, az biztonságos legyen. Remélem, hogy az elkövetkező napokban egyértelmű választ tudunk adni a zaporizzsjai embereknek a gáton keresztüli logisztikával kapcsolatban” – mutatott rá Ivan Fedorov.

A Dnyeperi Vízerőmű elleni orosz terrortámadás következtében talajszennyezést észleltek, mivel olajtermékek szivárogtak a Dnyeperbe – közölte pénteken az rbc.ua hírportál be a Déli Körzeti Állami Környezetvédelmi Felügyelőségre hivatkozva.
A hivatal tájékoztatása szerint a szakemberek már vettek talajmintákat, és laboratóriumi vizsgálatokat végeznek a szennyezettség mértékének megállapítása érdekében. Ezen túlmenően meghatározták az olajszennyezés által érintett terület nagyságát: a Szlavutics utca mentén több mint 7200 négyzetméter, a Petro Szahajdacsnij az utca mentén több mint 300 négyzetméter.
Környezetvédők megállapították a kőolajtermékek Dnyeperbe szivárgását is. A környezeti károk megállapítására vízmintákat is vettek. „Minden beérkezett anyagot átadunk a Déli Körzeti Állami Környezetvédelmi Felügyelőség törzsének és a környezetvédőknek” – áll a közleményben.

A péntek hajnali átfogó orosz légitámadás során nyolc rakéta csapódott be a Dnyeperi Vízerőművet, amely leállt, de nem fenyeget gátszakadás – jelentette ki Jurij Belouszov, a Legfőbb Ügyészség fegyveres konfliktusok alatti bűncselekmények elleni osztálya az ukrán televízió maratoni háborús adásának nyilatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Belouszov elmondta: „Ma volt az elmúlt év legmasszívabb támadása az energetikai infrastruktúra létesítményei ellen, ez biztos. Elmondhatjuk, hogy a mai támadás mellett az oroszok 136 esetben támadtak energetikai infrastrukturális létesítményeket Ukrajnában a teljes körű invázió kezdete óta.”
A Legfőbb Ügyészség munkatársa hangsúlyozta: az orosz megszállók támadása után az erőművet üzemen kívül helyezték, miután nyolc rakétatalálat érte. „Ma Zaporizzsját hatalmas támadás érte. Csak magát a Dnyeperi Vízerőművet nyolc rakéta találta el, vagyis nyolc rakéta csapódott be az Ukrajna számára fontos objektumba, amely nemcsak energetikai, hanem más funkciókat is ellát” – mutatott rá Jurij Belouszov, kiemelve, hogy nem fenyeget gátszakadás.
