Oroszország ukrán gyerekekkel próbálja benépesíteni a népességhiányos, depressziós régióit.
Ebből a célból egy csoport kitűnő tanuló iskolás gyereket szállított a megszállt Sahtarszkból az Oroszországi Föderáció Szahalini régiójába „egyetemi diákcsere” ürügyén, és a Távol-Keletre való költözésre buzdítják őket, számolt be szombaton a Nemzeti Ellenállási Központ.

Jelentés szerint a brit újság értesülései szerint Vlagyimir Putyin azt a feladatot adta a katonai parancsnokságnak, hogy 2025 november közepéig megszerezzék az irányítást Pokrovszk felett. Néhány orosz egység már behatolt a városba, de az ukrán fél tagadja a teljes bekerítésről szóló jelentéseket.
A The Financial Times megjegyezte, hogy Pokrovszk 2024-ig kulcsszerepet játszott közlekedési és logisztikai központként, az elvesztése pedig stratégiai csapás lehet Ukrajna számára, megnyitva az utat az ellenség előtt az új támadási irányok előtt.
Az ukrán vezérkar megerősítette, hogy valóban mintegy 200 orosz katona lépett be a városba. Ugyanakkor heves összecsapásokat jegyeznek fel az egész ezer kilométeres frontvonal mentén.
Az ukrán katonai parancsnokság jelentése szerint az aktív harcok nemcsak Pokrovszk külvárosában, hanem a városon belül is folytatódnak, ahol szabotázscsoportok működnek. A logisztikai helyzetet bonyolítják az állandó támadások és a megsemmisült infrastruktúra. A már több hónapja tartó offenzívát az orosz csapatok lassú előrenyomulása kíséri Liman és Kosztyantinovka felé.
Az ellenség fő figyelmét a Pokrovszk-Mirnohrad agglomerációra összpontosította – nagy bányászati központokra, amelyek háború előtti lakossága körülbelül 100 ezer ember volt. Az orosz erők stratégiailag fontos útvonalakra próbálnak betörni, és dróntámadásoknak teszik ki az ukrán utánpótlási vonalakat.

A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij elmondta, hogy nem tud minden részletet felfedni a fronton történtekről. Ott továbbra is nehéz a helyzet. „Azonban az elmúlt héten a donyecki irányú helyzet apránként kiegyenlítődik, ha már Pokrovszkról beszélünk. Mert különböző irányok vannak, más kihívások is vannak” – tette hozzá.
Az elnök megjegyezte, hogy az ukrajnai fronton kialakult helyzet és a kurszki hadművelet összefügg egymással. „Például láthatjuk, hogy a kurszki hadművelet megkezdése előtt Donbászban, ugyanabban a pokrovszki irányban használt lövedékek száma 1-12 volt. Ma 1-2,5. Tudjuk, hogy még nem sikerült kiegyenlíteni. Ha meg akarjuk állítani és helyre akarjuk állítani a helyzetünket, akkor többre van szükségünk, mint az 1- 2,5, szerintem ez a Kurszk nevű hadművelet sikere” – hangsúlyozta Volodimir Zelenszkij.

A jelentés szerint a hatóságok két városnegyedet lezártak, lekapcsolták az áramot, miközben a város más részein továbbra is fenntartják az áram- és vízellátást. A helyi hatóságok a rendőrség és a katasztrófavédelem támogatásával továbbra is evakuálják a gyermekes családokat ezekből a városnegyedekből. Szervezett konvojokban hajtják végre a kiürítést az emberek lehető legnagyobb védelme érdekében.
Szitnik megjegyezte, hogy a hatóságok felhívása ellenére az egyik városnegyed lakóinak egy része vonakodva egyezett bele a kiürítésbe, abban a reményben, hogy kivárják a harcok végét a pincékben. „Megvan minden család címe, van egy nagy listánk, amelyen megjelöljük azt a dátumot, amikor a család megígérte, hogy evakuál. Ha a család nem megy el magától, akkor szervezünk egy kiürítést Pokrovszk város evakuálási pontjaira a közösségben elérhető közlekedési eszközökkel, de többen még a gyerekeket is elrejtik előlünk. De mi megkeressük őket” – mondta.
Augusztus 20-án 493 gyermek maradt Mirnohradban. Szitnik szavai szerint naponta átlagosan félszáz család távozik, ez körülbelül 120 gyerek. A városi hatóságok megkezdték az intézmények, létesítmények kiürítését is. Az Ukrán Nemzeti Bank (NBU), az Állami Nyugdíjalap fiókjai már leálltak, a bankok bezártak, az élelmiszerboltok augusztus 26-tól csuknak be.

A hírportál elékeztetett arra, hogy Donbászon nagyon nehéz a helyzet. Szerhij Hajdaj, Luhansz megye katonai kormányzója ma azt mondta, hogy az orosz csapatok erősítik pozícióikat Liszicsanszk környékén, és hogy ez az egyetlen város, amit az ellenség még nem szállt meg.

Az ukrán fegyveres erők visszavonulása során bekövetkezett átmeneti területvesztés egyáltalán nem tragédia, a nemzet hiánya lenne az – jelentette ki Olekszij Danilov, a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára egy hétfői lapinterjúban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Danilov a Financial Times című brit lapnak nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy jelenleg az ellenség tüzérségi fölényben van Szeverodonyeckben és Liszicsanszkban. „Sajnos most nem tudunk megfelelően reagálni ugyanazokkal az eszközökkel, mivel jelenleg hiányoznak a számunkra annyira szükséges fegyverek” – emlékeztetett.
Az RNBO-titkár megjegyezte, hogy az ukrán csapatok visszavonulhatnak Szeverodonyeckből és Donbász más városaiból, miközben átcsoportosítják erőiket. „A területek átmeneti elvesztése egyáltalán nem tragédia. A tragédia a nemzet elvesztése lenne” – mutatott rá Olekszij Danilov, arról biztosítva, hogy a nyugati fegyverek mindenképpen megérkeznek, az ukránok pedig visszaszerzik a területeiket.
