A Kijevi Területi Gazdaságbiztonsági Hivatal (BEB) nyomozói a határőrség operatív munkatársaival együtt lelepleztek egy nagyszabású illegális e-cigaretta folyadékgyártó ügyletet.
A nyomozás során megállapították, hogy a csoport tevékenysége Kijev, Vinnicja, Kárpátalja és Lemberg megyék területét ölelte fel. A bűnözők teljes körű, illegális gyártási ciklust hoztak létre speciálisan felszerelt ipari üzemekben a hamisított termékek előállítására.
Az 11 házkutatás során a BEB nyomozói lefoglalták a folyadékgyártó sort, a csomagoló- és címkézőberendezéseket, 70 doboz kész, adójel nélküli hamisított e-cigarettát, alkatrészeket, számítástechnikai eszközöket, mobiltelefonokat, kéziratokat és illegális könyvelést.
Az illegális e-cigaretta folyadékgyártást megszüntették. A lefoglalt eszközök és termékek becsült értéke több mint 10 millió hrivnya.
A csapi határőregység munkatársai a vámosokkal együtt megakadályozták, hogy illegálisan e-cigaretták utántöltésére szolgáló folyadékokat hozzanak be Ukrajnába.
Egy 22 éves ungvári lakos próbálta meg elrejteni a három ládányi árut, miközben Szlovákiából Ukrajnába tartott egy Renault márkájú teherautóval.
A jármű átvizsgálásakor a hatóságok 600 csomag, külföldi gyártmányú töltőfolyadékot találtak.
A be nem jelentett árut a pótkocsi alatti szerszámos ládában, valamint a sofőr személyes tárgyai között rejtették el.
A lefoglalt termékeket a vámosok elkobozták, értéküket később állapítják meg.
A megyei ügyészség irányítása alatt lelepleztek egy illegális, jövedéki termékek terjesztésére szolgáló csatornát.
A hatóságok megállapították, hogy a Huszti és Técsői járások területén a kereskedők elektronikus dohányzó eszközöket és azokhoz tartozó folyadékokat árusítottak, hamisított vagy teljesen hiányzó ukrán zárjeggyel.
Előzetes adatok a termékeket Kijevből küldték Kárpátaljára, ahol kiskereskedelmi forgalomban értékesítették őket.
A lefoglalt termékek előzetes értéke körülbelül 5 millió hrivnya. Az ügyben továbbra is folynak a vizsgálatok.
Az ungvári járási rendőrség adminisztratív protokollt állított ki két 15 éves helyi fiatal szüleire. A diákok elektromos cigarettát árusítottak a közösségi hálón iskolás társaiknak.
A kiskorúakat szüleikkel együtt beszállították a rendőrségre, mindannyiukkal megelőzős beszélgetést folytatnak a hatósági munkatársak.
„Felkérjük a szülőket: vigyázzanak gyermekeikre, kommunikáljanak velük, és magyarázzák el a nekik a tilos dolgokat. Ha segítségre van szükségük, mindig fordulhatnak a fiatalkorúakkal foglalkozó rendőrségi munkatársakhoz” – írta a Nemzeti Rendőrség.
Két kárpátaljai lakos november 18-án este Magyarországról Ukrajnába tartott. A nők a „zöld folyosót” választották vámellenőrzéskor. Szóban is cáfolták, hogy lenne bevallási kötelezettség alá tartozó árujuk.

Az e-cigi robbanások általában fizikai és kémiai égési sérüléseket okozhatnak, zsebben tartva pedig a kéz, comb és a lágyék, illetve a nemi szervek lágyszöveteinek károsodásához, sőt akár csönttörésekhez is vezethetnek.
Korábban azonban előfordult már olyan eset is, amikor a szájban történt robbanás következtében egész életre szóló, súlyos égési sérüléseket szenvedtek az e-cigizők, és a halálesetek sem számítanak ritkaságnak manapság.
“Amikor felkeltem altatás után, nem éreztem magam jól. Olyan érzések fogtak el, mintha nem is saját magam lennék. A fájdalom elviselhetetlen volt, mintha egy rémálomban lettem volna. Miután hazaküldtek, és visszatértem otthonomba, kirázott a hideg, amint beléptem a szobába, ahol a robbanás történt” – idézte fel a rémes pillanatokat a páciens.
A baleseteket rendre az e-cigaretták működését biztosító lítiumion-akkumulátorok okozzák, ezért az orvosok arra sürgetik a gyártókat, hogy változtassanak a technológián, és tervezzenek meg egy alternatív dizájnt, amivel megelőzhetőek a jövőbeni incidensek.
