Másfél éves szabadságvesztésre ítélt a varsói kerületi bíróság egy lengyel férfit, aki együtt akart működni a fehérorosz hírszerzéssel – jelentette kedden a lengyel közszolgálati hírtelevízió (TVP Info).
Karol Borchólski, a lengyel állami ügyészség sajtóosztályának munkatársa a hírtévével közölte: a vád lőszerek engedély nélküli birtoklására is vonatkozott.
Borchólski nem tett említést arról, az ítélet jogerős-e.
Az elítélt Grzegorz M.-t a lengyel belbiztonsági ügynökség (ABW) 2021 októberében tartóztatta le.
A férfit a fehérorosz titkosszolgálat, a KDB javára folytatott kémkedéssel gyanúsították meg. A TVP Info akkor közölte: Grzegorz M. maga kereste a kapcsolatot a fehérorosz hírszerzéssel. 2020 szeptemberében a nyugat-fehéroroszországi Grodno (Hrodna) városában a KDB irodájában jelentkezett, felajánlva az együttműködést.
Kémkedési terveit és lengyelországi kapcsolatait Grzegorz M. később egy lengyel ABW-tiszt előtt fedte fel, aki a KDB munkatársaként mutatkozott be neki.
Grzegorz M. éveken át a lengyel rendvédelmi erőknél dolgozott. A szocializmus idején, 1981-től (a lengyelországi hadiállapot évétől) tagja volt a különleges belügyi alakulatoknak (ZOMO), ezt követően a népi milíciánál, vagyis a Lengyel Népköztársaság rendőrségénél szolgált, később, egészen 1999-ig pedig a rendőrségnél. 2001-ben nyugalmazták, akkor a lengyel határőrség főtörzsőrmestere volt.

A tudósítás szerint Jenyin az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús műsorának nyilatkozva elmondta: „ha a háború összesen 164 napjáról beszélünk, ebben az időszakban mintegy száz diverzáns felforgatócsoportot derítettek fel az ország területén, és több mint 1600, valószínűleg felforgató tevékenységben részt vevő személyt vettek őrizetbe.” Hozzátette, hogy a hivatalos Facebook- oldalán gyakran ír rakéta-célráirányítókról és diverzánsok segítőiről.
A belügyminiszter első helyettese szerint a rakétákat célra irányítók és a diverzánsok segítői mindössze 5-10 ezer hrivnyáért vállalják az együttműködést az oroszokkal. Az árulók ezért a pénzért információkat adnak át az ellenségnek katonai állásaink, ellenőrző pontjaink elhelyezkedéséről, valamint a rakéták becsapódási helyeiről – emlékeztetett. „A hazaárulás 300 dollárért majdnem olyan, mint a 30 ezüstpénz, és az a kilátás, hogy a következő 15 évet szűk börtöncellában tölti az áruló” – mutatott rá Jevhen Jenyin.

A kijevi megyei ügyészség eljárást indított hazaárulás vádjával egy helyi lakos ellen.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a vádlott, aki a háború kezdete előtt az egyik fővárosi magániskola igazgatójaként dolgozott, oroszbarát nézeteket vallott, és támogatta országunk egy részének elfoglalását. Együttműködött az Oroszországi Föderáció képviselőjével, aki részt vett az Ukrajna elleni információs kampányokban, és kapcsolatban állt az agresszor ország különleges szolgálataival. A nő tájékoztatta őket a fegyveres erők és területvédelmi alakulatok állásairól, valamint Ukrajna azon állami, politikai és kulturális szereplőiről, akik ellenzik az orosz agressziót. Együttműködése jutalmaként a vádlottnak az oktatási miniszteri posztot ígérték a megszálló hatalom alatt.
Az előzetes nyomozást a kijevi városi Biztonsági Szolgálat végezte a Nemzeti Államvédelmi Minisztérium kritikus infrastruktúrát felügyelő és a terrorizmus elleni küzdelemmel foglalkozó főosztály operatív támogatásával.
Megjegyzés: Ukrajna Alkotmányának 62. cikkelye értelmében egy személyt ártatlannak kell tekinteni bűncselekmény elkövetésében, és nem vonható büntetőjogi felelősség alá mindaddig, amíg bűnösségét jogerősen be nem bizonyítják és a bíróság nem hoz ítéletet az ügyben.

Mintegy kétezren tüntettek csütörtökön a kormány és a Legfelső Tanács épülete előtt Kijev központjában, az Ukrajna és a Nemzetközi Valutaalap (IMF) közötti együttműködés megszüntetését követelve – adta hírül az unn.com.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint az IMF – népirtás Ukrajnában elnevezésű tiltakozó akció résztvevőinek fő követelése az Ukrajna és az IMF együttműködésének megszüntetése volt. A tiltakozók azt hangoztatták, hogy az IMF további hitelei felerősítik Ukrajnában társadalmi-politikai, gazdasági és humanitárius válságot.
Mint Andrij Kucser politikai konzultáns Facebook-oldalán közölte, „a fő kérdés, amit ma minden ukránnak fel kell tennie magának, az, hogy a kormány milyen feltételekkel vesz fel kölcsönt az IMF-től, és mi az, ami országunkat és minden ukrán érdekeit veszélyezteti?” A szakértő szerint Ukrajna a hitelfelvételek folytatásával növeli a külföldi adósságát. Mint írta, „már 90,46 milliárd dollárral tartozunk az IMF-nek, vagy közvetlenül fogalmazva – minden egyes ukrán 2000 dollárra van eladósítva.
A fő követelés mellett a tiltakozók számos további követelést is megfogalmaztak, a többi között az ország gazdaságának stratégiai fontosságú objektumai eladásának leállítását, a földgáz- és villamosenergia-piac felszámolását, az IMF és más, az egészségügyben teljesen illetéktelen pénzintézetek által szankcionált alkotmányellenes karantén-korlátozások feloldását.
