A lap szerint a háború számtalan ukrán életét felforgatta, és a munkaerőpiacot is érintette. Mintegy 4,8 millió ember veszítette el állását szinte egyik napról a másikra, amikor Oroszország megtámadta Ukrajnát. A becslések szerint a munkanélküliségi ráta idén októberben 18,4%-ra esett a 2022 tavaszi több mint 30%-ról, de továbbra is jóval a háború előtti szint felett van.
