Március 29-én Zelenszkij elnök rendeletével felmentette Andrij Szmirnovot az Elnöki Hivatal helyettes vezetői posztjáról. Sajtóértesülések szerint eljárást indítottak ellen, jogalap nélküli meggazdagodás gyanújával.
Megjegyzendő, hogy Szmirnov 2019 ősze óta dolgozott helyettesként az Elnöki Hivatalban.
2022-ben a tisztviselő botrányba keveredett. Andrij Szmirnov bátyja állítólag a piaci árnál lényegesen alacsonyabb áron vett egy lakást és egy telket a Kárpátokban. Az ingatlan összértéke negyedmillió dollár volt. Ezenkívül állítólag több mint 1,6 millió hrivnyáért vásárolt egy 100 négyzetméteres lakást az Avalon–37 lakóparkban, miközben az ilyen lakások piaci értéke 6 millió hrivnya körül ingadozik.

A jelentés szerint az elnöki hivatalvezető elmondta, hogy Kijevben romlott a levegő minősége az orosz légitámadás után. „Az oroszok legutóbbi támadása után jelentősen romlott a levegő minősége Kijevben az égéstermékek, vegyszerek és por magas koncentrációja miatt. A becsült környezeti kár meghaladta az 56 milliárd eurót, több mint 3300 dokumentált bírósági üggyel” – emlékeztetett.
Jermak szerint Ukrajna a környezeti károkért Oroszországot kívánja felelősségre vonni. Egyúttal köszönetet mondott a nemzetközi munkacsoportnak az Ukrajna környezetvédelmi egyezményének megalkotásáért. „Ennek a dokumentumnak útmutatóvá kell válnia a háború természetre gyakorolt negatív hatásai elleni küzdelemhez. Nemcsak Ukrajna, hanem a béke érdekében is” – hangsúlyozta.
Az elnöki hivatalvezető meghívta a nemzetközi munkacsoport képviselőit Ukrajnába a megállapodás nyilvános bemutatására és Volodimir Zelenszkij államfőnek való hivatalos benyújtására. „Nehéz feladat vár ránk – a megállapodás végrehajtása Ukrajnában és külföldön. Nagyon hálásak leszünk a segítségéért és támogatásáért. Örülök, hogy találkozhatok önökkel Kijevben, és megvitathatom a további együttműködési terveket” – mutatott rá Andrij Jermak.

Eljárás indult Alexis Kohler, a francia elnöki hivatal vezetője ellen egy összeférhetetlenségi gyanú miatt – erősítette meg hétfőn a pénzügyi visszaéléseket vizsgáló országos ügyészség a France Info közszolgálati hírrádió értesülését.
Alexis Kohler korábban a pénzügy-, illetve a gazdasági minisztériumnak, később pedig annak az olasz–svájci magáncégnek az egyik tisztségviselője volt, amely üzleti ügyben tárgyalt a francia állammal, és amelynek tulajdonosaihoz rokoni kapcsolatok fűzik.
Alexis Kohler a posztján marad Emmanuel Macron államfő mellett a szeptember 23-i vád alá helyezés után is – tudatta az elnöki hivatal.
Kohler ellen az Anticor nevű korrupcióellenes szervezet még 2018-ban tett panaszt befolyással való üzérkedés, összeférhetetlenség és passzív korrupció miatt, miután rokoni kapcsolatban áll az Aponte olasz családdal, amely alapítója és tulajdonosa a Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) olasz–svájci hajózási társaságnak. A társaságot Kohler anyjának unokatestvérei alapították.
A feljelentés nyomán indított előzetes eljárást 2019 augusztusában a pénzügyi ügyészség vádemelés nélkül lezárta. Ezt követően az Anticor 2019. december 4-én újabb feljelentést tett, ennek nyomán indították újra a vizsgálatot a független vizsgálóbírók, majd megalapozottnak tartották a gyanút, ezért az ügyészség végül megindította az eljárást.
Az elnöki hivatal vezetője tagadja, hogy bármilyen szabálysértést elkövetett volna – tudatta közleményben az ügyvédje.
Az MSC és az elnöki hivatal vezetője közti családi kapcsolatokról 2018-ban jelent meg több cikk a Mediapart portálon, miután az MSC a nyugat-franciaországi Saint-Nazaire-ben található STX France hajógyár egyik fő ügyfele.
Kohler 2012–2014 között a francia állami vagyonügynökség, 2014–2016 között a pénzügyminisztérium kabinetfőnöke volt. Akkor távozott a minisztériumtól, amikor Emmanuel Macron jelenlegi államfő 2016-ban lemondott gazdasági miniszteri tisztségéről, hogy jelöltethesse magát az elnökválasztáson. A kampányban Kohler nem vett részt, hanem kilenc hónapig az MSC gazdasági igazgatója volt Genfben, majd amikor Macront 2017 májusában megválasztották, visszatért a politikai életbe és az elnök kabinetfőnöke lett.
Amikor Kohler még a pénzügyminisztériumban dolgozott, a francia állam kiterjedt tárgyalásokat folytatott az MSC-vel arról, hogy a cég megvenné a veszteséges nagy francia hajóépítő cégeket.
Az előzetes vizsgálat során tucatnyi embert hallgattak meg a nyomozók, köztük Alexis Kohlert is. A jegyzőkönyvek alapján két, egymásnak ellentmondó rendőrségi jelentés is született az AFP hírügynökség szerint. Az első szerint Kohler nem avatkozott bele az MSC-vel kapcsolatos kérdésekbe, amikor a pénzügyminisztériumban dolgozott, a második szerint viszont igen.
Emmanuel Macron 2019-ben „személyes feljegyzésben” kezességet vállalt munkatársáért a vizsgálóbíróknál. A 2019. július 1-jei keltezésű levélben a köztársasági elnök azt írta, tudott arról, hogy Alexis Kohlert családi kapcsolatok fűzik az MSC részvényeseihez, amikor kinevezte 2014-ben az általa vezetett gazdasági minisztériumban kabinetfőnökének. Emiatt nem is vett részt azokban a tárgyalásokban, amelyek a francia állam és az olasz–svájci cég között folytak – írta Macron.

Molotov-koktélt dobtak péntekre virradóra Ihor Zsovkvának, az Elnöki Hivatal külpolitikai kérdésekkel foglalkozó helyettesének Kijev Darnica kerületében található házára, a tettest elfogták adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) közleményére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a tettes hajnali 4:00 órakor gyúlékony anyaggal töltött palackot dobott Zsovkva darnicai házának udvarába. A támadásban senki nem sérült meg. Az elkövetőt elfogták, folyik a kihallgatása és indítékának a megállapítása.
Az SZBU közleményében jelezte, hogy a tettes egy 25 éves Cserkaszi megyei lakos. A kihallgatásán elmondta, hogy munkanélküli és egy álláskereső oldalon találta a hirdetést, miszerint egy ház felgyújtásához keresnek vállalkozót. Állítása szerint a ház címét és az utasításokat a megrendelőtől egy ismeretlen személytől kapta a Telegramon. Azt is elmondta, hogy 4 ezer dollárt ígértek neki, amit azt követően kap meg, hogy gyújtogatásról szóló hír megjelenik a médiában. A megrendelő indítékait nem ismeri.

Felgyújtotta magát egy ismeretlen férfi csütörtök délután az Elnöki Hivatalban Kijevben, a lángokat az épület őrsége gyorsan eloltotta, és az illetőt őrizetbe vette – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál kijevi rendvédelmi forrásra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az ismeretlen az Elnöki Hivatal épületében gyúlékony folyadékkal öntötte le, majd felgyújtotta magát. Az ott ügyeletet tartó rendőrök tűzoltó készülékekkel gyorsan eloltották a lángokat. A férfit őrizetbe vették és átadták a nyomozóknak, akik kihallgatták. Tettének okáról egyelőre semmit nem közöltek.
Mint hírportálunk is beszámolt róla, a mostani eset előtt legutóbb 2020. február 26-án gyújtotta fel magát egy férfi az Elnöki Hivatal épülete előtt az egészségügyi reform elleni tüntetésen. A lángra kapott ruházatát a társai gyorsan eloltották.

Összetűztek egymással a mássággal szembeni diszkrimináció ellen tiltakozó LMBTQ-aktivisták és az ellenük tüntető szélsőséges nacionalisták péntek délután Kijevben az Elnöki Hivatal épülete előtt, a rendőrök könnyfakasztó gázt vetettek be a randalírozók megfékezésére – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a rendőrök a konfliktus több résztvevőjét előállították. Az LMBTQ-akció előtt bombariadó volt a helyszínen egy gazdátlan táska miatt. A táskában robbanószerkezetet nem találtak, és végül a gazdája is előkerült.
A hírportál emlékeztetett rá, hogy az LMBTQ-közösség támogatására pénteken 16:00 órára meghirdetett akciót a szervezők elektronikus zene melletti diszkó formájában akarták megtartani.

A kiadvány helyszíni tudósítása szerint a szélsőséges aktivisták Szternenko 26. születésnapja alkalmából tartottak tüntetést, bebörtönzött társuk szabadon bocsátását követelve Volodimir Zelenszkij elnöktől és Arszen Avakov belügyminisztertől. A tiltakozó megmozdulás egy idő után tömeges zavargásba csapott át, amelynek során a randalírozók festékkel öntötték le az Elnöki Hivatal épületének falait, petárdákat és fáklyákat dobáltak rá. Ugyancsak betörték az épület ablakait. A falra a többi között az elnökre nézve sértő „balek” (loh) és az „Avakov – ördög” szavakat firkálták.
Médiabeszámolók szerint az épületet védő rendőrök láthatóan nem akartak erélyesen beavatkozni, csak egyszer volt egy erőtlen próbálkozásuk a randalírozók visszaszorítására, hiába dobálták őket is a radikálisok. Mindazonáltal egy tüntetőt kiemeltek és előállítottak. Feltűnő volt, hogy a tiltakozók nem hatoltak be az épületbe, noha a bejárat védtelen volt.
