Enerhodar 16 órán keresztül volt áram nélkül ezen a hétvégén, mivel a város második alállomása is megsérült – közölte jelentésében Rafael Grossi, a Nemzetközi Atomenergia-ügynökség (NAÜ) vezérigazgatója.
„A város, ahol a Zaporizzsjai Atomerőmű alkalmazottainak többsége lakik, 16 órán keresztül maradt áram nélkül a hétvégén, miután a környéken a második alállomás is megsérült, és kivonták a forgalomból” – áll a jelentésben.
A NAÜ szakértői június 22-én, szombaton ellátogattak az enerhodari Raduga alállomásra, „hogy megvizsgálják a két transzformátor egyikének sérülését, amelyet az alállomás jelentése szerint egy előző esti dróntámadás okozott”. Az alállomás Enerhodar öt kerülete részleges áramellátására használták. Megjegyezték, hogy szerdán Enerhodar másik alállomása, a Lucs – megsemmisült.
„Két nappal azután, hogy ellátogattak Enerhodarba, hogy felmérjék a Lucs alállomásban keletkezett kár mértékét, a NAÜ szakértői elektromos alkatrészeket és drónok egyéb roncsait találták a Raduga alállomáson, valamint egy fel nem robbant eszközt a földön a sérült transzformátor közelében” – közölte a NAÜ.
Grossi, a NAÜ vezérigazgatója elítélte az incidenseket.
„Aki e mögött áll, annak meg kell állnia. Egyre elterjedtebb a drónok alkalmazása az állomás és környéke ellen. Ez teljesen elfogadhatatlan, és ellentmond a biztonság alapjainak és az egyhangúlag elfogadott elveknek” – jelentette ki.

Lehetetlen megbecsülni, hogy a karbantartók mikorra állítják helyre az áramellátást – mondta a városvezető. Egyre sűrűbb az ágyúzás, így a szakembereknek nincs idejük helyreállítani a károkat egy-egy támadás után – tette hozzá. Azt javasolta a város lakóinak, hogy készletezzenek be maguknak olyan élelmiszereket, amelyeket nem kell főzni.
Enerhodar ellen augusztus eleje óta tartanak a tüzérségi támadások. Az ukrán és az orosz oldal egymást vádolja a város lövetésével. Az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál által közölt értesülések szerint az orosz megszállók nem engedik az ott élő embereknek elhagyni a várost. Az ukrán hatóságok arra szólították fel a zaporizzsjai atomerőmű közelében található települések lakóit, hogy meneküljenek el, amilyen módon csak tudnak, mert Oroszország nem járul hozzá humanitárius folyosók létesítéséhez – írta a hírportál.
