Lezuhant egy F–16-os vadászgép Törökországban, a pilóta életét vesztette – közölte az Anadolu török hírügynökség. Ismail Ustaoglu, Balikesir kormányzója az X-en közölte: „A Balikesir 9. Fő Vadászrepülő Bázis kötelékébe tartozó F–16-os harci repülőgép szolgálati repülés közben balesetet szenvedett. A gép röviddel a felszállás után zuhant le, a pilóta hősi halált halt.”
A tragédia az Izmir-Istanbul Otoyolu Naipli térségében történt, ahol a hatóságok azonnal lezárták az autópálya érintett szakaszát. A helyszínre érkező mentő- és kutatóegységek rövid időn belül megtalálták a roncsokat. A pilótát Ibrahim Bolat őrnagyként nevezték meg.

Ismeretlen személyek három alkalommal világítottak kék lézersugárral F–16-os vadászgépek pilótáira az amerikai Spangdahlem légi bázis közelében, Németországban – számolt be az SWR.
A közlés szerint az incidensek december 2-án és december 9-én történtek, amikor a vadászgépek megközelítették a bázist és leszállni készültek.
A rendőrség tájékoztatása alapján mindhárom támadás 20:00 és 20:30 között zajlott, és a pilóták sérülés nélkül, biztonságosan le tudtak szállni. Ugyanakkor Kerstin Klein, a rendőrkapitányság szóvivője figyelmeztetett: az ilyen lézeres támadások súlyos látáskárosodást vagy szemsérülést is okozhatnak a pilótáknak.
„Ezek a repülőgépek óriási sebességgel haladnak. Ezért szerencsésnek mondhatjuk magunkat, hogy eddig nem történt nagyobb baj” – hangsúlyozta.
A rendőrség megjegyezte, hogy akár a boltokban szabadon kapható lézerpointerek is alkalmasak lehetnek ilyen támadásokra, bár jelen esetben még nem ismert, pontosan milyen eszközt használtak.
A rendőrség információi szerint már van egy nyom az üggyel kapcsolatban. Klein elmondta, hogy a lézersugarak ugyanabból az irányból érkeztek.
Feltételezése szerint az elkövető vagy elkövetők Spangdahlem közelében egy meghatározott helyről cselekedhetnek.
Klein kiemelte: a német jog szigorú büntetéseket ír elő a „légi közlekedés veszélyes megzavarásáért”.

Az ukrán légierő közlése szerint a június 29-i orosz rakétatámadás elhárítására az összes rendelkezésre álló eszközt, köztük F–16-osokat is bevetettek. A 31 éves pilóta, 1. osztályú vadászrepülő, hét ellenséges célpontot semmisített meg a harc során. Miután gépe súlyosan megsérült, mindent megtett azért, hogy lakott területen kívülre vezesse a gépet, de katapultálásra már nem volt lehetősége.
Usztimenko a Harkivi Nemzeti Légierő Egyetemen végzett. Felesége és négyéves kisfia gyászolja.

Az ukrán fegyveres erők légiereje hozzátette, hogy az F–16-osok ukrán pilótái szinte naponta hajtanak végre harci feladatokat a front különböző szakaszain, rendkívül nehéz körülmények között, vadászfedezetet biztosítva a légicsapásoknak és az ellenséges célpontok elleni támadásoknak.
Az ukrán pilóták az emberi és technikai képességeik maximumán dolgoznak, és minden alkalommal az életüket kockáztatják harci küldetések teljesítése közben. Pavlo is közéjük tartozott! Dicsőség a hősnek!

Lezuhant egy F-16-os vadászgép, amelyet Ukrajna nemrég kapott a szövetségesektől, a baleset augusztus 26-án, hétfőn történt – számolt be csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál a The Wall Street Journal című amerikai lapra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az újságnak egy meg nem nevezett amerikai tisztviselő elmondta, hogy a vadászgépet nem az oroszok lőtték le. Az eset az Ukrajna elleni hatalmas rakétatámadás idején történt. Újságírók szerint a repülőgép-baleset oka valószínűleg a pilóta hibája volt.
A WSJ szerint a Pentagon utasította az ukrán fegyveres erők légierejét, hogy adjon tájékoztatást a gép lezuhanásával kapcsolatban. A kiadvány forrásaira hivatkozva azt is megírta, hogy az első leszállított tételben Ukrajna hat darab F-16-os vadászgépet kapott.
Az rbc.ua hírportál megkereste a légierőt, hogy reagáljon a hírre, de nem tudták sem megerősíteni, sem cáfolni az információt.
Néhány napja Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök kijelentette, hogy Ukrajna F-16-os vadászgépeket vetett be légterének a védelmére az oroszok augusztus 26-i hatalmas rakéta- és dróntámadása során. Szerinte ez a támadás a háború kezdete óta a legnagyobb volt – az ellenség 127 rakétát és 109 csapásmérő drónt használt. Mint az államfő megjegyezte, az F-16-osok segítségével Ukrajnának sikerült lelőnie „több rakétát és drónt”.

Április 30-án az Egyesült Államok légierejének F–16-os vadászgépe lezuhant az új-mexikói Holloman légibázis közelében. A hírt a Fox News csatorna közölte.
Az eset helyi idő szerint 11 óra 50 perc körül történt április 30-án, a White Sands Nemzeti Park közelében.
A tévécsatorna szerint csak a pilóta tartózkodott a vadászgép fedélzetén, aki ki tudott katapulni. A pilótát kórházba szállították, ahol állapotát kielégítőnek ítélték, majd hazaengedték.
A helyi hatóságok képviselői felszólították, hogy ne közelítsék meg a helyszínt, mert a gép fedélzetén lévő káros vegyi anyagok a légkörbe kerülhetnek. A park egy része le van zárva a látogatók elől.
Egyelőre nem tudni, mi okozta a repülőgép-szerencsétlenséget. A Fox News csatorna megjegyezte, hogy az elmúlt hat hónapban ez a harmadik baleset F-16-os vadászgépekkel.

„Meghatározatlan repülés közbeni vészhelyzet” miatt lezuhant és a Sárga-tengerbe csapódott egy amerikai F–16-os vadászgép. A pilótát sikerült kimenteni.
Az F–16-os a Szöultól 180 kilométerre délre található Kunszan légibázisról szállt fel, és helyi idő szerint reggel 8 óra 41 perc körül csapódott be a Sárga-tengerbe – számolt be a Magyar Nemzet az Independent brit napilapra hivatkozva.
A pilóta sikeresen katapultált. A koreai és az amerikai hatóságok szorosan együttműködtek a megtalálásáért, és 9 óra 30 perc körül kimentették – írja a Fox News amerikai televíziós hálózat. A hírek szerint eszméleténél van és stabil az állapota, de kivizsgálásra kórházba szállították.
Nagyon hálásak vagyunk a Koreai Köztársaság mentőerőinek és minden csapattársunknak, akik lehetővé tették pilótánk gyors megtalálását. Most a repülőgép felkutatására és visszaszerzésére fogunk összpontosítani – mondta Matthew C. Gaetke ezredes, annak az egységnek a parancsnoka, amelyhez a gép tartozott.
