Prigozsin oroszországi lázadásának hátterében összefogásra szólította fel országa népét.

Először is a fehérorosz hadsereghez szeretnék szólni. Nincs kire támaszkodnunk. De egyesülve, biztosan sikerülni fog. Egyesíteni fogjuk a nemzetet, megmentjük az anyaországot, minden más is kialakul később” – tette hozzá Szahascsik.
Arra kérte a 38. légideszant dandár katonáit és más katonai egységeket, hogy legyenek elérhetők.
