Jemen partjainál ismeretlen fegyveresek hatalmukba kerítettek és Szomália felé irányítottak egy olajszállító teherhajót – közölte a jemeni parti őrség szombaton.
Az incidens Sabva tartomány partjainál történt.
A togói zászló alatt hajózó M/T EUREKA tanker fedélzetére több ismeretlen fegyveres szállt fel, akik aztán az Ádeni-öböl felé, Szomália irányába vezették tovább a járművet.
A parti őrség „korlátozott erőforrásai ellenére” két járőrhajót és több kisebb hajót indított el az eltérített tanker felkutatására. Az Ádeni-öbölben tevékenykedő nemzetközi partnerek és tengerbiztonsági ügynökségek segítségével sikerült azonosítani a hajó helyzetét – közölte a parti őrség.
A Jementől délre eső vizekre vonatkozóan a nemzetközi tengeri kereskedelemben kommunikációs szerepet vállaló brit kormányhivatal (UKMTO) már több figyelmeztetést adott ki. Az ügynökség az incidens előtt nem sokkal a térség kulcsfontosságú hajózási útvonalaira riasztást adott ki, miután észlelte, hogy azonosítatlan hajók „gyanúsan közelítenek” egy kereskedelmi hajóhoz.

Abderamán Kulamallah külügyminiszter a Facebookon késő este közzétett videóban bejelentette, hogy a biztonsági erők teljes mértékben ellenőrzés alatt tartják a helyzetet.
Az AFP franci hírügynökségnek a miniszter elmondta, hogy a támadók 24-en voltak, közülük 18-an meghaltak és hatan megsebesültek a biztonsági erőkkel vívott összecsapásban. A palotát őrzők közül egy halottat és három sebesültet említett.
Az első hírekben lehetséges elkövetőként felbukkant az Iszlám Álam nemzetközi terrorhálózathoz kötődő dzsihadista Boko Haram szervezet is, de Kulamallah később arról számolt be, hogy vizsgálataik szerint a támadás „nem terrorista jellegű” volt.
Úgy fogalmazott, hogy „kétségbeesett és érthetetlen támadásról” van szó, amelynek a céljai egyelőre nem világosak.
Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno államfő a palotában tartózkodott a támadás idején – tette hozzá.

Miután egy helyi tisztviselő videókat osztott meg egy Denver elővárosában fényes nappal házakba behatoló és ott lakásokat elfoglaló, fegyveres venezuelai bandáról, a coloradói Aurora polgármestere, Mike Coffman pénteken bejelentette: a város megkezdi azoknak a lakóházaknak a kiürítését, amelyeket a Tren de Aragua nevű fegyveres banda foglalt el – közölte a Fox News.
Emberrablás, prostitúció
Az axios.com amerikai hírportál felidézi: a Tren de Aragua börtönbandaként szerveződött meg a venezuelai Aragua városában, majd egész Dél-Amerikában elterjedt és nemzetközi bűnbandává szerveződött. A banda denveri tevékenységének központját az Aurora nevű elővárosba helyezte, ahol több bérlakásként működő apartman-negyedet le kellett zárni a banda által teremtett, lakhatatlan körülmények és bűnözés miatt.
A bandát azzal vádolják, hogy nőket és fiatal lányokat rabolnak el, és kényszerítenek prostitúcióra.
Meggyilkolják azokat, akik szökni próbálnak.
A drogcsempészés és venezuelai migráns családok beköltöztetése mellett tehát többek között e célból foglalnak le lakásokat a bűnözők.
A FOX31 csatorna videót tett közzé az egyik aurorai apartman-komplexumról (ezek magánkézben levő, bérlakásként működtetett lakótömbök – a szerk.). A felvételen egy csoport lőfegyverrel fölszerelt férfi járkál az egyik lakás lépcsőházában, majd behatolnak az egyik lakásba.
A videó közvetlenül azelőtt készült, hogy lövöldözés történt a komplexum parkolójában.
„Mintha kínoznának minket”
A CBSNews által megszólaltatott egyik helyi lakos, Cindy Romero szerint – aki az auroai 12. sugárút és a Dallas Street sarkán lakik – az élet „rémálomszerű tortúrává fajult, amelyet a bűnözéssel való gyakori találkozás és a város és a rendőrség támogatásának teljes hiánya jellemez.”
Romero másfél évvel ezelőtt vette észre a bűnözés fokozatos növekedését ebben a denveri elővárosban. Az elmúlt három hónapra így emlékszik vissza: „Folyamatosan kénytelenek voltunk intézkedéseket hozni, hogy megvédjük magunkat: több zárat szereltem fel, további kamerákat vásároltam, és távolabb parkoltam az épülettől. Beszámolt arról, hogy látott embereket automata fegyverekkel. Nem csak fegyverrel a kézben járkálhatnak a rendőrség teljes passzivitása mellett, de „annyira elfajult a helyzet, hogy a golyók még a barátom lakásán is áthaladtak, és eltalálták az autómat” – mondta Romero.
Hozzátette: a 911 gyakori hívása ellenére a rendőrség szinte egyáltalán nem reagált. „Amikor felhívtam a rendőrséget, hogy bejelentést tegyek egy lövöldözésről, az egyik rendőr megkérdezte, hogy nem gondoltam-e arra, hogy elköltözzek.”
Betelepülők
A venezuelai bandákkal számos amerikai hírcsatorna foglalkozott. Több helyben lakó édesanya elmondta: a gyerekeket nem merik egyedül az utcákra, parkokba leengedni, a szülők csoportokba verődve járnak le a parkokba a gyerekekkel, úgy kisebb az esélye, hogy a bandatagok megtámadják őket.
„Jelenleg egész épületkomplexumokat tartanak a bandák ellenőrzése alatt” – mesélte a bérlakások lakótömbjeiről Danielle Jurinsky, Aurora városi tanácsának tagja. „Ezeket a komplexumokat most már a Tren de Aragua banda működteti.
A tulajdonosokat elüldözik vagy együttműködésre kényszerítik, majd „bemennek, és lefényképezik a lakást. Ezután órákon belül beköltözik oda egy venezuelai család.” A város „egyes részei teljesen a banda ellenőrzése alatt állnak. A helyi média ezt lekicsinyli” – mondta.
„Álprobléma”
Mindeközben Colorado állam demokrata kormányzója, Jared Polis „képzelgésnek” nevezte a venezuelai bűnbandák tevékenységét. Polis gúnyos hangvételű nyilatkozatban reagált Jurinsky észrevételeire –jelenette a The New York Post.

Fegyveres támadás történt egy isztambuli kórházban, amelyben 5 ember, köztük rendőrök, katonák és biztonsági őrök megsebesültek.
Fegyveres támadás történt az isztambuli Bahçelievler Állami Kórház sürgősségi osztályán szombaton éjjel fél 2 körül.
Az isztambuli kormányzóság által kiadott közleményben közölték, hogy 5 személy, köztük egy rendőr, egy rendőrségi alkalmazott, egy magánbiztonsági alkalmazott és két civil megsebesült. A sebesültek nincsenek életveszélyes állapotban – írja a TRT Haber.
A támadásban megrongálódott a kórház épülete és egy mentőautó is. Különleges műveleti rendőröket és rohamrendőröket is küldtek a helyszínre.
A közlemény szerint a támadás során használt járművet üresen megtalálta a rendőrség.
Az Euronews úgy tudja, néhány órával a kórházi támadás előtt fegyveres támadást hajtottak végre az utcán Bahçelievlerben. A támadók három emberre lőttek rá a Mahmutbey utcán a Kocasinan Merkez negyedben.
A támadás után egy sebesültet kórházba szállítottak, egy másik személy pedig a helyszínen meghalt. A harmadik megtámadott személy elmenekült a helyszínről.
A rendőrség hajtóvadászatot indított az elkövetők ellen.
A Gerçek Gündemben megjelent hírek szerint 10 gyanúsítottat vettek őrizetbe a Bahçelievler állami kórház sürgősségi osztályán és a Mahmutbey utcában elkövetett két fegyveres támadással összefüggésben. Az Ihlas Haber Ajansi délután arról tudósított, hogy az utcai és a kórházi támadás összefüggésben van egymással. A rendőrség tovább folytatja a nyomozást.

A fővárostól 150 kilométerre található Barsalogho körzet falvainak lakosai szombaton a hadsereg katonáival együtt ástak lövészárkokat éppen a dzsihadisták ellen, amikor az al-Kaida nemzetközi terrorhálózathoz köthető egyik szélsőséges csoport fegyveresei lerohanták őket, és tüzet nyitottak rájuk – mondta Wassim Nasr, a The Soufan Center nevű amerikai agytröszt szakértője.
A támadás elkövetőjeként az al-Kaida jelentkezett.
Nasr elmondása szerint a támadásról készült videofelvételen legalább száz holttest látható.
Mahamadou Sana, Burkina Faso védelmi minisztere az állami tévé vasárnapi adásában azt mondta, hogy a kormányhadsereg a támadásra földi és légi erőkkel is válaszolt. Elmondása szerint a halálos áldozatok valóban vegyesen katonák és civilek, de a számukra nem tért ki.

Pakisztán keleti részén, Pandzsáb tartományában fegyveresek tüzet nyitottak egy iskolabuszra, aminek következtében többen életüket vesztették.
A támadás egy attocki járásbeli faluban történt csütörtök reggel, miközben a gyerekek iskolába utaztak.
A támadás során öt gyerek megsebesült és kettő meghalt.
A Vangurad hírportál szerint az áldozatok és a sérült gyerekek 5 és 10 év közöttiek voltak. A rendőrség szerint a támadók a sofőrt vették célba, őt akarták megölni, de nem sikerült nekik, viszont a sofőr is súlyosan megsebesült.
A támadást egy családi viszály szíthatta, de a rendőrség a terrorizmust sem zárja ki. Pakisztánban gyakoriak a fegyveres támadások és a bandaháborúk – írja az Aljezeera.
2014-ben tálib fegyveresek csaknem 150 gyereket öltek meg egy katonai iskolában Pakisztán északnyugati részén.
Asif Ali Zardari pakisztáni elnök és Mohsin Naqvi belügyminiszter elítélte a támadást, és elrendelte, hogy a lehető legjobb orvosi ellátásban részesítsék a sebesülteket.
2021-ben Koszovóban történt hasonló tragédia. Fegyveresek nyitottak tüzet egy iskolabuszra, két gyerek és egy felnőtt meghalt.

Néhány napig még vörös szinten tartják a biztonsági készültséget Szerbiában – közölte Milos Vucevic miniszterelnök kedden a belgrádi Blic televízióban arra utalva, hogy a biztonsági készültséget megemelték, miután szombaton egy iszlám hitre áttért szerb férfi számszeríjjal sebesített meg egy, a belgrádi izraeli nagykövetséget őrző szerb csendőrt, aki önvédelemből lelőtte.
A szerb kormányfő hozzátette: a biztonsági szolgálatok a szélsőséges vallási szervezetek felderítését dolgoznak. Mint mondta: a hivatalos szervek azon dolgoznak, hogy felszámolják mindazokat a szélsőséges vallási szervezeteket, amelyek „a vallással és a hittel visszaélve akarnak bizonyos szélsőséges politikai és terrorista célokat megvalósítani”.
Milos Vucevic kiemelte, hogy az akció egyetlen nemzeti közösség vagy vallási felekezet ellen sem irányul. A szombati támadást Ivica Dacic belügyminiszter „a szerb állam ellen irányuló terrortámadásnak” nevezte.
Vasárnap két férfit vettek őrizetbe a számszeríjas támadással összefüggésben, hétfőn pedig egy harmadik személyt is előállítottak, aki fegyverekkel teli táskával sétált be az egyik belgrádi rendőrőrsre. A férfi hátizsákjában számszeríjat, nyilakat, késeket, robbanófejet és nuncsakut is találtak. Ivica Dacic közölte: a férfi az elfogása után azt mondta, védelmet keresett, mert a maffia üldözi.

Nem hagy alább az emberrablási hullám Nigériában, a hétvégén újabb 87 áldozatot hurcoltak el az ország északnyugati részében fegyveres támadók – közölte Usman Danlami, Kaduna állam Kajuru körzetének képviselője hétfőn .
Mint mondta, az embereket vasárnap este vitték el erőszakkal egy helyi faluból.
Felidézte, hogy egy hete 75 embert hurcoltak el két kanjurui faluból néhány nappal azt követően, hogy 287 lányt és fiút raboltak el a szomszédos Chikun körzet egyik iskolájából.
A biztonsági szolgálatok erőfeszítései ellenére eddig nem sikerült a túszokat kiszabadítani, sem pedig az elkövetőket kézre keríteni.
Az afrikai ország északnyugati régiójában az utóbbi években jelentősen megugrott a váltságdíj reményében elkövetett emberrablások száma. A fegyveres bűnözők, dzsihadisták és az etnikai alapon szerveződő egyéb fegyveres csoportok miatt a közbiztonság az ország észak északkeleti és középső részében is rossz.
A tavaly májusban hatalomra került elnök, Bola Ahmed Tinubu beiktatását követően hadat üzent a közbiztonságot súlyosan fenyegető fegyveres bűnözőknek, dzsihadistáknak és az etnikai alapon szerveződő egyéb fegyveres csoportoknak.
