A 15 és 16 éves gyanúsítottak ellen testi sértés és súlyos zaklatás miatt indítottak eljárást a július 9-i csúnya támadás miatt, amelynek következtében az 57 éves áldozat, Jill LeCroix fejét három kapoccsal tudták összetűzni – írja a New York Post.
Mindkét vádlott ellen gyűlölet-bűncselekmény lesz a vád. A New York-i rendőrség hozzátette, hogy egy harmadik gyanúsítottat még keresnek.
A buszon utazó LeCroix-t, aki ötgyermekes nagymama, három női támadó közelítette meg, akik a rendőrség szerint egy ismeretlen tárggyal fejbe vágták, ami vérzést okozott, miközben fehérellenes kijelentéseket tettek.
