„Ez újabb világos bizonyítéka annak, hogy Oroszország a lakosságunk, illetve általában véve az élet ellen folytat háborút” – írta az ukrán elnök.
Nem tesznek ilyet olyanok, akik helyre szeretnék állítani a békét és tárgyalásokra készülnek

Zelenszkij összesítése szerint az utóbbi egy hétben az orosz hadsereg csaknem 1220 bombát, 850 drónt és 40 rakétát vetett be, válaszul a kijevi vezetés dróncsapásokat mért oroszországi gyárakra, üzemanyag-lerakatokra és katonai támaszpontokra – számolt be a hirado.hu az MTI-re hivatkozva.
Denisz Smihal kormányfő a Telegramon azt írta a vasárnapi csapásról, hogy célzott támadásról van szó, amelynek valódi célja, hogy „az emberek a mínuszokban távhő nélkül maradjanak, humanitárius katasztrófát előidézve ezzel”. Hozzátette, hogy vasárnapra virradóra végrehajtott támadás okozta károkat még nem tudták elhárítani.
A helyzet orvoslására a helyi hatóságok melegedőket rendeztek be a lakosság számára.
Smihal szerint a városban 67 ilyen központot nyitottak meg, illetve megkezdték három mobil hőerőmű üzembe helyezését az egészségügyi intézményeknél.
Vitalij Kim, Mikolajiv megye kormányzója arról tájékoztatott korábban, hogy tűz keletkezett a támadás következtében az egyik helyi hőerőműben, amit időközben sikerült megfékezni.
Az orosz csapások következtében egy 64 éves férfi megsebesült, s öt lakóépületben is károk keletkeztek.
Az ukrán vezérkar vasárnap jelentősen megerősödött orosz támadásokról számolt be, amelyek fő csapásiránya a kelet-ukrajnai donyecki régióban található, stratégiai fontosságú logisztikai csomópontnak számító Pokrovszk városa.
A vezérkar hozzátette, hogy az utóbbi 24 órában 261 összecsapás volt a frontvonalak mentén, jóval több az utóbbi napok valamivel több mint 100-as átlagánál. Az összecsapások csaknem harmada Pokrovszk környékén volt. Orosz csapatok a várostól délre, nyugatra és keletre fekvő ukrán állásokat is támadtak, hogy elvágják őket az utánpótlástól.

Gáz nélkül maradtak, miután Ukrajna január 1-jén leállította a gáztranzitot, az eddig nem elismert Dnyeszter Menti Köztársaság tűzifával fűti a helyiségeket. Vagyim Krasznoszelszkij, a régió vezetője kijelentette, „még vannak tartalékok”.
Elmondása szerint másfél ezer toronyház maradt fűtés és meleg víz és csaknem 72 ezer magánháztartás gáz nélkül. 150 gázkazánt kapcsoltak le, két nagy szociális létesítményt átállt gázolajos fűtésre.
„A köztársaság gyakorlatilag teljes gázosítása egy jó ok volt a büszkeségre: arra törekedtünk, hogy a lakosság 100%-os lefedettsége legyen a civilizáció ezen előnyével. De ma hálásak vagyunk azoknak, akik kályhafűtéses házat építettek” – jegyezte meg Krasznoszelszkij.
Elmondta, hogy vidéken az emberek kibontották tűzhelyeiket, valamint minden kerületben nyíltak szilárd tüzelőanyag-értékesítők. Szintén a régióvezető tájékoztatása szerint megkezdték működésüket azok a melegedő pontok, amelyek „a köztársaság minden városában és kerületében vannak”.

Éjszaka az orosz csapatok drónokkal támadták a régiót. A lehulló törmelék Krivij Rihben megrongálta a fűtési hálózatokat és egy elektromos vezetéket. A városban több kazánház leállt a feszültségesés miatt – közölte távirati csatornáján.
Liszak megjegyezte, hogy 6 kórház és több mint másfél száz oktatási intézmény maradt fűtés nélkül. És további 3000 ház, ahol összesen 76 ezer ember él. Az egyik egészségügyi intézményben áramszünet volt. Ezt már helyreállították. A szerelők még dolgoznak.
Az agresszor Nikopol térségében a kritikus infrastruktúrát is célba vette. Egy lezuhant drón roncsai megrongáltak egy erőművet. Nikopolban több mint 3000, a körzetben pedig több mint 6400 fogyasztó maradt áram nélkül. Az áramellátást már helyreállították – mondta a közigazgatási vezető az Interfax szemléje szerint.
Az ellenség kétszer is nehéztüzérséggel lőtte Nikopol körzetét. Marganets és Pokrovske vidéki települések is érintettek. Elmondása szerint nem voltak áldozatok.

Faházban ütött ki tűz a huszti járási Száldoboson.
A lángok az egyik szobában keletkeztek, ahol a lakás tulajdonosa bekapcsolta a villanytűzhelyet fűtés céljából. Reggel felébredt, füstöt látott és azonnal kiszaladt az utcára.
A helyszínre érkező huszti és viski tűzoltók a hívást követő egy órán belül teljesen eloltották a tüzet a 15 négyzetméteres területen. A tűz a berendezés egy részét megsemmisítette.

Az orosz megszállók rakétatámadása miatt Zaporizzsjában fennakadások alakultak ki a távfűtésben. 123 tömbház lakói maradtak távfűtés nélkül – jelentette be Olekszandr Sztaruh, a Zaporizzsjai Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője.
A tisztviselő elmondása szerint a rakéták megrongálták a központi fűtés csővezetékeit, és 123 tömbházban nincs távfűtés, ahol több mint 17 ezer előfizető él.

A Huszti járásban négy személy, köztük két – 4 és 10 éves – gyermek szén-monoxid-mérgezést szenvedett.
Az eset Alsószeliscsén történt. Az információk szerint egy 56 éves nő, 31 éves lánya és két unokája kért orvosi segítséget. Elmondták, kályhával fűtötték a házat, amin volt egy repedés, s valószínűleg azon keresztül szivárgott ki a szén-monoxid a házba.
Az orvosi vizsgálat után az áldozatokat hazaengedték, állapotuk nem volt életveszélyes. A gyakori hasonló esetek miatt a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata (DSZNSZ) arra kéri a lakosságot, hogy legyenek óvatosak és figyelmesek.

Az erdélyi Déván a Zsil-völgyi bányászok tiltakozása miatt leállt a város távfűtését is ellátó, főleg szénnel működő Mintia hőerőmű, minek következményeként több ezer lakás és közintézmény maradt fűtés nélkül.
A vájárok már több napja tiltakoznak amiatt, hogy nem kapták meg idejében a fizetésüket. Két napja a megyeszékhelytől kilencven kilométernyire található lupényi szénbányában mintegy száz vájár elbarikádozta magát, és nem hajlandó kijönni, amíg a vállalat nem rendezi bértartozását.
A román közszolgálati rádió péntek reggeli tudósítása szerint Cristian Istoc, a bányászok szakszervezeti vezetője bejelentette, hogy a lupényi bányászok pénteken is folytatják a tiltakozást, amelyhez a térség többi bányájából is csatlakoztak vájárok. A szakszervezeti vezető közölte, hogy a munkabeszüntetés miatt csütörtökön éjfélkor fűtőanyag nélkül maradt, és leállt a Mintia hőerőmű, így Déva több ezer lakásában és közintézményében nincs fűtés.
Az elmúlt félévben ez a negyedik leállás a Mintia hőerőműnél, amely legutóbb február 9-én maradt fűtőanyag nélkül. Mintián a Zsil-völgyi bányákból származó szenet használják a villamos-energia előállítására, az erőmű hűtővizét pedig a dévai távhőszolgáltató hasznosítja.
A bányászok elégedetlenek amiatt, hogy nem kapták meg február 15-én a bérüket. Ennek oka az, hogy a bányákat, a hőerőművet magában foglaló állami Hunedoara energetikai vállalat súlyos anyagi nehézségekkel küzd, csődeljárás alatt van, adósságai meghaladják a másfél milliárd eurót. A bérek kifizetése azért lett gond, mert a vállalat bevételei január 1-től több mint ötven százalékkal csökkentek azt követően, hogy elestek kétféle állami támogatástól. A vezetőség ígéretet tett, hogy kifizetik február 26-án az elmaradt béreket, de a bányászok egyelőre bizalmatlanok.
