Közleményük szerint a tolvaj egy „új jelenetet iktatott be”, amikor elemelte a felszerelések közül a fegyvert, míg azt néhány percre magára hagyták. Mire a stábtagok visszaértek, a kellékfegyvernek nyoma veszett. A munkások azonnal rohantak a recepcióra, a kiérkező rendőrök pedig felvételek alapján megtalálták, hogy a tolvaj melyik szobából lépett ki, illetve hogyan rejtette kabátja alá a fegyvert.
A nyomozók gyorsan összerakták a sztori képkockáit, majd rövid időn belül beazonosították és tartózkodási helyén elfogták a 46 éves férfit. T. Ferenc gyanúsított a kihallgatáson meglepően egyszerű magyarázatot adott tettére: „A szándékom az volt, hogy hazaviszem és kiakasztom a falra.” A hatástalanított AK-t lefoglalták és visszajuttatták a stábnak.

Húsvét vasárnap gépkarabélyból nyitott tüzet egy lakóház udvarán egy részeg férfi Kamjanszkéban, a rendőrség röviddel utána őrizetbe vette – számolt be hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál a Dnyipropetrovszk megyei rendőrség közlésre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az eset április 20-án 14:30 óra körül történt Kamjanszke bal parti városrészében, az egyik lakóház udvarán. „A rendőrség bejelentést kapott, hogy egy ismeretlen férfi lövéseket adott le egy automata fegyvernek tűnő tárgyból” – áll a jelentésben.
A helyszínre érkezett nyomozó- és műveleti csoport az elkövetőt őrizetbe vette. „A házkutatás során fegyvert foglaltak le nála, amivel lövöldözött egy Kalasnyikov gépkarabély volt. A férfi alkoholos befolyásoltság állapotában volt” – közölte a rendőrség.
A gyanúsított ellen garázdaság címén indult eljárás. Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás. A törvénycikkely szankciója hét évig terjedő szabadságvesztést ír elő.
Korábban egy videó jelent meg az interneten, amin egy férfi gépfegyverből tüzet nyit. Ezután két férfi ártalmatlanította. A felvételen egy gyerek is látható. Csodával határos módon senki nem sérült meg a lövöldözés során.

Rivne megyében vasárnap egy fiatal tüzet nyitott gépkarabélyból egy társaságra, amelynek következtében négyen megsebesültek – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Rivne megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a bűncselekmény vasárnap hajnali egy óra körül történt Veliki Szeliscsa községben. A rendőrség szerint konfliktus alakult ki két társaság között. Az egyik társaság fiatal férfi tagja lövöldözésbe kezdett. Több lövést adott le gépkarabélyból a tömegbe.
A lövöldözés következtében négy fiatal megsebesült. Mindannyiukat lőtt sebekkel szállították kórházba, de nincsenek életveszélyben. Az elkövető elmenekült a helyszínről, de néhány órán belül megtalálták. A férfi őrizetben tartásának kérdése megoldás alatt áll. A nyomozók több ember elleni emberölési kísérlet miatt indítottak ellen büntetőeljárást.
