Halad a nyomozás az Északi Áramlat-1 és Északi Áramlat-2 gázvezeték két évvel ezelőtti felrobbantásával kapcsolatban, már két gyanúsítottat sikerült azonosítani az ügyben, ami olyan siker, amelyre kezdetben nem feltétlenül számítottak – mondta el Jens Rommel német főállamügyész a Spiegel hírmagazinnak.



Szavai szerint még felderítésre vár a szabotázsakció további elkövetőinek kiléte és indítéka, illetve azt a kérdést is tisztázni kell, hogy az akciónak volt-e esetleg valamilyen állami irányítója. A főállamügyész elmondta: azért indult vizsgálat, mert olyan gázvezetékeket rongáltak meg, amelyek a német gázellátás fontos hányadát biztosították, így jelentős csapás érte Németország energiaellátását.







A két gázvezetéket – amelyeken keresztül orosz földgáz érkezett volna Németországba – 2022. szeptember 26-án rongálta meg több robbanás a Balti-tenger mélyén, a dániai Bornholm-sziget közelében. Röviddel a robbanások után négy helyen szivárgást észleltek a vezetékeken. A szabotázsakció hátteréről továbbra sem tudni biztosat, csak különféle spekulációk láttak napvilágot. Augusztusban a német ügyészség elfogatóparancsot adott ki az ügyben egy ukrán állampolgár ellen.



Jens Rommel a Spiegelnek nyilatkozva arról is beszélt, hogy „nyugtalan időket élünk”, és számos irányból – kívülről és belülről is – veszélyek leselkednek a szabad, demokratikus rendre, és ezek a veszélyek a társadalom mindennapjait is elérik. Ebből adódóan szerinte semmi nem indokolja, hogy lazítani lehetne a készültségen, de biztosított afelől is, hogy a német biztonsági hatóságok nagy erőfeszítéseket tesznek a veszélyek elhárításáért.

A koppenhágai ügyészség közlése szerint az illetékes bíróság azt is elrendelte, hogy a négy gyanúsítottat távollétükben előzetes letartóztatásba helyezzék.



A hatóságok már csütörtökön közölték, hogy hét embert, köztük a Hamász palesztin iszlamista szervezet négy feltételezett tagját őrizetbe vették Dániában, Németországban és Hollandiában azzal a gyanúval, hogy európai zsidó intézmények elleni támadásokat készítettek elő. A Dániában őrizetbe vett gyanúsítottak közül egyet időközben szabadon engedtek a hatóságok.

Nemzetközi együttműködéssel fogtak el a rendőrök egy Magyarországon emberöléssel gyanúsított izraeli állampolgárt Izraelben és egy magyar körözési listán szereplő, rablásért elítélt nőt Ausztriában – közölte a Készenléti Rendőrség Nemzeti Nyomozó Iroda (KR NNI) kedden a police.hu honlapon.



A közlemény szerint a Somogy Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság emberölés miatt indított nyomozást, mert 2018 októberében egy ismeretlen tettes felgyújtott egy kaposvári lakást, ennek következtében ketten meghaltak. A nyomozók a bűncselekmény elkövetésével egy 32 éves izraeli állampolgárt gyanúsítottak, aki a bűncselekmény után Izraelbe ment.
A KR NNI életvédelmi és célkörözési főosztálya felvette a kapcsolatot az izraeli rendőrséggel, ennek eredményeként 2021. február 17-én elfogták a gyanúsítottat. Kiadatása jelen folyamatban van – írták.
Szintén a Somogy Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság kereste a rendőrség TOP 50-es körözési listáján szereplő nőt, akit a Kaposvári Törvényszék rablás miatt jogerősen hat év fegyházbüntetésre ítélt. A nő 2017 tavaszán, az elsőfokú ítélet kihirdetése után elrejtőzött. Felkutatása eredménytelen volt, ezért a rendőrség felvette a kapcsolatot az osztrák hatóságokkal.
Az együttműködés során megállapították, hogy a nő egy felső-ausztriai kisvárosban tartózkodik. A nőt az osztrák egységek 2021. április 9-én elfogták, kiadatásáról később döntenek – olvasható a közleményben.

Újabb gyanúsítottakat azonosítottak az osztrák hatóságok, akiknek közük lehetett a novemberi bécsi merénylethez – írja a Reuters. 



Az osztrák ügyészség azt közölte, hogy egy 26 éves, afgán származású osztrák állampolgárt letartóztattak azt követően, hogy a DNS-ének nyomait megtalálták azon a fegyveren, amellyel a merényletet elkövették.



A hatóságok jelenleg a bíróság engedélyét kérték ahhoz, hogy a nyomozás idejére elzárhassák a gyanúsítottat.



Az ügyészség továbbá azt is közölte, hogy az említett személyen kívül még egy embert letartóztattak a merénylettel összefüggésben, róla azonban nem osztottak meg semmilyen adatot.



A Kronen Zeitung emellett azt is közölte, hogy az osztrák fővárosban egy lakást is átkutattak a hatóságok.



Az osztrák hatóságok eddig tizenöt embert tartóztattak le a terrortámadással összefüggésben, valamint rajtuk kívül a német és a svájci hatóságok is keresik azokat, akiknek köze lehetett a merénylethez.

A négy terrorelhárítási vizsgálóbíró a három fővádlottat (Mohamed Ghraieb, Chokri Chafroud és Ramzi Arefa) azzal gyanúsítja, hogy tudtak a készülő merényletről. A három tunéziait az ügyészség terrorista összeesküvéssel akarta meggyanúsítani, de a vizsgálóbírók arra hivatkozva ejtették ezt a vádpontot, hogy a gyanúsítottaknak nem volt pontos tudomásuk a merényletterv részleteiről, s azt sem tudták, hogy azt mikor akarta az elkövető végrehajtani. További öt embert, egy tunéziait és négy albánt azzal vádolnak, hogy tőlük vette a támadáshoz használt fegyvereket az egyik fővádlott. A gyanúsítottak közül négyen vannak előzetes letartóztatásban, ketten rendőri felügyelet alatt állnak, ketten pedig még szökésben vannak és elfogatóparancs van érvényben ellenük. A pert a források szerint legkorábban 2022-ben rendezhetik meg, a felperesek között 856 ember és szervezet szerepel.



A nizzai merényletet 2016. július 14-én este hajtották végre, miközben a tengerparti sétányon körülbelül 30 ezren nézték a nemzeti ünnepet lezáró tűzijátékot. A tunéziai származású, 31 éves Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel teherautóval belehajtott a tömegbe, és megpróbált minél több embert halálra gázolni.
A 86 emberéletet követelő merényletet – amelyben 206-an sérültek meg – az Iszlám Állam dzsihadista szervezet vállalta magára. Az elkövetővel a helyszínen végeztek.
