A busz Kenieba városából tartott a szomszédos Burkina Fasóba, amikor lefordult a Bagoe folyót átívelő hídról.
A balesetben legalább tíz ember megsérült, többen súlyosan, őket kórházba szállították.
A hatóságok úgy vélik, hogy a sofőr elvesztette az irányítást a busz felett, ami a folyóba zuhant.
„Egy busz, amely Keniebából Burkina Fasóba tartott, lezuhant egy hídról. Feltételezéseink szerint a sofőr elvesztette uralmát a jármű felett” – áll a közlekedési minisztérium közleményében.
Az áldozatok között vannak maliak és más nyugat-afrikai országok állampolgárai is.
Az országban gyakoriak a közúti balesetek, mivel sok út és jármű rossz állapotban van, valamint túlterhelt és rosszul szabályozott a tömegközlekedés. A hónap elején tizenöt ember meghalt, negyvenhatan pedig megsérültek, miután egy Bamako felé tartó busz összeütközött egy teherautóval.

Mint arról ma már röviden beszámoltunk, találat ért egy üzemenyagraktárat Harkivban az éjszakai orosz dróntámadás során, a robbanás hatalmas tüzet okozott, a lángokban heten vesztették életüket, köztük három gyermek, amikor egy család elevenen égett el – közölte szombaton az rbc.ua hírportál helyi és központi illetékes forrásokra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Ihor Tyerehov harkivi polgármester az éjszakai támadás után ismertette az üzemanyagraktár ellni orosz támadás első részleteit. Mint közölte, az üzemanyag kiömlése következtében nagyszabású tűz keletkezett, ami akkor 14 lakóházra is átterjedt. „200 katasztrófavédővel és 38 egységnyi gépesített eszközzel dolgozott a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata a helyszínen az ellenséges csapások következményeinek a felszámolásán. A lakóépületekből 4 embert mentettek ki, köztük 2 gyermeket, és 50 személyt evakuáltak. A tűzoltók megakadályozták a lángok átterjedését további lakóházakra és más épületekre” – mondta el a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata Harkiv megyei főosztályának szóvivője.
Olekszandr Filcsakov, Harkiv megye főügyésze elmondta, hogy a Harkiv elleni orosz támadás következtében az egy civil 40%-os égési sérüléseket szenvedett, és kórházba szállították. Később egy videó is megjelent a Harkiv elleni orosz támadás következményeiről, miközben hétre nőtt a halottak száma, akik között gyerekek – egy 7 éves, egy 4 éves és egy 6 hónapos csecsemő – is vannak. „Az egyik kertes házban 5 ember, köztük 3 gyerek holttestét találták meg. Egy másik épületben további két halott van” – közölte Oleh Szinyhubov, a Harkiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője. Hozzátette azt is, hogy a hatalmas tűz következtében 15 lakóépület égett le. A következmények felszámolása folytatódik, a tüzeket lokalizálják.
Ihor Klimenko belügyminiszter bejelentette, hogy a katasztrófavédők 25 házat mentettek meg a tűz terjedésétől.

Lezuhant egy kisebb repülőgép csütörtökön Malajzia központi államának külvárosában. Legalább kilenc holttestet találtak – közölte a rendőrség.
Mohamad Iqbal kerületi rendőrfőnök megerősítette, hogy lezuhant egy kisebb repülőgép. Egy másik rendőrtiszt, aki nem kívánta magát megnevezni azt mondta, hogy legalább kilenc holttestet találtak.
Úgy tűnik, hogy a gép minden utasa meghalt, de további részleteket nem tudott mondani.
A közlekedési hatóságok szerint a gép fedélzetén hat utas és a személyzet két tagja tartózkodott. Szemtanúk szerint a repülőgép a becsapódáskor felrobbant, és a törmelék egy része motorkerékpároknak csapódott.
A repülőgép feltehetően az északi Langkawi üdülőszigetről tartott a Selangorban található repülőtérre, amikor probléma merült fel a gép vezérlésében és az autópályára zuhant.
A közösségi médiában megosztott videókon tűz és fekete füstfelhők emelkedtek fel a baleset helyszínéről, amely Shah Alam egyik főútja mellett, egy füves pázsiton volt. Az út egy részét sűrű korom borította. A helyszínre rendőröket és tűzoltókat vezényeltek – írta az ABC News.
