Február 6-án, szombaton lövöldözés volt a harkivi Nyikolszkij bevásárló- és szórakoztató központban.
Szerhij Bolvinov, a Harkivi megyei rendőrség nyomozói osztályának vezetője Facebook-oldalán közölte, hogy az elkövetőt őrizetbe vették.
Megjegyezte, hogy a 20 éves fiú egy barátjával érkezett a bevásárlóközpontba. Nem tetszett neki, ahogyan egy férfi beszélt barátja feleségével, ami verekedéshez vezetett.

20-річний хлопець прийшов до торгівельного центру разом з другом. Товариш чекав, поки закінчиться зміна у цивільної дружини. Вона працює продавцем-консультантом в одному з відділів. Саме там і почався конфлікт.
Хлопцеві не сподобалося, як один із покупців спілкувався з дружиною товариша, він почав чіплятися до цього чоловіка. Почалася бійка. Все тривало не більше двох хвилин - в ситуацію втрутились охоронці центру. Та після бійки хлопець дістав зброю і двічі вистрілив угору. За попередніми даними, це був стартовий пістолет, а сам стрілок - напідпитку.
Його вже затримано, інкримінуємо йому хуліганство. А саме - грубе порушення громадського порядку з мотивів явної неповаги до суспільства із застосуванням вогнепальної зброї. Слідчі відкрили кримінальне провадження.
Хочу наголосити - в умовах воєнного стану в прифронтовому місті на такі випадки реагуємо максимально жорстко та за законом.
Безпека наших громадян - це одна з головних задач в роботі поліції. Санкція статті, за якою затримали стрілка, передбачає до семи років позбавлення волі.

Az információk szerint az orosz titkosszolgálat a háború kezdetekor vette fel vele a kapcsolatot, s az ukrán hadsereg technikai felszereléséről, az ellenőrzőpontok és a katonai egységek elhelyezkedéséről adott ki adatokat.

Lövöldözéssé fajult a veszekedés egy harkivi lakóházban a tulajdonos és két albérlője között szombat este, az incidens következtében a főbérlő unokaöccsét haslövéssel vitték kórházba – adta hírül vasárnap az unn.com.ua hírportál a Harkiv megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A közlés szerint augusztus 1-jén 21:00 óra körül érkezett a bejelentés a rendőrségre, hogy a Magnyitogorszk utca egyik házából kiabálás és lövések hangja hallatszik. A helyszínre kiérkező nyomozócsoport megállapította, hogy a 62 éves háztulajdonos asszony és hozzátartozói, valamint 46 és 48 éves albérlője között verekedéssé fajult konfliktus alakult ki, amely során az idősebb albérlő lövöldözni kezdett. A háztulajdonos 38 éves unokaöccse haslövést kapott, és kórházba szállították.
A rendőrség megállapította, hogy a lövöldöző férfit már kétszer büntették lopás miatt. A fegyvert lefoglalták, és szakértői vizsgálatra küldték. Az ügyben garázdaság címén indult büntetőeljárás, amely alapján a vétkesre 3-tól 7 évig terjedhető szabadságvesztés szabható ki.
