Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) más biztonsági szervekkel közösen példátlan intézkedéseket vezetett be 5 észak-ukrajnai megyében az Oroszországból és Fehéroroszországból kiinduló fenyegetés miatt – számolt be csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU közleményére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint nagyszabású biztonsági intézkedéseket vezettek be Csernyihiv, Kijev, Zsitomir, Voliny és Rivne megyékben. Céljuk az ellenséges határterületekről való behatolás megakadályozása, valamint a szabotázs, a kémkedés és más háborús bűncselekmények megelőzése. A műveletet az SZBU terrorelhárítási központja koordinálja. Az akcióban részt vesz a Nemzeti Rendőrség, a fegyveres erők, a Nemzeti Gárda és az Állami Határőrszolgálat is.
Az SZBU hangsúlyozta: az alkalmazott erők és eszközök számát tekintve ezek az intézkedések példátlanok az Oroszországgal és Fehéroroszországgal határos területeken. Az intézkedés a következőket foglalja magában: a műveleti területen tartózkodó állampolgárok fokozott átvilágítása; területek és egyes helyiségek ellenőrzése tiltott tárgyak felkutatása céljából. Bizonyos településeken ideiglenes áthaladási és utazási korlátozások, okmányellenőrzések és járműátvizsgálások is lehetségesek. Minden eljárást a hadiállapot jogrendje szerint végeznek.
Az SZBU felszólította a lakosokat, hogy legyenek megértéssel az esetleges kellemetlenségekkel kapcsolatban, és legyen mindenkinél személyazonosító okmány, a tartsák be a biztonsági szervek törvényes előírásait, tartsák be a kijárási tilalmat.

Szigorúbban őrzik mostantól Ukrajna Romániával és Magyarországgal közös határát Kárpátalján, a határőrség további erősítést vezényelt a térségbe – számolt be szombaton az rbc.ua hírportál az Állami Határőrszolgálat Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A határőrség közlése szerint megerősítették a legsebezhetőbb területeket a román és a magyar határon. A jelentésben a határőrség megjegyezte, hogy Kárpátalján további erőket vetettek be a határ védelmére.
„Az Állami Határőrszolgálat katonái a járőrözés során korszerű gépkocsikat és speciális berendezéseket, pilóta nélküli és legénységgel rendelkező repülőgépeket, valamint egyéb speciális eszközöket alkalmaznak. Ezáltal hatékonyabban tudnak fellépni a bűncselekmények ellen, és gyorsabban tudnak reagálni a fenyegetésekre” – állította a határőrség.
A határőrök szinte naponta rögzítik az ellenőrző pontokon kívüli illegális határátlépési kísérleteket. Az ukrán hadkötelesek gyakran a Kárpátokon, erdőkön, sőt folyókon keresztül próbálnak eljutni a szomszédos országokba. Különösen tavaly tavasszal és nyáron rögzítették a határőrök a Tiszán keresztüli határátlépési kísérleteket. Az ilyen próbálkozások gyakran végzetes eredménnyel jártak.

Kijev megyében a lengyel-fehérorosz határon kialakult migrációs válság miatt megerősítik az ukrán–fehérorosz határszakasz védelmét, jelentette be Vaszil Volodin, a kijevi megyei adminisztráció vezetője Facebookon.
Kijev megye kormányzója megbeszélést tartott a rendvédelmi szervek és a szakminisztériumok képviselőivel. Az ülés témája a megye területén lévő ukrán–fehérorosz határszakasz védelme érdekében további intézkedések elfogadása.
„Jelenleg migrációs válság van a lengyel-fehérorosz határon. Ezért a lehető legfelkészültebbnek kell lennünk az események bármilyen lefolyására és az esetleges provokációkra” – mondta.
A megye vezetője elmondása szerint a helyzetet folyamatosan figyelemmel kísérik, a határőrök a Nemzeti Gárdával és a rendvédelmi szervekkel közösen készen állnak szükség esetén a határvédelem operatív megerősítésére. Ehhez egyértelmű cselekvési tervet dolgozott ki.

A szlovén kormány azt kéri a parlamenttől, hogy aktiválja a védelmi törvény 37. cikkét, amely szerint a hadsereg bevethető lenne a határok védelmében ugyanolyan jogkörökkel, mint a rendőrség – közölte csütörtökön a kabinet.
A Janez Jansa vezette jobbközép koalíciós kormány szerint erre elsősorban azért van szükség, hogy a rendőrök egy részét átirányíthassák az ország belsejébe, hogy a koronavírus-járvány megfékezés érdekében hozott korlátozások betartását ellenőrizzék.
A törvény elfogadáshoz kétharmados többségre van szükség a parlamentben, azt azonban, hogy napirendre kerülhessen, legutóbb nem támogatta a parlament illetékes bizottsága. A törvényt még 2015 októberében, a migrációs válság csúcspontján fogadták el. A javaslat határozott időre szólt, legfeljebb három hónapra, a hosszabbítás lehetőségével.
A jogszabály szerint a hadsereg segítséget nyújthat a rendőrségnek az ország határainak őrzésében, ideiglenesen korlátozhatja az emberek szabad mozgását, illetve közreműködhet zavargó csoportok és tömegek megfékezésében.
A szlovén-horvát határt 800 rendőr és 150 katona védi az illegális migrációval szemben, ugyanakkor a hadsereg csak logisztikai feladatokat láthat el, nem tartóztathatja fel a migránsokat.
Szlovéniában az év első kilenc hónapjában 11 855 határsértőt tartóztattak fel a hatóságok. Szeptember végéig 8209 embert toloncoltak vissza a szlovén rendőrök más országokba, a legtöbbet Horvátországba, 8159-et. Eközben más országokból 1120 migránst küldtek vissza Szlovéniába.
A migránsok főként Szerbiából és Montenegróból érkeznek Boszniába, ahonnan Horvátországba, majd Szlovéniába, onnan pedig a nyugat-európai országokba szeretnének eljutni.
