Hmeljnickijben a rendőrség vizsgálja egy éjszakai lövöldözés körülményeit a város egyik lakónegyedében. A helyi lakosok éjjel értesítették a 102-es segélyvonalat, hogy lövéseket hallottak a Hajova utcai ház udvarában – közölte megyei rendőrség.
Előzetes információk szerint egy ismeretlen férfi a kilencedik emeleti lakás erkélyéről lőtt a többszintes ház udvarára.
A helyszínre a megyei rendőrség vezetősége, a nyomozó-operatív csoport, a KORD különleges egység és a járőrszolgálat érkezett.
A rendőrség megállapította, hogy a lövöldözést a lakás egyik lakója, egy katonai szolgálatot teljesítő férfi követte el. Automata fegyverből körülbelül 90 lövést adott le.
A rendőrségi különleges művelet során a férfi önként megadta magát. Az elfogás idején ittas állapotban volt.
Jelenleg folyamatban van a nyomozás, a rendőrség tisztázza az esemény minden körülményét és a fegyver eredetét.

Hmelnickijben a helyi lakosok szerdán tiltakoztak az áramkimaradások ellen, blokkolták a tömegközlekedést a központban, a rendőrség egy személyt őrizetbe vett – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Szuszpilne tévécsatornára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a hosszú áramszünetek miatt több mint 200 ember tüntetett a városközpontban, a Hmelnickij Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció épületénél. A tiltakozók magyarázatot követeltek arra vonatkozóan, hogy miért vannak érvényben a jelenlegi az áramszüneti ütemtervek.
A belváros utcáinak lezárása miatt a tömegközlekedés késett. Több központi utcában is tüntetők voltak. Összességében a tüntetés békés volt, de egy személyt őrizetbe vettek.
Más tüntetőkkel ellentétben az őrizetbe vett személy súlyosan megsértette a közrendet. A tiltakozás során trágár szavakat kiabált és gránátdobással fenyegetőzött. A rendőrök dolgoznak az őrizetbe vett személlyel.

Hmelnickijben a bíróság bűnösnek talált egy 11. osztályos diákot abban, hogy illegálisan megosztotta az Ukrán Fegyveres Erők mozgásával kapcsolatos adatokat egy orosz hírszerzővel.
A lány június 2025 közepén a Telegramon vette fel a kapcsolatot az ellenséges ügynökkel, aki pénzjutalom fejében együttműködést ajánlott neki, amit a diák elfogadott.
A lány videófelvételeket készített katonai létesítményekről, akadémiákról és egy katonai részlegről, valamint egy vasúti kamerát is telepített a katonai szállítmányok mozgásának rögzítésére. Összesen néhány ezer hrivnyát kapott a munkájáért, amelyet később az SZBU leleplezett.
Bár a bíróság 8–12 év szabadságvesztést is kiszabhatott volna, a lány bűnösségét elismerő egyezség révén öt évre ítélték, amely két év próbaidőre módosult, és figyelembe vették a négy hónap előzetes letartóztatását. Emellett megtiltották számára az ország elhagyását engedély nélkül, továbbá 4,4 ezer hrivnya perköltséget róttak ki rá.

Hmelnickij megyében csütörtökön összecsapás tört ki a helyi lakosok és a Területi Toborzási és Szociális Támogatási Központ (TCK) katonái között, az incidensnek sérültjei is vannak – számolt be pénteken az rbc.ua hírportál helyi Telegram-csatornákra és a Hmelnickij megyei TCK Facebook-oldalára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a Telegram-csatornákon információ jelent meg, amely szerint Hmelnickij megye egyik falujának lakói megtámadtak egy autót, amelyben a TCK katonái tartózkodtak. Botokkal kezdték ütni a járművet és betörték a szélvédőjét. A kocsi elleni támadás során a sofőr hátramenetbe kezdett, amitől több nő elesett. Hírek szerint egyikük eltörte a karját. A támadás során a TCK egyik katonájának eltört az orra.
A Hmelnickij megyei TCK azt írta, hogy az incidens este 18:30 óra körül történt, amikor a toborzók elhagyták a hmelnickiji járásbeli Sztrihivci falut. „A Hmelnickij megyei TCK egyik osztályának riadócsoportjának helyi lakosok torlaszolták el az útját. A TCK szolgálati autójának mozgása akadályozottá vált” – pontosította a TCK, hozzátéve, hogy a szárazföldi erők katonái „kizárólag a törvény keretein belül, tiszteletteljesen és helyesen” jártak el.
Ezzel egyidejűleg a Nemzeti Rendőrség munkatársai kiszabadították az autót a helyi lakosok blokádjából.
A TCK figyelmeztetett, hogy az ilyen cselekedetek elfogadhatatlanok, és törvénysértésnek minősülnek.

Hmeljnickij megyében letartóztattak két egészségügyi dolgozót, akik fiktív rokkantsági igazolásokat állítottak ki hadköteles korú személyeknek. A tettesek 8 millió hrivnyát tettek zsebre. A hírt a Főügyészi Hivatal közölte.
Mint kiderült, az „ügyfelek” megkeresésével egy felcser foglalkozott, a doktornő pedig kórházi kezelésre küldte az említett személyeket a neurológiai osztályra. Az igazolások ára 3600 és 7800 dollár között mozgott.
A házkutatás során a felcsernél 182 ezer dollárt és több mint 6500 eurót foglaltak le. Az ügyben tart a nyomozás.

A KORD speciális alakulat munkatársai őrizetbe vették azt a férfit, aki szeptember 14-ére virradóra rálőtt két szolgálati autóra, megsebesítve egy rendőrt és egy civilt – jelentette az Ukrajinszka Pravda a Hmelnickij megyei rendőrségre hivatkozva.
Az incidens éjjel egy óra körül történt a hmelnickiji területi közösséghez tartozó Olesin faluban. A járőrrendőrség reagálási egységének legénysége megállította egy helyi lakos gépkocsiját, hogy ellenőrizzék, miért közlekedik a kijárási tilalom alatt.
Megállapítást nyert, hogy a sofőr ittasan vezetett. A rendfenntartók jegyzőkönyvet vettek fel a szabálysértésről, majd a közelben lakó járművezető hazament, állítólag azért, hogy megoldja a gépkocsi kérdését, miközben barátját az autóban hagyta.
A férfi egy Kalasnyikov gépkarabéllyal tért vissza a helyszínre, és lőni kezdett a rendfenntartókra. A rendőrök viszonozták a tüzet és segítséget kértek.
A támadó 60 lövést adott le fegyveréből. Ennek eredményeként megsebesült a rendőrség egyik munkatársa, és az elkövető gépkocsijában ülő utas. A sebesülteket kórházba szállították, a rendőr állapota súlyos.
Ezenkívül találat ért két gépkocsit: a rendőrjárőrét, amely megállította az elkövetőt, valamint a helyszínre érkező speciális alakulat autóját.
A KORD speciális alakulat munkatársai végül őrizetbe vették a lövöldözőt.

A miniszter egy videót is közzétett egy 21 éves lány kimentéséről egy magánház romjai alól.
A Belügyminisztérium vezetője szerint Zaporizzsjában 6 ember megsérült, és 3 embert eltűntnek tekintenek a támadások helyszínén. Az áldozatokkal kapcsolatos információk még nem véglegesek.
„Ma reggel az ellenség infrastrukturális létesítményeket támadott meg, lakóépületeket semmisített meg, az esetnek civil áldozatai is vannak. Zaporizzsja, Hmelnickij, Odessza, Dnyipropetrovszk, Poltava, Mikolajiv, Vinnicja, Lemberg és Ivano-Frankivszk volt ellenséges támadás alatt” – áll a jelentésben.
