Egy volt hmeljnickij megyei ügyészhelyettest azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy szándékosan elhallgatott egy több mint 50 ezer dolláros tartozást és többmilliós vagyont az éves vagyonnyilatkozataiban – közölte az Ukrán Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR).
A nyomozás szerint az ügyész még szolgálata előtt rendszeresen kért kölcsön készpénzt egy vállalkozótól – 2 és 20 ezer dollár közötti összegeket – írásos elismervények alapján. A tartozás összesen 52 ezer dollárt tett ki. A DBR szerint azonban a férfi nem szándékozott visszafizetni az összeget, gyakran kifogásokat keresett a fizetés elhalasztására, és hivatalos pozícióját is felhasználta kötelezettségei elkerülésére.
Miután ügyészi tisztségbe lépett, semmi sem változott – továbbra is figyelmen kívül hagyta adósságát. Öt éven keresztül szándékosan nem tüntette fel a kötelezettséget a vagyonnyilatkozataiban, holott erre köteles lett volna.
A teljes körű ellenőrzés során közel 2 millió hrivnyának megfelelő vagyont is találtak, amelyet szintén nem jelentett be. A férfit csalással és vagyonnyilatkozatban való hamis adatokkal gyanúsítják. Jelenleg házi őrizet alatt áll. Az ellene emelt vádak alapján akár 5–12 év börtönbüntetés és vagyonelkobzás is várhat rá.

A LAZ Lajner busz Zsitomir megyéből szállított gyerekeket felnőttek kíséretében. Az információk szerint a sofőr elvesztette uralmát a jármű felett, s a busz felborult. Botrány történt Hmelnickij megyében, dühös nők támadtak a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) munkatársaira – számolt be szombaton az rbc.ua hírportál a Hmelnickij megyei TCK sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
ATCK jelentése szerint helyi nők egy csoportja megtámadta a sepetivkai járási TCK katonáit a légiriadó alatt. Az eset következtében a hivatali gépkocsi megrongálódott.
„Meggyőződésünk, hogy a bűnüldöző szervek teljes körűen és átfogóan lefolytatják a nyomozást, és objektív jogi értékelést adnak az érintett személyek cselekményeiről. Emlékeztetünk arra, hogy a mozgósítási tevékenység akadályozása büntetőjogi felelősséget von maga után” – áll a közleményben.

„A férfi ittasan tért haza és vita alakult ki a házastársak között. A nő a kiszolgáló helyiségből magához vett egy kalapácsot és legalább hét ütést mért az ágyon fekvő sértett fejére, aki a helyszínen belehalt az elszenvedett sérülésekbe” – áll a jelentésben.
A vádlott a bírósági ítélet kihirdetéséig előzetes letartóztatásban volt. A bíróság tíz év szabadságvesztésre ítélte a nőt.
