Lövöldözés történt péntek délután a Hmelnickij megyei Terlivka faluban, amikor egy jogosítványától megfosztott gépkocsivezető rendőrökre támadt – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Nemzeti Rendőrség Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a rendőrök 14:35 óra körül egy olyan sofőr okmányait ellenőrizték, akinek bevonták a jogosítványát. A férfi tüzet nyitott a rendőrökre. „Előzetes információk szerint az incidens következtében egy rendőr meghalt, egy másik pedig megsérült” – áll a Nemzeti Rendőrség közleményben.
Az elkövető elmenekült a helyszínről. A rendőrség intézkedéseket tett a bűnöző elfogására – különleges rendőrségi akciót indítottak a Hmelnickiji járásban. Hmelnickijben, a Suhevics utcában őrizetbe vettek pénteken egy férfit, miután tüzet nyitott egy tömbház udvarának közepén. A jelentés szerint a rendőrségre ma délután 16:00 óra körül érkezett a bejelentés a lövésekről. A helyszínre azonnal riasztották a rendőri egységeket, akik elfogták az elkövetőt. „Egy férfi lövéseket adott le az udvaron, a ház közelében. Rendőri egységeket riasztottak a helyszínre, akik őrizetbe vették a férfit. Sérültekről, áldozatokról nem érkezett információ. A férfi startpisztolyból adott le lövéseket. Egy nyomozó és operatív csoport dolgozik a helyszínen” – jelentette Hirdvilisz.
Források szerint az őrizetbe vett személy katona. A rendőrség jelenleg vizsgálja tettének minden körülményét és indítékát.

A jelentés szerint hatóság közölte: „Az egyik jótékonysági szervezet ügyvezető igazgatóját csalással és jótékonysági adományok haszonszerzésre való felhasználásával gyanúsították meg, amit jelentős mértékben és hadiállapot idején követett el” – írta a Legfőbb Ügyészség. A nyomozás szerint a férfi 2024 júniusában csatlakozott egy gyűjtéshez, amelynek keretében járműveket vásároltak az ukrán fegyveres erők két dandárja számára. Bankszámlát nyitott, és a gyűjtésről szóló információkat az interneten terjesztette.
A gyanúsított több mint 700 ezer hrivnyát gyűjtött össze jótékonysági adományként, amit saját számlájára utalt át, és saját szükségleteire költött. Ezenkívül 2024 augusztusában 400 000 hrivnyát sikkasztott el, amelyet két katona autóvásárlásra adott neki. A jótékonysági aktivistát megelőző intézkedésként 24 órás házi őrizetbe helyezték. Akár 8 év börtönbüntetésre is számíthat.

Hmelnickijben öngyilkos lett csütörtökön egy férfi, miközben katonai orvosi vizsgálaton vett részt, mentőt hívtak hozzá, de már nem tudták megmenteni – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál Hmelnickij megyei területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a TCK elmagyarázta, hogy ma a katonai okmányok ellenőrzése során egy ukrán állampolgárt bevittek a hmelnickiji TCK-ba. Előtte a katonai nyilvántartásba vétel hiánya miatt már körözték. Előállították, hogy frissítse az okmányait, és menjen át a katonaorvosi vizsgálaton, hogy megállapítsák, alkalmas-e katonai szolgálatra. Azonban a férfi a katonaorvosi vizsgálat közben öngyilkosságot követett el.
„A helyszínen elsősegélyben részesítették, majd mentőt hívtak. A férfi azonban a mentőautóban belehalt az erős vérzésbe. A nyomozati cselekmények jelenleg is folynak. A hadköteles ellen sem testi sértést, sem lelki erőszakot nem alkalmaztak” – állította a TCK.
A hmelnickiji TCK a következőket tette közzé: „A katonai szolgálat nem büntetés, a teljesítésével kapcsolatos kérdések jogilag és konstruktívan megoldhatók. Érdemes észben tartani: nincs olyan körülmény, amely a saját élet elvesztését indokolná. A legfeszültebb pillanatokban is mindig van megoldás, és mindig van, aki kész segíteni.”

A Hmelnickiji Városi Tanács egyik képviselőjét törvénytelen vagyonosodásával gyanúsítják, több mint 1,5 millió be nem jelentett dollárt találtak nála – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a DBR nyomozói büntetőeljárást folytatnak a hmelnickiji vámhivatal ellen egy magáncég megállapodásainak végrehajtása kapcsán. A cég igazgatója a Hmelnickiji Városi Tanács képviselője. A nőt illegális gazdagodás gyanúja miatt vették őrizetbe (Ukrajna büntetőtörvénykönyvének 368-5. cikkelye alapján).
A házkutatások során a nyomozók több mint 1,5 millió dollárt találtak különböző devizákban a képviselő nevére és a munkahelyére nyitott banki trezorokban. A nő a vagyonnyilatkozatában nem jelezte, hogy egyáltalán van készpénze. A nyomozók be nem jelentett ingatlantárgyakat is találtak. A képviselőt akár 10 év börtön fenyegeti. Az előzetes nyomozás folyamatban van.

A Hmelnickij megyei található Knizskivka településen késsel támadt egy férfi a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ alkalmazottjára okmányellenőrzés közben, támadót őrizetbe vették – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Hmelnickij megyei TCK Facebook-oldalára hivatkozva.
A közlemény szerint „az okmányellenőrzés során egy 1984-es születésű állampolgár kést rántott, majd rátámad egy katonára, akit a bal vállán hátulról megsebesített. Ezt követően a toborzócsoport intézkedett az elkövető őrizetbe vételéről, és kihívta a rendőrséget.”
A TCK tájékoztatása szerint a kiérkező rendőrök a szabálysértő holmijának átvizsgálásakor tiltott szert és sokkolót találtak. A támadót őrizetbe vették. A nyomozás folyamatban van.
A helyszínre hívott mentőautó a katonát a hmelnickiji katonai kórházba szállította szakszerű orvosi segítségnyújtás céljából. A katona élete nincs veszélyben.
„A TCK munkatársai, akik a törvény szerint részt vesznek vagy szervezik a hadkötelesek ellenőrzését, különleges jogalanynak minősülnek, akik a hadiállapot idején hivatali feladatokat látnak el. Ezért sértegetésük, ellenállás tanúsítása velük szemben vagy tevékenységük akadályozása következményekkel jár, és a szabálysértőket adminisztratív vagy büntetőjogi felelősség terheli” – áll a TCK közleményében, amely hozzátette, hogy a TCK személyi állományában, beleértve a védőszázadokat is, főként olyan katonák vannak, akik a háborúban egészségkárosodást szenvedtek, ezért alkalmatlannak minősítették őket a harci egységekben való szolgálatra.

A jelentés szerint „robbanások sorozata dördült. A légvédelmi erők működtek”. A Hmelnickij Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció azt is jelezte, hogy sajnálatos módon a Hmelnickiji járásban egy infrastrukturális objektumot ért.
„Nincsenek áldozatok. A pusztítással kapcsolatos információk ellenőrzése folyamatban van” – tette hozzá a Hmelnickij Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció.

Április 4-én rendkívüli ülést tartott a Hmelnickiji Városi Tanács, mivel nemrégiben megvertek egy katonai papot a moszkvai patriarchátushoz tartozó ukrán ortodox egyház templomában – számolt be a vsim.ua helyi kiadvány számolt be.
Az ülésen 38 képviselő jelent meg. Az első határozat kifejezetten a katedrálissal kapcsolatban született meg. A képviselők megszüntették a korábban a moszkvai patriarchátushoz tartozó Ukrán ortodox egyházhoz tartozó székesegyház területén lévő földterület használati jogát. Ezt a határozatot egyhangúlag fogadták el. A 0,64 hektárnyi terület a Volodimirszka utca 113. szám alatt található.
Ezen kívül a képviselők 11 hasonló vallási szervezetet illetően vonták meg a földterületek használati jogát.

A jelentés szerint Hamalij azt közölte: „ma reggel egy légitámadás során az ellenség csapást mért térségünk területére. Robbanások hangja hallatszott. Az előzetes információk szerint személyi sérülés nem történt.” Olekszandr Szimcsisin Hmelnickij polgármestere megerősítette az orosz rakétatámadás tényét. Megjegyezte, hogy a városban a helyzet ellenőrzés alatt van. „Reggel rakétacsapásokat rögzítettek a Hmelnickij megyében. A közösségben a helyzet ellenőrzés alatt áll. Ne hagyják figyelmen kívül a légvédelmi figyelmeztető jelzéseket” – írta Telegram-csatornáján.
Az orosz csapatok éjjel Zaporizzsját is rakétákkal támadták. Mint Sztaruh katonai kormányzó jelezte, az ellenséges csapások következtében tüzek ütöttek ki a városban, lakóépületek semmisültek meg. A megszállók 7 rakétát lőttek ki lakó többemeletes épületekre A pusztítással és az áldozatokkal kapcsolatos információk tisztázása folyamatban van.
