Baleset történt a németországi Legolandben, a hullámvasút-szerencsétlenségben több mint harmincan megsérültek – számolt be a günzburgi rendőrség szóvivője csütörtökön.
A hullámvasút a beszámolók szerint túl erősen fékezett, egy másik szerelvény pedig emiatt nekiment. A balesetben legalább 34 ember megsérült, közülük ketten súlyosan.
A balesethez a vidámpark készenléti mentőszolgálatának összes tagját riasztották, három mentőhalikopter is a helyszínen volt. A rendőrséget és a tűzoltóságot is riasztották.
Parkinformációk szerint a Tűzsárkány névre keresztelt hullámvasút másodpercenként akár nyolc méteres sebességgel halad, ami körülbelül 29 kilométer per órás sebességnek felel meg – írja a Stern. Azt egyelőre nem tudni, mitől fékezett be a szerelvény.
A csütörtöki szerencsétlenség ellenére a dél-németországi vidámpark nyitva maradt.
Múlt szombaton a Németország délnyugati részén fekvő Rajna-vidék-Pfalz tartományban történt halálos baleset. Itt egy 57 éves nő ismeretlen okokból kiesett az egyik hullámvasút kocsijából, és belehalt sérüléseibe. A Klotten an der Mosel-i vidámpark csütörtökön nyitott ki újra.
A günzburgi Legoland 2002-ben nyitotta meg kapuit.

Egy 32 éves nő vesztette életét a franciaországi Szent Pál vidámparkban, miután kiesett egy hullámvasútból – írja a Blikkre hivatkozva az ATV.
A nő a vidámpark Formula–1 elnevezésű hullámvasútjából esett ki menet közben. Nem az első tragédia volt ez ezen a hullámvasúton, korábban már 2009-ben is kizuhant belőle egy nő, ő is belehalt.
Egy szemtanú a helyi médiának elmesélte, hogy kiabálására lett figyelmes, majd amikor közelebb ment egy nőt látott a földön feküdve véresen, nem mozdult, szörnyű látvány volt. Elmondása szerint a lánya látta, ahogy a nő kizuhan a hullámvasútból egy kanyarban.
Egy másik szemtanú elmondta, hogy a tragédia után a vezetőség nem zárta be a vidámparkot, csupán azt a hullámvasutat, ahol a végzetes baleset történt.
A vidámpark részvétét fejezte ki a nő halála miatt. Elmondták, hogy tavaly novemberben a Formula–1 nevű hullámvasút átesett a kötelező éves ellenőrzésen és a szakértők mindent rendben találták.
További vizsgálatokat indítottak, hogy kiderüljön, mi okozta a tragédiát.
