Kijev Podol kerülete egyik szállodájában a parlamenti képviselő partit rendezett, amely kapcsán a rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított – számolt be a fővárosi rendőrség sajtószolgálata.
Mikola Tyiscsenko, a Nép Szolgája parlamenti képviselője újabb botrányba keveredett. A sajtóban megjelent információ szerint a képviselő partit szervezett feleségének a Fairmont Hotelben.
„Ma éjjel jelent meg a közösségi hálókon az információ, miszerint a Parlament egyik képviselője partit rendezett Podol kerület egyik szállodájában. A rendvédelmi szervek tisztviselői azonnal kimentek a helyszínre, hogy kiderítsék a körülményeket” – közölte a rendőrség.
Jelenleg nyomozók az intézmény vezetőségét hallgatják ki, átvizsgálják a helyiségeket, előzetes nyomozás van folyamatban.
Az incidensről szóló információkat Ukrajna büntető törvénykönyvének 325. cikkelye első része alapján regisztrálták az előzetes nyomozások egységes nyilvántartásába (A fertőző betegségek megelőzésére és a tömeges mérgezésre vonatkozó egészségügyi szabályok és normák megsértése).

Korzika szigetén, Bastia városában pénteken megszakította a francia rendőrség az egyik éjszakai szórakozóhelyen tartott illegális bulit, ahol mintegy százan gyűltek össze. Az intézkedés közben három rendőr megsérült – közölték a helyi hatóságok.
Két embert őrizetbe vettek, az egyiket közhivatalt ellátó személy elleni erőszak, egy másikat, az illegális buli szervezőjét pedig mások élete veszélyeztetésének gyanúja miatt – olvasható Arnaud Viornery bastiai ügyész közleményében.
A helyi prefektus megerősítette, hogy bastiai Toga-kikötőben a rendőrség közbelépett az egyik éjszakai szórakozóhelyen, amely illegálisan kinyitott, és ahol mintegy százan voltak jelen. Az ügyész tájékoztatása szerint a bulizók semmilyen egészségvédelmi intézkedést nem tartottak be. Ráadásul olyan helyen tartózkodtak, amely tűzvédelmi szempontból is kockázatos volt, mivel a vészkijáratokat belülről elbarikádozták.
A helyszínre érkező rendőröket a résztvevők közül többen megdobálták és megtámadták a prefektúra szerint, amely a leghatározottabban elítélte a felelőtlen és súlyos magatartást.
A három rendőr két, három, illetve öt napon túl gyógyuló sérüléseket szenvedett.
A járványügyi korlátozások részeként az éttermek, bárok és a szórakozóhelyek október vége óta zárva tartanak, a gyülekezés hat főig engedélyezett, és az otthonokban szervezett családi és baráti étkezésekhez is hatfős korlátozást ajánlanak a hatóságok Franciaországban.

A hét végén sugárzott műsorban elhangzottak miatt az ügyészség vasárnap eljárást indított.
Pierre-Jean Chalencon műgyűjtő A rejtett kamerás felvételek az M6 szerint a főváros egyik elegáns negyedében egy illegális étteremben készültek, ahol senki nem tartotta be a járvány miatt ajánlott védőtávolságot, és nem viselt maszkot. A felvételen látható, hogy a hely bejáratánál egy pincér megmutatja az étlapot, az érkező vendégek pedig maszk nélkül ölelik meg egymást vagy fognak kezet.
A járványügyi korlátozás részeként Franciaországban október vége óta az éttermek nem fogadhatnak vendégeket, kizárólag elvitelre főzhetnek.
A riportban megszólaló egyik szervező, akinek az arca nem ismerhető fel, műgyűjtőnek nevezte magát, és elmondta: a héten két-három hasonló illegális étteremben is vacsorázott, ahol miniszterekkel is találkozott.
A közösségi oldalak kommentjei alapján a francia televíziók vasárnap este beazonosították az M6 informátorát, Pierre-Jean Chalencon műgyűjtőt, a felvétel helyszínéül szolgáló párizsi Vivienne Palota tulajdonosát. A férfi az AFP francia hírügynökséghez eljuttatott közleményben elismerte, hogy ő hallható a riportban, és közölte: „humornak” szánta azt, hogy miniszterek is részt vesznek luxusvacsorákon.
Pierre-Jean Chalencon még februárban egy, a közösségi oldalakra feltöltött felvételen elmondta, hogy saját otthonában szokott ebédeket és vacsorákat szervezni Christophe Leroy séffel együtt. Akkor azt állította, hogy hamarosan Gabriel Attal kormányszóvivőt is vendégül látja vacsorára.
Gabriel Attal vasárnap este tudatta: csak most fedezte fel a februári felvételt a Twitteren, egyben azt is leszögezte: nem ismeri a műgyűjtőt, és soha nem vett részt semmilyen vacsorán. A kormányszóvivő szerint egyébként „elképzelhetetlen, hogy egy kormánytag részt vett egy ilyen illegális luxusvacsorán”. „Egy percig sem hiszem el. Egy kormánytag, egy felelős politikus nem akármilyen állampolgár. Létezik a példamutatási kötelezettség, ezzel mindannyian tisztában vagyunk” – mondta Gabriel Attal.

Eljárást indított vasárnap a párizsi ügyészség egy francia országos televízió rejtett kamerás felvételei miatt, amelyek szerint állítólag miniszterek részvételével rendeztek illegális luxusvacsorákat Párizs belvárosában a koronavírus-járvány miatti korlátozások megsértése mellett.
Az M6 kereskedelmi televízió péntek este sugározott riportjában egy névtelen forrás azt állította, hogy miniszterek is részt vettek azokon a párizsi illegálisan luxusvacsorákon, ahol sem a személyzet, sem a vendégek nem viseltek maszkot. A rejtett kamerával készült felvételek az M6 szerint a főváros egyik elegáns negyedében egy illegális étteremben készültek, ahol senki nem tartotta be a járvány miatt ajánlott védőtávolságot, és nem viselt maszkot. A felvételen látható, hogy a hely bejáratánál egy pincér megmutatja az étlapot, az érkező vendégek pedig maszk nélkül ölelik meg egymást vagy fognak kezet.
A járványügyi korlátozás részeként Franciaországban október vége óta az éttermek nem fogadhatnak vendégeket, kizárólag elvitelre főzhetnek.
Gérald Darmanin belügyminiszter vasárnap a Twitteren jelezte, hogy arra kérte „a párizsi prefektust, ellenőrizze, igaz-e, ami a riportban elhangzott, és ha az állítások igaznak bizonyulnak, indítson eljárást a vacsorák szervezői és résztvevői ellen”. „Ez teljesen elfogadhatatlan” – írta a tárcavezető. „A rendőrség és a csendőrség szervei mindennap fellépnek a külvárosokban, mert óriás barbecue-zások vannak, mert az emberek nem tartják be a lezárás szabályait. Természetes, hogy az elegáns negyedekben is mindenkire vonatkozik a szabály. Nincs kétfajta állampolgár, olyanok, akik bulizhatnak és olyanok, akiknek nem szabad” – hívta fel a figyelmet a belügyminiszter.
Rémy Heitz párizsi főügyész vasárnap este jelezte, hogy a vádhatóság mások veszélyeztetésének és tiltott munka gyanúja miatt vizsgálatot indított annak ellenőrzésére, hogy a vacsorákat tényleg az egészségügyi szabályok figyelmen kívül hagyása mellett rendezték meg, illetve az esetleges szervezők és résztvevők személyazonosságának megállapítására.
A riportban megszólaló egyik szervező, akinek az arca nem ismerhető fel, műgyűjtőnek nevezte magát, és elmondta: a héten két-három hasonló illegális étteremben is vacsorázott, ahol miniszterekkel is találkozott. „Ezen jót szórakoztam. De hát demokráciában élünk. Mindenki azt csinál, amit akar” – tette hozzá a riportalany.
A kormány több tagja is kizárta vasárnap este annak lehetőségét, hogy miniszterek illegális luxusvacsorákon vettek részt. Gabriel Attal kormányszóvivő szerint „elképzelhetetlen, hogy egy kormánytag részt vett egy ilyen illegális luxusvacsorán”. „Egy percig sem hiszem el. Egy kormánytag, egy felelős politikus nem akármilyen állampolgár. Létezik a példamutatási kötelezettség, ezzel mindannyian tisztában vagyunk”.
Marlene Schiappa, az állampolgári jogokért felelős miniszter úgy vélte: „ha miniszterek vagy képviselők részt vettek illegális vacsorákon Párizsban, ugyanúgy meg kell őket büntetni, mint bármelyik állampolgárt”.
Bruno Le Maire gazdasági miniszter is jelezte, hogy „senkinek nem jár kivételezés”. „Kíváncsi lennék, hogy ez az étteremtulajdonos megadja-e a miniszterek nevét, ha már ennyire jól értesült” – tette hozzá. A tárcavezető szerint „kivétel nélkül minden miniszter betartja a szabályokat, egyik sem gondolja azt, hogy bármilyen kivételezés jár neki”.

Csütörtökön Brüsszelben a rohamrendőrség egy több ezer résztvevős szabadtéri partit oszlatott fel vízágyukkal. A rendezvényt illegálisan tartották meg, a koronavírus-járvány visszaszorítására bevezetett rendelkezések ellenére – adta hírül a helyi sajtóra hivatkozva az MTI.
A beszámolók szerint a hatóságok a vízágyúk mellett könnygázt, lovasrendőröket és drónokat is bevetettek, miután a belga főváros melletti erdőben mulatozók a felszólítások ellenére sem voltak hajlandók elhagyni a helyszínt, többen üvegekkel dobálták a kiérkező rendfenntartókat.
A rendezvényen legalább kétezren vettek részt, egyes jelentések szerint akár ötezren is lehettek.
A sajtó szerint az illegális összejövetelt a Facebookon hirdette meg egy anonim szervező április elseje, a bolondok napja alkalmából, azonban sokan azért vettek részt rajta, hogy tiltakozzanak a szigorú járványügyi korlátozások ellen. Az eseményen főként fiatalok voltak jelen, a zenét ismert DJ-k szolgáltatták.
A koronavírus-járvány miatt hozott belga intézkedések között a tanítási intézmények, a nem alapvető árucikkeket árusító üzletek és vendéglátóhelyek bezárása, a nem feltétlenül szükséges külföldi utazások korlátozása, valamint éjszakai kijárási tilalom is szerepel. A belga közegészségügyi intézet szerdán publikált statisztikái szerint az új fertőzések száma 14, a kórházi felvételeké pedig 22 százalékkal nőtt az elmúlt egy hétben.

Több spanyol tartomány szigorított a koronavírus-járvány terjedésének megfékezését célzó óvintézkedéseken egy illegális barcelonai partit követően – jelentette az RTVE spanyol állami televízió vasárnap.
A tilalom ellenére megrendezett újévi bulin százak vettek részt Llinars del Vallés iparnegyedében. A több mint negyvenórás raktárpartinak a rendőrség vetett véget. Két embert őrizetbe vettek, öt ellen nyomozást indítottak, és 214-nek rögzítették személyi adatait – írta a La Vanguardia című spanyol napilap. Spanyolországban az év nagy részében zárva tartottak a szórakozóhelyek.
A távolságtartásra és maszkviselésre vonatkozó szabályozások be nem tartásáért 1500 eurótól 600 ezer euróig terjedő pénzbírságot is kiszabhatnak a spanyol hatóságok. Nagy összegű büntetésekre azonban eddig nem nagyon volt példa.
A fertőzöttek számának emelkedésétől tartva a madridi tartományi kormányzat több településen kijárási tilalmat vezetett be. Az ottani lakosok csak munkába járás vagy orvosi ellátás miatt hagyhatják el otthonaikat. Enrique Ruiz Escudero, a madridi tartományi vezetés egészségügyi minisztere felszólította a hatóságokat, hogy felügyeljék szigorúbban az óvintézkedések betartását.

40-50 fiatal tartott illegális házibulit Bécsben a kijárási tilalom ellenére karácsony másnapján.
A bulizók azzal buktak le, hogy egyikük megsérült és mentőt kellett hívni hozzá, de hogy ne leplezzék le az illegális partit, egy másik helyszínre hívták a mentőket. A rendőröknek gyanús lett a baleset, majd nem messze megtalálták a buli helyszínét, de addigra a vendégek elmenekültek.
Másfél óra múlva ismét kimentek a rendőrök, mert az egyik szomszéd zajra panaszkodott. Ekkor 22 fiatalt találtak a helyszínen, legtöbbjük 13-22 éves volt, a többi addigra elment, de számításuk szerint 40-50 ember lehetett a buliban.
Két fiúnál marihuánát találtak, emellett előkerült egy bozótvágókés, egy riasztópisztoly és töltények is.

Csak a birminghami rendőrséget több mint 70 illegális buli miatt hívták szombat éjszaka, de több helyen megtámadták a rendőröket.
Huddersfieldben például egy 300 fős buli résztvevői rakétákkal fogadták a tömeg feloszlatására a helyszínre érkező rendőröket. Ezen kívül mintegy kétszáz fős tömeg gyűlt össze Birmingham központjában is, velük szemben szintén intézkedett a helyi rendőrség – írja a Daily Mail.
De más brit nagyvárosokban is megtámadták a rendőröket a bulizók. Greater Manchester megyében négy embert letartóztattak, miután egy 50 fős parti résztvevői ellenálltak a rendőri intézkedésnek, és megrongáltak több rendőrautót.
A koronavírus-járvány miatt nem lehet ilyen nagy bulikat tartani Nagy-Britanniában, és a szervezők akár 10 ezer fontos (3,9 millió forint), a résztvevők pedig 100 fontos (39 ezer forint) bírságot kaphatnak. Amennyiben pedig újra elkapják őket, akkor minden újabb alkalommal az előző bírság kétszeresét kaphatják.

У цей час оперативники Головного управління поліції Закарпаття спільно з колегами з району, встановили місце перебування спільника, який дочікував свого товариша в машині у попередньо визначеному місці.Особи фігурантів встановлено. Йдеться про 29-річного жителя села Розівка Ужгородського району та 40-річного мешканця обласного центру Закарпаття. Обидва неодноразово судимі за вчинення майнових злочинів. Наразі поліцейські затримали чоловіків у порядку статті 208 КПК України та помістили до ізолятора тимчасового тримання.За фактом злочину слідчі відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 187 Кримінального кодексу України, тобто розбій, вчинений групою осіб, із погрозою застосування насильства та поєднаний з проникненням у житло. Під час огляду у фігурантів виявлено та вилучено зброю, гроші та залізний ломик.За скоєне затриманим загрожує до 12 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
