Pakisztánban megöltek egy istenkáromlással vádolt tanárt – közölte hétfőn Beludzsisztán tartomány rendőrsége.



A húszas éveinek elején járó férfit, aki egy nyelviskolában tanított, pénteken ölték meg. Diákjai vádolták istenkáromlással, bár nem tudni, hogy milyen kijelentést tett, amellyel magára vonta haragjukat. A vádak tisztázása végett a tanárt iszlám jogtudósok testülete elé idézték.



A Dawn című angol nyelvű pakisztáni lap szerint a férfit ismeretlen személyek akkor ölték meg, amikor a találkozóra igyekezett, ahol tisztázni akarta magát a vád alól. Az áldozat családja nem értesítette a rendőrséget, így a tartományi hatóságok vasárnap vizsgálatot indítottak.



Pakisztánban nem ritkák a halálos kimenetelű lincselések blaszfémia gyanúja esetében. Februárban egy tömeg megrohant egy rendőrőrsöt, és brutálisan meggyilkolt egy istenkáromlással vádolt férfit, márciusban pedig egy lányiskola három tanárnője ugyanezen indokkal lefejezte egyik kolléganőjét. 2020-ban egy istenkáromlással vádolt amerikai-pakisztáni kettős állampolgárt a tárgyalóteremben lőttek agyon.



Az iszlám vagy Mohamed próféta megsértése a pakisztáni törvények szerint halálbüntetéssel sújtandó. Akit ezzel vádolnak, gyakran szélsőségesek célkeresztjébe kerül. Emberijogvédő csoportok szerint az istenkáromlás vádját gyakran vallási kisebbségek megfélemlítésére és személyes leszámolásra is felhasználják.

A két férfit még a mostani tiltakozó hullám előtt, 2020-ban tartóztatták le, állítólag Mohamed prófétát sértegető posztokat osztottak meg a Telegramon.



Az iráni rezsim ismét kivégzett két férfit állítólagos vallási bűncselekmények miatt. Szadrollah Faszeli Szareit és Jusszef Mehradot „Mohamed próféta megsértése és más istenkáromlások, köztük a Korán elégetése” miatt ítélték el és akasztották fel – jelentette a rezsim igazságügyi honlapja, a Miszan.



A két vádlottat még a tavaly kirobbant, országos méretű tiltakozási hullám előtt, 2020-ban tartóztatták le, azzal vádolva őket, hogy „az iszlám prófétáját” sértő posztokat tettek közzé a Telegramon. Egyikük 2021 márciusában állítólag bevallotta, hogy ő tette közzé a sértegetéseket az online médiában.



Az ilyen vallomásokat jogvédő szervezetek régóta elítélik, mivel gyakran kényszer és kínzás eredményei. Az Amnesty International szerint Iránban évente több embert végeznek ki, mint bármely más országban Kínán kívül.



A Miszan azzal is megvádolta a két férfit, hogy elégettek egy Koránt. Nem derült ki azonban, hogy – ha igaz – ezt ők maguk tették-e, vagy csak képeket osztottak meg egy Korán-égetésről a Telegram-csatornán (ilyen legutóbb tavaly áprilisban történt Svédországban egy szélsőséges politikus részéről, akiről mostanában felmerült, hogy Moszkva támogathatta).

Mahmud Amiry-Moghaddam, a norvégiai székhelyű Iran Human Rights (IHR) vezetője elítélte a kivégzéseket. A kivégzések az iráni teokrácia „középkori jellegét” mutatják, mondta, és sürgette, hogy a nemzetközi közösség jelezze: „a véleménynyilvánításért történő kivégzések tűrhetetlenek”. Az ugyanis, hogy a világ nem reagál határozottan, csak „zöld utat ad az iráni kormánynak és társaiknak szerte a világon”.



2022-ben az előző évhez képest 75 százalékkal nőtt a kivégzések száma Iránban. Az Iran Human Rights és az Együtt a halálbüntetés ellen (ECPM) francia szervezet közös jelentése szerint tavaly legalább 582 halálos ítéletet hajtottak végre az iszlamista vezetésű országban.

Egy negyedik vádlottat – egy tanárt – tíz év börtönbüntetésre ítéltek az „istenkáromló tartalmú” megnyilvánulásért – közölte Isztifamul Hak bírósági illetékes a dpa német hírügynökséggel. Az ítélet nem jogerős.



A Pakisztánban a nyolcvanas években uralkodó Ziául Hak katonai vezető által bevezetett, istenkáromlásra vonatkozó törvények akár halálbüntetést is kilátásba helyeznek Mohamed próféta megsértéséért. Jogvédők szerint azonban a jogszabályokat az egyéb vallások, például a síita vagy az ahmadija vallási kisebbség tagjai ellen használják fel a szunnita muszlim többségű országban.



Tavaly júliusban az amerikai külügyminisztérium a vonatkozó pakisztáni jogszabályok felülvizsgálatát sürgette azután, hogy egy istenkáromlással vádolt pakisztáni-amerikai állampolgárt megöltek bírósági tárgyalása közben.



Pakisztánban körülbelül 75 embert öltek meg a nyolcvanas évek óta feldühödött személyek és tömegek istenkáromlásért még azelőtt, hogy bírósági tárgyalásuk egyáltalán megkezdődött volna.
