Helyi sajtóértesülések szerint a robbanásban egy férfi meghalt és négyen megsebesültek.
A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a robbanás a helyi TCK épületének közelében történt 13:00 óra körül. „Jelenleg az összes szakszolgálat, az igazságügyi orvosszakértői laboratórium, valamint a Hmelnickij megyei rendőrség nyomozó- és műveleti csoportja dolgozik a helyszínen.
