Kirovohrad megyében a hatóságok leleplezték a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának egyik tisztviselőjét, aki a testvérével közösen a mozgósítás elől menekülő hadköteleseknek szervezett „egérutat” kenőpénzért – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál a Legfőbb Ügyészség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nyomozás megállapította, hogy gyanúsítottak tervet dolgoztak ki és megszervezték a hadköteles férfiak mozgósítás előli menekülését. A furfangos terv lényege az volt, hogy a katasztrófaelhárító segített rokkanttá nyilvánítani a háborúból kimaradni kívánó hadkötelesek családtagjait – áll a sajtószolgálat közleményében.
A katasztrófaelhárító a szolgáltatásért fejenként 8 ezer amerikai dollárt kért. Cserébe megígérte, hogy közbenjár az orvosi igazolások beszerzésében. Meggyőzte az ügyfeleket arról is, hogy vannak „saját” orvosai, akik a hadkötelesek közeli hozzátartozói számára elintézik a szükséges rokkantsági kategória szerinti nyilvántartásba vételt, ami alapot ad mozgósítási kötelezettség alóli kibúváshoz.
„A gyanúsított az illegális tevékenységbe a testvérét is bevonta, akin keresztül a pénzt utalták a kliensek. Mindkét férfit őrizetbe vették, miután a csaló katasztrófavédőnek a jogellenes juttatás első részét – 5 ezer dollárt – átutalták” – vázolta a Legfőbb Ügyészség.

„A rakétatámadás következtében 55 emeletes ház és lakóház, 40 személygépkocsi és 2 villamos sérült meg vagy semmisült meg teljesen” – áll a jelentésben.
Az megyei egészségügyi igazgatóság adatai szerint az orosz hadsereg támadása következtében 24 személy, köztük három gyermek vesztette életét. 202-en kértek orvosi segítséget, közülük 68-an kerültek kórházba, köztük 4 gyermek, 110-en pedig járóbeteg-ellátásban részesültek.

Huszonheten vettek részt egy éjszakai mentési gyakorlaton az Altinopolis város melletti Duas Bocas barlangban. Öt mentő könnyebben megsérült, ők maguk hagyták el a helyszínt, egy pedig valamivel súlyosabban, őt kórházba szállították.
Azt egyelőre nem lehet tudni, hogy mi okozta az omlást. Altinopolis környéke bővelkedik barlangokban, sok turista keresi fel ezeket.

Egy gyakorlaton, életmentés közben vesztette életét Jevgenyij Zinyicsev, az orosz rendkívüli helyzetek minisztériumának vezetője.
A RIA Novosztyi hírügynökség szerint Zinyicsev életmentés közben halt meg szerdán.
A tárcavezető Alekszandr Usszal, a Krasznojarszki terület vezetőjével Norilszkban egy új tűzoltóegységet keresett fel, amelynek a tervek szerint az év végén kellett volna szolgálatba lépnie.
Egy operatőr életét akarta megmenteni
Margarita Szimonyjan, az RT állami médiakonglomerátum főszerkesztője Telegram-bejegyzésében azt írta, hogy Zinyicsev egy forgatócsoport tagjának életét akarta megmenteni, amely oktatófilmet készített a gyakorlatról. Az operatőr Szimonyjan szerint megcsúszott egy meredély szélén és a vízbe zuhant. A miniszter, aki utána vetette magát, halálra zúzta magát egy kiálló kőben. Az operatőr életét nem sikerült megmenteni.
Dmitrij Peszkov, a Kreml szóvivője közölte, hogy Vlagyimir Putyin elnök jelentést kapott a történtekről.
Zinyicsev 55 éves volt. 2018 májusa óta vezette a rendkívüli helyzetek minisztériumát és ekkor lett tagja az orosz biztonsági tanácsnak is.
A KGB-től került az FSZB-hez
Jevgenyij Zinyicsev 1987-től szolgált az Állambiztonsági Bizottságnál (KGB), majd a Szovjetunió összeomlása után a Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálathoz (FSZB) került át.
2006 és 2015 között Putyin személyes adjutánsa volt. 2015 júniusában a Kalinyingrád megye FSZB-parancsnokságának vezetője lett, egy évvel később pedig a régió megbízott kormányzója. Két és fél hónappal később az FSZB igazgatóhelyettesévé nevezték ki.
2018 májusától lett tagja Dmitrij Medvegyev kormányának, a rendkívüli helyzetek minisztériumának élén Vlagyimir Pucskovot váltotta, aki a kemerovói Zimnyaja Visnya bevásárlóközpontban keletkezett tűzvész miatt mondott le. A tragédiának legkevesebb 60 halálos áldozata volt, a legtöbben közülük gyerekek.

Több órás keresés után a katasztrófavédelem munkatársai csütörtök reggel az erdőben megtalálták azt a négy roma gyereket, akik szerdán gombászás közben eltévedtek az ungvári járási Poroskő (Poroskovo) határában, mindannyian jól vannak a vadonban töltött éjszaka után – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a négy roma gyerek eltűnéséről éjjel 01:10 órakor értesítették a rendőrséget és a katasztrófavédelmet. A nagy erőkkel megindult keresésnek köszönhetően a reggeli órákban az erdőben megtalálták a gyerekeket. Valamennyien egészségesek, a katasztrófavédelem munkatársai Poroskőre szállították és ott átadták őket a rendőrségnek.
A gyerekeket 73 rendőr, katasztrófavédő, erdészeti dolgozó és helyi lakos kereste 8 jármű és két nyomkövető kutya segítségével.

Ukrajnában az ítéletidő miatt (széllökések, eső) működésbe lépett az áramszolgáltatás automatikus védelmi rendszere és 9 megyében 811 települést áramtalanított, közölte az Állami Katasztrófavédelmi Szolgálat.
A június 26-i reggeli adatok szerint, áram nélkül maradtak:
Rivne megyében – 340; Lemberg megyében – 209; Zsitomir megyében – 101; Hmelnyickij megyében – 78; Kijev megyében – 28; Kárpátalján – 22; Csernyihiv megyében – 19; Ternopil megyében – 8; Csernyivci megyében – 6 település.
A rossz időjárás eredményeként Lemberg megyében egy emberre rádőlt egy fa, de nem hajlandó kórházba menni. Rivne megyében az ítéletidő két ember sérülését okozta: az egyiket villámcsapás érte, a másikat kórházba szállították, miután a ráesett a tetőcserép.
A katasztrófavédelem mentő arról számoltak be, hogy a Lemberg régióban fél óra alatt helyenként mintegy 28 mm csapadék esett, ami a havi norma 60%-a. A víz tizenegy lakóépületet, 23 magánterületet, egy mélygarázst, három alagsort és egy aluljárót árasztott el a megyében. 12 épület tetőszerkezete részben megsérült (5 adminisztratív épület és 7 lakóépület).
A Rivne megyében a rossz időjárás 13 lakóépület, a Spaniv Líceum étkezdéjének, Poszjagva település iskolájának és a kleszivi helyi tanács épületének tetőszerkezetét rongálta meg. Az Ivano-Frankivszk megyében a Csornij Cseremos folyó vízszintjének emelkedése következtében Szibene falu 2 gyalogos hídja megrongálódott, közlekedni csak a folyót elkerülő úton lehet.

Katasztrófavédőkhöz fordultak segítségért vasárnap Kijevben a 3. sz. Klinikai Kórház orvosai, mert nem tudták eltávolítani az anyacsavart, amit egy férfi húzott a nemi szervére, és nem tudott levenni – adta hírül a strana.ua hírportál a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Kijevi Szolgálatának Facebook-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a műveletben érintett intim testrész megmentése speciális eszközöket, nagy óvatosságot és pontosságot igényel. Ennek ellenére az eljárás sikerrel zárult mind a katasztrófavédők, mind az orvosok nagy megelégedésére. A páciens egyetlen karcolás nélkül úszta meg a veszélyes kalandot.
Az eset kapcsán a katasztrófavédelem arra hívta fel a lakosság figyelmét, hogy ne kísérletezzenek a saját testükkel idegen tárgyak felhasználásával.
