A csapi Tisza határátkelő csempészetellenes osztályának munkatársai protokollt állítottak ki egy 40 éves ukrajnai vállalat sofőrjére, aki illegálisan akart behozni az országba több mint 700 kilogramm kávét.
Az ellenőrzéskor a férfi kiderült, hogy az eladó egy szlovén cég, a vásárló pedig egy kárpátaljai vállalat. A vizsgálat során azonban a vámosok jelentős különbségre figyeltek fel a szállítmány valós súlya és a dokumentumokban feltüntetett adatok között.
A hatóságok lefoglalták a közel 300 ezer hrivnya értékű szállítmányt, az ügyben eljárás indult – közölte a megyei vámszolgálat sajtóközpontja.

A hatóságok értesítették az ellenük indult eljárásról azt a három személyt, akiket hamisított kávé árusításával vádolnak.
A vállalkozó feleségével és édesanyjával hamis kávéval kereskedett, ismert olasz márkaként adva el azt Munkács egyik piacán. A vádlottak semmilyen engedélyt, vagy eredetiséget igazoló dokumentumot nem tudtak felmutatni az árucikk kapcsán.
A hatóságok az elmúlt évben végeztek otthonukban házkutatást, melynek során 5 tonna kávét foglaltak le, ezáltal 3,5 millió hrivnyás kárt okoztak az államkasszának.
Az ügyben folyik a vizsgálat, a tettesek hamarosan bíróság elé állnak.

Kávészemek belsejében Kolumbiából érkezett kokaint foglalt le az olasz pénzügyőrség, mely őrizetbe vette a talányos fuvarozót is Firenzében pénteken.
Az olasz hatóságok a Malpensa milánói repülőtéren figyeltek fel a Kolumbiából érkezett minőségi kávészállítmányra, amelynek célállomásaként egy firenzei dohánybolt címét tüntették fel.
A két kilogrammos kávécsomag átvizsgálásakor észrevették, hogy a szemek többségét kettévágták, majd kávészínű ragasztószalaggal ismét összeragasztották őket. Több mint ötszáz apró szem belsejét kivájták és kokaint rejtettek el bennük. A csomagon címzettként Santino D’Antonio volt feltüntetve, amely kitalált név egy gengszterekről szóló amerikai–kínai–olasz tévésorozatból.
A pénzügyőrség a csomagot hagyta kipostázni a firenzei Pontassieve egyik trafikjába, ahol egy kerékpárral érkező férfi vette át a küldeményt. Az 50 éves olasz, kábítószer-bűncselekményért már korábban elítélt férfit, aki Olaszország és Kolumbia között él, őrizetbe vették.
