Daniel Hagari izraeli katonai szóvivő viszont kevesebb mint száz áldozatról beszélt a túszok kiszabadításával kapcsolatban. „Nem tudom, hányan vannak köztük terroristák, de a szélsőségesek élő pajzsként használják a civileket” – mondta. Abban a két lakóépületben, ahonnan a négy túszt kiszabadították, családok laktak, és fegyveres őrök tartották fogva a túszokat – tette hozzá.
A hadsereg szóvivője szerint „egy összetett, nagy kockázatú művelet” keretében mentették ki a túszokat két különböző helyről Nuszeirat központjában.
Az egyik izraeli egységet, amely a kimenekítést végezte egy lakónegyedből, tűz alá vették, a palesztin fegyveresek még páncéltörő gránátokat is bevetettek a katonák ellen. A hadsereg – légitámadásokat is beleértve – viszonozta a tüzet. A különleges erők egy katonát veszítettek – mondta az izraeli szóvivő.
Független forrásból sem a Hamász médiahivatalának, sem az izraeli hadseregnek az állításait nem lehetett egyelőre megerősíteni – jegyezték meg a hírügynökségek. Iszmáil Haníje, a Hamász katari emigrációban élő vezetője a palesztinok „lemészárlásának” nevezte Izrael legutóbbi gázai hadműveleteit.
Abu Ubaida, a Hamász katonai szárnyának, az al-Kasszám Brigádoknak a szóvivője azt állította szombaton, hogy az izraeli hadsereg túszszabadító akciójában meghalt több túsz.

A fokozódó orosz támadások miatt kimenekítettek 9907 lakost az északkelet-ukrajnai Harkiv körzetéből – jelentette be szombaton Oleh Szinyehubov, Harkiv megye kormányzója.

Rengeteg víz öntötte el a térséget, miután az orenburgi folyó vízszintje pár nap alatt megduplázódott. Több mint tizenkétezer házat öntött el a víz.
Az orenburgi régió elárasztott területeiről 7800 embert, köztük 2117 gyermeket evakuáltak – közölte a helyi kormányzat csütörtökön a Telegram-csatornáján.
A kimenekítettek közül 1415 embert, beleértve 256 gyermeket, 40 ideiglenes szálláshelyre vittek. A víz csütörtök reggelre 23 városban, 78 településen és 36 telekközösségben 11 972 lakóházat és 14 991 telket árasztott el. A hatóságok szerint a vízszint a következő 24 órában tovább emelkedik majd, ezért várhatóan további 3580 lakóház és 3950 háztartási telek elöntése várható.
Az Urál folyó szintje az 560 ezres Orenburg közelében az elmúlt nap folyamán 82 centiméterrel emelkedett, és elérte a sohasem tapasztalt 10 méter 60 centimétert. A városban 2500 lakóház és ugyanennyi háztartási telek elöntését jelzik előre. A vízszint ugyanakkor Orszk közelében 44 centiméterrel 860 centiméterre csökkent.
Az árvízkárosultak közül több mint 38 ezren folyamodtak segélyért. Eddig 2658 kérelem ügyében született pozitív döntés, 1708 károsultnak összesen 34 160 millió rubelnyi pénzt utaltak ki.
A Dél-Urál vidékének régióit idén példátlan árvíz sújtja. A legnehezebb helyzet Orenburg megyében alakult ki. Április 5-én átszakadt az Orszkot az Urál folyótól védő gát. A hatóságok az óvárosból tömeges evakuálást hajtottak végre.
Az orenburgi régióban szövetségi szintű szükségállapotot vezettek be. A regionális kormány becslése szerint az árvíz okozta kár 21 milliárd rubelre tehető. A védelmi minisztérium repülőgépei eddig több mint 90 tonna humanitárius segélyt szállítottak a területre.
Szükségállapotot vezettek be a kurgani és a tyumenyi régióban is. A Tobol folyó vízszintje az előrejelzések szerint meg fogja haladni a 11 métert. Több településen megkezdődött a lakosság megelőző kitelepítése.
A szomszédos Kazahsztánban a helyi hatóságok szerint az elmúlt több mint nyolc évtizedben nem tapasztalt méretű áradás zajlik, több régióban ott is szükségállapotot vezettek be.

A CCTV állami műsorszolgáltató jelentése szerint a Szecsuan tartományban lévő Jaan településen mintegy 14 óra alatt 300 milliméter eső esett, ezt követően villámárvizek és házakat romba döntő sárcsuszamlások keletkeztek.
Az ország keleti részén fekvő Henan tartomány fővárosában, Csengcsouban vörös riasztást adtak ki a heves esőzések miatt, amely a négyfokozatú figyelmeztető rendszer legmagasabb fokozata. Több területről is rekordmennyiségű csapadékot jelentettek.
A napok óta tartó intenzív esőzések hatására kialakult áradásokban már legalább 15 ember vesztette életét és többen eltűntek A kínai meteorológiai hivatal szerint a Csiangszu tartománybeli Kuangjün megyében 275 milliméter eső esett hétfőre virradó éjszaka.
A hatóságok csütörtök reggelig meghosszabbították az esőzésekre vonatkozó riasztást több tartományra is. A tájékoztatás szerint néhány területen egy óra alatt több mint 70 milliméter eső hullhat, valamint zivatarok, viharos szélviharok és jégeső is előfordulhat.

Létrehozták azon személyek listáját, akik kifejezték szándékukat, hogy elhagynák az országot, és folyamatban van a logisztikai útvonalak és a biztonsági szempontok kidolgozása.
„Nemzetközi partnerekkel is tartjuk a kapcsolatot” – jegyezte meg. Április 23-án több ország megkezdte állampolgárainak evakuálását Szudánból, ahol katonai konfliktus robbant ki polgári áldozatokkal.
Szudánban április közepén robbantak ki súlyos összetűzések a hadsereg és a paramilitáris erők között. Az összecsapásokban több civil is meghalt. A kontinens északkeleti részén fekvő, közel 47 milliós országban 2019-ben üldözték el a három évtizeden keresztül uralkodó diktátort, a politikai helyzet azonban az elmúlt négy évben nem lett stabilabb. Hónapok óta izzott a feszültség a hadsereg és az RSF között, az ország demokratizálódása érdekében ugyanis a paramilitáris egységeket integrálták volna a nemzeti hadseregbe.

Már a legközelebbi időben be fog fejeződni az ukrán katonák kivonulása az ellenség által körülzárt Azovsztal acélműből Mariupolban – jelentette be Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök péntek este egy televíziós műsorban, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint az államfő az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús műsorának nyilatkozva részleteket osztott meg az ukrán katonák Azovsztalból történő evakuálásával kapcsolatban. Mint jelezte, mostanáig a civilek, az orvosok és a sebesült harcosok hagyták el az üzemet.
Az elnök elmondta, „a mai napig minden civilt kivittek, akiket az üzemben blokád alá vontak. Civileket, orvosokat vittek ki, súlyos sebesülteket és sebesülteket szállítottak el. Tudom, hogy ebben a pillanatban mi történik ott.” Hozzátette: „azt gondolom, hogy már a legközelebbi időben, nem pedig napokban, befejeződik mindenkinek a kivonulása.”

A tálib fordulat előtt német szervezeteknek végzett munkájuk miatt veszélybe került afgán állampolgárok közül alig 140-et sikerült kijuttatni Afganisztánból a német hadsereg (Bundeswehr) menekítő műveletében hétfőn Berlinben ismertetett adatok szerint.
A belügyminisztérium összesítése szerint a Kabulból kimenekített bő 3800 afgán állampolgár között 138, családtagjaikkal együtt pedig 634 olyan ember volt, aki a Bundeswehrrel, a német segélyszervezetekkel vagy más német szervezetekkel folytatott együttműködés miatt kényszerült távozásra.
A kormányszóvivői tájékoztatón ismertetett kimutatás szerint az augusztus 14-től 26-ig folytatott művelettel 4587 embert juttattak el Afganisztánból Németországba, köztük 3849 afgán és 403 német állampolgárt, és további 335 embert más országokból.
Steve Alter, a belügyminisztérium szóvivője kiemelte, hogy az adatokat nem lehet önmagukban értelmezni. Fontos körülmény, hogy az evakuálásra jelentkezni kell a kormánynál. Nagyjából kétezer embert még a szélsőséges iszlamista tálibok hatalomra jutása előtt kijuttattak az országból, a kabuli művelet kezdetén pedig 147 helyi alkalmazottról volt tudomásuk, vagyis elsősorban őket és közvetlen családtagjaikat kellett elhozni. Viszont időközben nagyon sokan jelentkeztek még kimenekítési kérelemmel a tálib fordulat miatti veszélyhelyzetre hivatkozva, így a német kormány védelmére jogosultak teljes száma meghaladja a negyvenezret – tette hozzá a szóvivő.
Ugyanakkor fontos körülmény az is, hogy a légierő (Luftwaffe) szállítógépei nemcsak németeket és helyi segítőket vették fel a fedélzetre, hanem külföldieket és olyan afgánokat is, amelyek más nemzetek szervezeteivel dolgoztak együtt, és a szövetségesek közötti szolidaritás jegyében a kabuli reptéren tevékenykedő más nemzetek alakulatai is elszállítottak németeket és a németekkel folytatott együttműködés miatt menekülő afgánokat. Pontos számuk egyelőre nem ismert – fejtette ki a belügyminisztérium szóvivője.
Németország az Egyesült Államok után a második legnagyobb létszámmal vett részt az amerikai földön 2001. szeptember 11-én elkövetett terrortámadások miatt elindított, NATO-vezetésű afganisztáni hadműveletekben, vagyis a Nemzetközi Biztonsági Közreműködő Erő (ISAF) és az Eltökélt Támogatás (RS) nevű hadművelet munkájában. Előfordult, hogy egyszerre több mint ötezer német katona volt az ázsiai országban.
A műveletekre 12,5 milliárd eurót (4400 milliárd forint) fordítottak. Afganisztáni fejlesztési, segélyezési programokra az utóbbi időszakban évi 435 millió eurót fordított a német kormány. Az ázsiai ország ezzel az első helyen állt a Németország által támogatott fejlődő országok listáján.

Közben az amerikai elnök és a brit miniszterelnök megállapodott az összehangolt evakuálási műveletekről.

A részletekről szólva Taylor elmondta, hogy az elmúlt napban mintegy 16 ezer embert evakuáltak Kabulból 28 katonai járattal és 61 koalíciós repülőgéppel. Hozzátette, hogy ez idő alatt a katonai járatok körülbelül 10 400 embert, míg a koalíciós járatok további 5900 embert szállítottak el az ázsiai országból. A vezérőrnagy arról is beszámolt, hogy az elmúlt 24 órában öt, körülbelül 1300 utast szállító járat landolt az Egyesült Államok szövetségi fővárosában, Washington DC-ben található Dulles nemzetközi repülőtéren.
Küldetésünk továbbra is arra irányul, hogy biztosítsuk a menekültek folyamatos áramlását Kabulból a közbenső állomáshelyekre és a biztonságos menedékhelyekre – fogalmazott Taylor.
Az amerikai védelmi minisztérium szóvivője, John Kirby a hétfői sajtótájékoztatón azt mondta: „több ezer amerikait” evakuáltak Afganisztánból augusztus 14. óta, de nem volt hajlandó pontosítani a számot.
Kirby arról is beszélt: a Pentagon tisztában van azzal, hogy a tálibok megüzenték az Egyesült Államoknak, hogy az augusztus 31-i határidőig vonjanak ki minden katonai erőt Afganisztánból, és ennek továbbra is eleget kívánnak tenni. „Ez az a küldetés, amelyet a hadsereg főparancsnoka (Joe Biden amerikai elnök) ránk bízott, és ezt próbáljuk végrehajtani” – közölte a szóvivő. Kirby beszámolója szerint a Pentagon „naponta többször” tárgyal a tálibokkal.
Az amerikai elnök vasárnap arról beszélt, hogy egyeztettek a határidő meghosszabbításáról, ha az szükségessé válik. „Reméljük, hogy nem kell hosszabbítanunk, de lesznek viták ez ügyben” – fogalmazott Biden.
Jake Sullivan, az amerikai elnök nemzetbiztonsági tanácsadója hétfői sajtótájékoztatóján megerősítette, hogy az Egyesült Államok napi szinten tárgyalásokat folytat a tálibokkal „politikai és biztonsági csatornákon keresztül”. Ez „óriási előrelépést” eredményez az amerikaiak és mások Afganisztánból történő kitelepítése ügyében – tette hozzá Sullivan.
Arra a kérdésre, hogy Biden elnök meghosszabbítja-e az amerikai katonai erők kivonására vonatkozó augusztus 31-i határidőt, a nemzetbiztonsági tanácsadó így válaszolt: az elnök „napról napra foglalkozik a kérdéssel, és meg fogja hozni a döntését”.

Elmondása szerint a katari légi bázis túlzsúfoltsága arra kényszerítette az amerikai hatóságot, hogy pénteken hat órára állítsa le a kabuli evakuálási járatokat, és más tranzit állomást keressen.
„Bahrein, Dánia, Németország, Olaszország, Kazahsztán, Kuvait, Katar, Tádzsikisztán, Törökország, Egyesült Arab Emírségek, Egyesült Királyság és Üzbegisztán részben már részt vesznek vagy csatlakoznak az amerikaiak tranzitjához”, közölte Price.
Egyben megnevezett olyan országokat is, köztük Ukrajnát, amelyek felajánlották segítségüket a kockázati csoportokba tartozó afgánok áttelepítésében. Az első ilyen célú járat már leszállt a németországi Ramstein légi bázison, pontosított az amerikai külügyi tárca sajtótitkára.
Ezt megelőzően aznap Joe Biden amerikai elnök bejelentette, hogy újraindítják a civil járatokat a kabuli repülőtérről. Egyben kihangsúlyozta, hogy nem kevésbé fontos az Egyesült Államokat segítő afgánok evakuálása, mint az amerikai állampolgárok kimenekítése.
Ezen kívül az amerikai elnök reményét fejezte ki, hogy az amerikaiak Afganisztánból való evakuálása a terveknek megfelelően szeptember 31-ig befejeződik. Augusztus 20-án Ned Price, az amerikai külügyminisztérium sajtószolgálatának vezetője kijelentette, hogy a kabuli repülőtéren 6 ezer ember vár evakuálásra, és információja szerint augusztus 14-e óta 7 ezer embert menekítettek ki.
A kabuli repülőtéren napok óta teljes káosz figyelhető meg, miután a helyi lakosok mindent megtesznek, hogy kijussanak a repülőtérre és elhagyják az ország területét. De ez nem mindig sikerül: szeptember 16-án nem kevesebb, mint 7 ember halt meg a kialakult tömegben. Nyilvánosságra kerültek azok a felvételek is, amelyeken több tucatnyi afgán próbál ráakaszkodni az éppen Kabult elhagyni készülő amerikai katonai repülőgépre, de a felszállást követően lezuhantak.
Szeptember 15-én tálib fegyveresek elfoglalták Afganisztán fővárosát, Kabult, és rövid idő múlva bejelentették, hogy az afganisztáni „háborúnak vége”, cselekedetüket az ország „felszabadításának” nevezték.
Egy közölték, hogy hamarosan Afganisztán Iszlám Emirátus létrehozását jelentik be, és követelték a külföldi katonai erők kivonulását. Ugyanezen a napon Ashraf Ghani, az ország elnöke lemondott, és családjával együtt elhagyta az országot.
