Letartóztattak szombaton egy klímaaktivistát, aki a párizsi Musee d’Orsay múzeumban egy Monet-festményre egy plakátot ragasztott, hogy felhívja a figyelmet a globális felmelegedésre.
A nő, aki a Riposte Alimentaire (Élelmezési Válasz) – egy környezetvédő aktivistákból és a fenntartható élelmiszertermelés védelmezőiből álló csoport – tagja, akciója a legutóbbi a tiltakozások sorában, amelyek célja, hogy műkincsek megrongálásával felhívják a figyelmet a globális felmelegedésre.
Az X-en közzétett videón egy nő látható, amint egy vérvörös plakátot helyez Claude Monet francia impresszionista művész Coquelicots (Mákos mező) című festményére.
A videóban a Monet művét eltakaró plakátról azt mondta, hogy „ez a rémálomszerű kép vár ránk, ha nem találunk alternatív megoldást”.
Hozzátette: A negyedik szintnél a pokolra számíthatunk – utalva az előrejelzésekre, amelyek szerint 2050-re a Föld hőmérséklete 4 Celsius-fokkal emelkedhet az iparosodás előtti szinthez képest.
Monet 1873-ban készült festménye, amely egy virágzó pipacsmezőn sétáló, esernyős embert ábrázol, része a Musee d’Orsay Párizs 1874, az impresszionizmus feltalálása című különleges kiállításnak, amely 31 művész 130 alkotását mutatja be.
Egy restaurátor megvizsgálta a festményt az akció után és azt mondta, hogy azon nem keletkeztek maradandó károk – közölte a Musee d’Orsay, hozzátéve, hogy a képet azóta visszahelyezték a falra. A múzeum büntetőfeljelentést tett a nő ellen.
A Riposte Alimentaire több franciaországi művészet elleni támadást is magára vállalt, hogy felhívja a figyelmet az éghajlati válságra és az élelmiszerek romló minőségére.
A Riposte Alimentaire francia polgári ellenállási mozgalomnak tekinti magát, amelynek célja, hogy radikális társadalmi változásokat ösztönözzön a környezet és a társadalom érdekében – írta a France24.
„Szeretjük a művészetet, de a jövő művészeinek nem lesz mit festeni egy égő bolygón” – mondták.
Ezek közé tartozott a világ leghíresebb portréja, a Mona Lisa elleni támadás a Louvre-ban januárban, amikor két tüntető levest dobált a Leonardo da Vinci remekművét védő golyóálló üvegre, mondván, hogy joguk van az egészséges és fenntartható élelmiszerhez, pár nappal később pedig a lyoni Musee des Beaux-Arts-ben zúdítottak levest Claude Monet-Tavasz című festményére.
Neves múzeumok vezetői ítélték el „klímaaktivisták” műtárgyak elleni akcióit
Több mint 90 jelentős múzeum vezetője írta alá 2022-ben azt a Múzeumok Nemzetközi Tanácsa (ICOM) által közzétett nyilatkozatot, amelyben elítélték a magukat klímavédelmi aktivistáknak nevező rongálók műtárgyak elleni akcióit.
Az aláírók között szerepel Laurence des Cars, a párizsi Louvre igazgatója, Miguel Falomir, a madridi Prado igazgatója, Hartwig Fischer, a British Museum igazgatója, Richard Armstrong, a Guggenheim igazgatója, Martine Gosselink, a hágai Mauritshuis igazgatója, Max Hollein, a Metropolitan Múzeum igazgatója és Baán László, a budapesti Szépművészeti Múzeum – Magyar Nemzeti Galéria főigazgatója is.

Greta Thunberg klímaaktivistát hétfőn erőszakkal távolította el a rendőrség egy tüntetésről a svédországi Malmöben, néhány órával azután, hogy a helyi bíróság pénzbírsággal sújtotta, amiért a múlt hónapban egy hasonló tüntetésen nem engedelmeskedett a rendőrség felszólításának – írja a Reuters.
Thunberg abszurdnak nevezte azt, hogy azok fizetnek, akik a tudományért küzdenek. Az aktivista és a Reclaim the Future csoport június 19-én a malmői kikötőben blokkolták olajszállító teherautók útját. Azért emeltek vádat ellenük, mert a rendőrség felszólítására sem távoztak a helyszínről.
A hétfői ítélethirdetés után Thunberg és más aktivisták visszamentek a malmői kikötőbe, de a rendőrség ismét elvitte őket, mert akadályozták a forgalmat.
Thunberg korábban azt mondta a bíróságnak, hogy tettei indokoltak voltak. „Úgy vélem, hogy olyan vészhelyzetben vagyunk, amely életet, egészséget és vagyont fenyeget” – mondta. A bíróság arra kötelezte Thunberget, hogy fizessen 1500 svéd koronát (nagyjából 50 ezer forint), valamint további 1000 koronát (32 ezer forint) a svédországi bűncselekmények áldozatai számára létrehozott alapba. A bírságot az aktivista bejelentett jövedelmének arányában szabták ki.

.A csoport fő követelése, hogy Ausztriának legyen végre hatékony klímavédelmi törvénye. Az előző 2020-ban hatályát vesztette, a koalíció pedig 800 napja tárgyal az új jogszabályról, ami újraszabályozná a CO2-kibocsátási határértékeket. Leonore Gewessler környezetvédelmi miniszter szerint nem rajta áll a döntés:
„Határozottan támogatom a gyors döntést az éghajlatvédelmi törvényről. Nem titok, ha egyedül elfogadhatnám, már meglenne, de ehhez parlamenti többségre van szükség, és keményen dolgozom, hogy megszerezzem.” – mondja a környezetvédelmi miniszter.
Anja Windlt őrizetbe vették, az Utolsó Nemzedék pedig tiltakozási hullámot hirdetett májusra. Három hétre le akarják zárni a főváros nagy közlekedési csomópontjait.

Az akció első fél óráját közösségi portálokon élőben közvetítették. A felvétel alapján a rendőrség nagyjából a tizedik percben érkezett az aszfalthoz rögzített fiatalemberekhez.
Az első aktivisták 16 óra körül hatoltak be a repülőtérre, átvágva a területet védő kerítést. A reptér tájékoztatása szerint a közlekedést 18.20 óra körül indították újra.
Az éghajlatvédelmi erőfeszítések azonnali növelését követelő csoport az utóbbi hónapokban számos hasonló figyelemfelkeltő és tiltakozó akciót hajtott végre, szerdán például két aktivistájuk a karmesteri pulpitushoz rögzítette magát hangverseny közben Hamburg világhírű koncertpalotájában, az Elbai Filharmóniában.

Az Utolsó Nemzedék elnevezésű csoport klímaaktivistái több kiló lisztet szórtak pénteken az Andy Warhol amerikai művész által kifestett, Milánóban kiállított BMW versenyautóra, festékkel teli léggömböket dobáltak széjjel, majd a kiállítótér falához ragasztották magukat – jelentették hírügynökségek.
A milánói Fabbrica del Vapore kiállítótérben látható autót 1979-ben festette ki művészien Warhol.
Az aktivisták akciója után alig lehetett látni valamit a BMW-ből, körülötte pedig óriási festékfoltok borították a padlót.
Az Utolsó Nemzedék elnevezésű csoport aktivistái az éghajlatra káros intézkedések – így a széntüzelésű erőművek újranyitása és az újonnan tervezett olaszországi földgázfeltárások – ellen tiltakoztak. Az akció közben a csoport tagjai a megújuló energiaforrásokból előállított energia növelését követelték az olasz kormánytól.
Az Utolsó Nemzedék egyike azon szervezeteknek, amelyek a klímaváltozást okozó emberi tevékenység miatti tiltakozásként különböző polgári engedetlenségi akciókat követnek el.
Az Európa több országában is működő szervezet csak ebben a hónapban olyan akciókért volt felelős, mint a Rómában kiállított Van Gogh-festmény vagy a bécsi Klimt-festmény leöntése, de ahogy a kiállításokon, úgy a bécsi Természettudományi Múzeumban is odaragasztották magukat egy talapzathoz a dinoszauruszok termében.
A klímaaktivisták az elmúlt időszakban előszeretettel vettek célba múzeumokat: a Just Stop Oil elnevezésű kampánycsoport aktivistái októberben paradicsomlevest öntöttek Van Gogh Napraforgók című festményére, az Utolsó Nemzedék tagjai pedig egy berlini múzeumban művérrel öntötték le Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec Ülő bohóc című festményét.

Olajjal öntötték le kedden az Utolsó Nemzedék nevű környezetvédelmi aktivistacsoport tagjai Gustav Klimtnek a bécsi Leopold Múzeumban őrzött Élet és halál című festményét, majd egyikük a képet védő üvegtáblához ragasztotta magát.

Az aktivistacsoport a Twitteren osztotta meg az akcióról készült videót, nem sokkal később a múzeum megerősítette a hírt.
A képet védő üvegről és a keretről azonnal letörölték a fekete olajat, az azonban egyelőre nem világos, hogy a festményben keletkezett-e kár. „Csak remélni tudjuk, hogy a festmény nem sérült meg” – húzta alá a múzeum szóvivője.
Kedden a múzeum ingyenes belépést biztosított a látogatóknak.
A belépők táskáját és csomagjait a szokott módon átvizsgálják, de az aktivisták a ruhájukba rejtett forró vizes palackban becsempészték a fekete olajat.
Az aktivisták újabb akciója miatt a múzeum több termét le kellett zárni a látogatók előtt, a rendőrök a helyszínre érve felvették az elkövetők adatait.

A környezetvédő csoport tagjai a Klimt-festmény leöntése közben a fosszilis energiahordozók ellen szólaltak föl, a földgáz- és kőolajfúrások szerintük az emberiség halálos ítéletével egyenlőek, s így a klímapokol felé száguldunk. „Már ötven éve tisztában vagyunk a problémával, amit ha nem kezelünk, a Föld tönkre fog menni” – kiabálták.
Az Utolsó Nemzedék aktivist csoport a múlt héten ugyancsak Bécsben hívta föl magára a figyelmet: ekkor a bécsi Természettudományi Múzeumban ragasztották magukat a dinoszauruszok termében az egyik talapzathoz, így tiltakozva az osztrák kormány környezet- és energiapolitikája ellen. Ezt megelőzően több országban is akcióba léptek, melyek során olyan festők műalkotásai estek áldozatul, mint Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Andy Warhol vagy Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

Közel 500 környezetvédő aktivista mászott át szombaton kora este az amszterdami repülőtér kerítésén. A demonstrálók magánrepülőgépekhez láncolták magukat, mások a repülőtér termináljában hívták fel az utazni készülők figyelmét a légi közlekedés okozta környezeti ártalmakra.
Az egyiptomi Sarm-es-Sejkben vasárnap kezdődő, közel kéthetes ENSZ COP27 éghajlatváltozási konferenciát megelőzően tartott megmozdulás résztvevői kevesebb repülőgép indítását, a vonatközlekedés fejlesztését, valamint az általuk „szükségtelennek” vélt rövid távú járatok megszüntetését és a magánrepülőgépek használatának korlátozását követelték.
A tüntetők jelentős része a rendőrségi felszólítás ellenére sem hagyta el a helyszínt, közülük mintegy kétszázat előállítottak.
Az aktivisták azért vették célba a magánrepülőgépeket, mert a Greenpace nemzetközi környezetvédő szervezet szerint ez az egyik legszennyezőbb, továbbá az egyik legkönnyebben kiváltható közlekedési forma. Mint mondták, az üdülőhelyekre tartó magánjáratok népszerűsége gyorsan nőtt a koronavírus-járvány megjelenése óta.
A magánrepülőgép-kölcsönző vállalatok szerint ügyfeleik el akarják kerülni a zsúfolt utasszállító repülőgépeket és a többórás várakozásokat. Egy tanulmány szerint 2022 első kilenc hónapjában mintegy 16 147 magánjárat szállt fel az amszterdami és a rotterdami repülőtérről, szemben a 2019-es év egészében feljegyezett 14 672-vel.
Noha a két légikikötőből induló és oda érkező magánrepülőgépekből származó szén-dioxid-kibocsátás viszonylag kis részét teszi ki a Schiphol által termelt teljes kibocsátásnak, szintje azonban közel megegyezik 40 ezer személyautóéval Hollandiában – tették hozzá.
