Késhegyre a magyarokkal, és magyarok takarodjatok! Ezt fújták fel ismeretlenek Palágykomoróc görögkatolikus templomára, melynek bejáratát fel is gyújtották. Mindez, szerdán az esti órákban történt. A templom mellett lévő határőr-állomáson szolgálatot teljesítő határőrök észlelték a tüzet, ők értesítették a tűzoltókat, akik gyorsan három járművel a helyszínre érkeztek. A tűz ennek köszönhetően nem terjedt tovább, de a sekrestye ajtaja jelentős károkat szenvedett. A karantén ellenére az Ungvári Körzeti Bíróság folytatja a büntetőeljárások vizsgálatát. Az elmúlt héten kétszer is ülésezett a KMKSZ ungvári székháza ellen elkövetett merényletet vizsgáló bírói testület.
A tárgyalások újságírók és megfigyelők nélkül zajlottak. A teremben csak az ügy résztvevői voltak jelen. Mindkét tárgyalás eredményesen zárult. A napjainkban aktuális videókonferencia keretében két tanút is kihallgattak. Ez a két személy már korábban is tanúskodott, szintén a KMKSZ székháza elleni merénylettel kapcsolatban, de egy másik eljárás keretében. Három és fél évi letöltendő szabadságvesztésre ítélte a krakkói bíróság hétfőn a Kárpátaljai Magyar Kulturális Szövetség ungvári székházának 2018-as felgyújtási kísérlete kapcsán elindított per fővádlottját.
Büntetést szabtak ki két cinkosára is. A bíróság terrorcselekménynek minősítette a tettet. Az ítélet nem jogerős.
A vádirat szerint a fővádlott azzal bízta meg a másik két gyanúsítottat, hogy gyújtsák fel a KMKSZ ungvári épületét. Az eset 2018. február 4-én történt. A férfiak Molotov-koktélt dobtak be a KMKSZ-székház egyik ablakán. Az irodában tűz ütött ki, de szerencsére senki sem sérült meg.
A bíróság az egyik elkövetőre egyévi letöltendő szabadságvesztést, míg a másikra kétévi szabadságkorlátozást és közérdekű munkavégzést szabott ki. Az elítéltekre emellett pénzbírságot róttak ki, valamint 154 ezer forint összegű kártérítést a KMKSZ javára.
Az egyik vádlott vallomása szerint a támadás célja „vagyonrongálás” volt, valamint a magyar kisebbség és Ukrajna közötti kapcsolatok megrontása. A vádirat is a magyar-ukrán kapcsolatok megrontását nevezte a provokáció céljának.

A Kárpátaljai Magyar Kulturális Szövetség ezért úgy döntött, hogy minden tőle telhetőt megtesz annak érdekében, hogy elősegítse a szükséges orvosi felszerelések biztosítását vidékünkön.
Ezért gyűjtést szervezünk az elengedhetetlenül szükséges orvosi eszközök beszerzésére, többek között az egészségügyi dolgozók és a lakosság számára elengedhetetlen védőeszközök vásárlására.

A krakkói bíróság három és fél évi letöltendő szabadságvesztésre ítélte a Kárpátaljai Magyar Kulturális Szövetség (KMKSZ) ungvári székházának 2018-as felgyújtási kísérlete kapcsán elindított per fővádlottját, Michal P.-t, a két tettestársra is büntetéseket szabtak is.
Az ítélet nem jogerős, a sajtó még nem számolt be a felek
esetleges fellebbezési szándékáról.
A bíróság terrorcselekménynek minősítette a tettet.
A vádirat szerint a Falanga nevű neonáci szervezethez, valamint
a Változás (Zmiana) nevű, parlamenten kívüli oroszbarát lengyel
törpepárthoz közelálló Michal P. azzal bízta meg a másik két
gyanúsítottat, Adrian M.-t és Tomasz Sz.-t, hogy gyújtsák fel a
KMKSZ ungvári épületét. Az eset 2018. február 4-én történt, a
férfiak Molotov-koktélt dobtak be a KMKSZ-székház egyik ablakán.
Az irodában tűz ütött ki, de senki sem sérült meg.
A bíróság Tomasz Sz.-t egyévi letöltendő szabadságvesztésre,
Adrian M.-t pedig kétévi szabadságkorlátozásra és közérdekű
munkavégzésre ítélte el. Az elítéltekre emellett bírságot
szabtak ki, valamint több mint kétezer zlotyt (154,2 ezer forint)
jóvátételt a KMKSZ javára. Elkobozzák tőlük továbbá a
bűntett elkövetéséért megbízójuktól kapott, összesen 12 ezer
zloty (925,6 ezer forint) értékű pénzösszeget is.
A per során ugyanis a vádlottak azt vallották: pénzt kaptak az
őket felbujtó Manuel Ochsenreiter német újságírótól, aki –
Michal P. állítása szerint – egy berlini találkozó során
átadta az akció végrehajtásáért járó pénzt. Ochsenreiter –
aki az Alternatíva Németországért (AfD) szélsőjobboldali párt
egyik képviselőjének, Markus Frohnmeiernek a munkatársa – az
ügyvédje közvetítésével tagadta ezeket a vádakat.
Adrian M. vallomása szerint a támadás célja „vagyonrongálás” volt, valamint a magyar kisebbség és Ukrajna közötti kapcsolatok megrontása. A vádirat is a magyar–ukrán kapcsolatok megrontását nevezte a provokáció céljának.

A KMKSZ ungvári székháza ellen elkövetett robbantásos merénylet szervezőjének és két kivitelezőjének ügye hamarosan befejeződik. A mostani tárgyaláson sikerült megszervezni videókonferencia keretében a tanúmeghallgatást.
Elképzelhető, hogy a következő tárgyalás lesz az utolsó a merénylet ügyének vizsgálatát illetően. Amennyiben összevonják a két ügyet, akkor az egész folyamatot újra kell kezdeni: kijelölni az új bírói testületet, újra áttanulmányozni a iratokat és ismételten kihallgatni a tanúkat. Terrorcselekményről, a helyzet destabilizálásáról beszélt Brenzovics László, a KMKSZ elnöke a KMKSZ ungvári székháza ellen elkövetett merénylet szervezőjének bírósági tárgyalásán. A szövetség elnökét tanúként hallgatták ki az Ungvári Körzeti Bíróságon , ahol Kosztjantin Krivics ügyét vizsgálta a bíróság.
A KMKSZ elnöke szerint az ügy vizsgálatát szándékosan halasztják, ezzel pedig lejáratják a szövetség munkáját. Brenzovics László személyesen nem ismeri egyik elkövetőt sem, korábban soha sem találkozott velük és nem érti az indítékukat sem. De meggyőződése, hogy ennyi idő alatt a bűncselekményt már rég fel lehetett tárni és ki lehetett volna szabni a méltó büntetést.
