Két ismeretlen gázpisztolyból nyitott tüzet konfliktus közben egy társaság tagjaira egy kocsma mellett Zaporizzsjában, a lövöldözésben öten megsebesültek, három személyt kórházba szállítottak – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál vasárnap a megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint két férfi konfliktusba keveredett egy társasággal a Pribrezsna Magisztral utcában és a vita hevében gázpisztolyból tüzet nyitottak az ellenlábasokra. A lövöldözés következtében öten sérüléseket szenvedtek, két személyt a mentősök a helyszínen elláttak, hármat kórházba vittek. Az elkövetők a helyszínt egy Chrysler típusú személygépkocsival hagyták el. A bejelentés nyomán a rendőrök az egyik főúton feltartóztatták az autót, amelyben egy 1987-es és egy 1992-es születésű férfi volt, mindketten zaporizzsjai lakosok.
A hatóság mindkét lövöldözőt őrizetbe vette, és lefoglalta a náluk lévő két Fort márkájú pisztolyt. Ellenük garázdaság címén indult büntetőeljárás a büntetőtörvénykönyv 296. cikkelyének 4 része alapján, aminek a büntetési tétele 3-tól 7 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés.
