Vitalij Klicsko kijevi polgármester helyettese rendőrökre támadt rá április 26-án este. Volodimir Szloncsak egy kijevi képviselőnővel, Ljudmila Kosztenkóval utazott egy járműben, aki nem volt hajlandó elvégeztetni a véralkoholszint-tesztet.
A hatósági munkatársak azért állították meg a hölgy járművét, mert az elfelejtette bekapcsolni fényszóróit. Ilyen esetben általában csak figyelmeztetik a járművezetőket, s elengedik őket, valószínűleg, ez az eset is így végződött volna, azonban Szloncsak fenyegetni kezdte a járőröket, mondván azok „nagyon jól tudják, ki ő”, s hogy másnapra mindannyiukat kirúgatja.
Mivel a polgármester-helyettes „felszólításaira” senki nem reagált, az kiszállt a Mercedesből, s rátámadt az egyik rendőrre. A férfit letartóztatták, a sérült rendőrt pedig kórházba szállították.
Vitalij Klicsko az ügy hallatán azonnal menesztette a tisztviselőt helyettesi posztjáról. Az információk szerint Szloncsakra akár 5 év szabadságvesztés is várhat. Az esetről videofelvétel is készült.

Екіпаж патрульних — Павло Боярчук та Олександр Головицький — прибув на виклик, де жінка мала намір скоїти самогубство.Вона стояла за поручнями балкона й будь-якої миті могла прийняти непоправне рішення, тож поліцейський побіг на 15 поверх що було сил. Патрульний дивом встиг. На його очах жінка відпустила руки й зробила крок. Секунда. Але допомогла миттєва реакція патрульного Павла Боярчука - він встигнув схопити її за руку й утримати. На крики патрульного прийшли мешканці будинку: двоє сусідів допомагали тримати жінку зверху, ще двоє стояли на 14 поверсі та підпирали їй ноги.Жінка пручалася, і навіть з такою підтримкою Павлові не вдалося одразу затягнути її на балкон. Задля безпеки, інспектору довелося пристебнути жінку кайданками до поручнів.У цей момент на допомогу прибув інший екіпаж патрульних — Богдан Димчук та Андрій Бобровник. Спільними зусиллями інспекторів та мешканців будинку жінку витягнули на балкон. Надалі її шпиталізували. Дякую патрульним Павлу Боярчуку, Богдану Димчуку, Андрію Бобровнику та Олександру Головицькому, а також громадянам, які прийшли на допомогу!!Рішучі дії рятують життя!

A Kárpátaljai Rendőrség Nyomozói főosztályának munkatársai folytatják a nyomozást a közel 17 hektárnyi földterület magántulajdonba való átadásának ügyében az Ökörmezői (Mizshirjai) járásban. Az eljárás során bizonyítást nyert, hogy a jogellenes ügyletben 3 köztisztviselő is érintett.
Az előzetes nyomozás során a jogvédők
megállapították: a mizshirjai járási közigazgatási hivatal 3 munkatársa,
visszaélve munkaköri helyzetével, 16,6 hektár földterületet adták át a járás
egyik településének állományába.
A bűncselekmény lehetővé tette a
továbbiakban a földterület magántulajdonba történő átruházását valamint
rendeltetésének megváltoztatását.
Ennek eredményeként az államot több 9,5
millió UAH összegű kár érte.
Az
eset előzetes nyomozása valamint az óvintézkedések módjának meghatározása
folyamatban van, tájékoztat a Kárpátaljai Rendőrség Kommunikációs Osztálya.
