A jelentések szerint az iráni legfelsőbb bíróság elfogadta Saman Seyyedi Yasin kurd rapper fellebbezését a halálos ítélete ellen, azonban egy másik férfi, Mohammad Ghobadlou kérelmét elutasították, ami azt jelenti, hogy hamarosan kivégezhetik.



Az iráni igazságszolgáltatás szombaton azt is megerősítette, miszerint az ügy kivizsgálásának hiányosságai és hibái miatt hozták meg ezt a döntést, egyéb részletet azonban nem közöltek erre vonatkozóan – írta az Al Jazeera.



A rappert korábban azért ítélték el, mert azzal vádolták, hogy megpróbálta megölni a biztonsági erők több tagját, illetve egy kézifegyverrel a levegőbe lőtt, amikor részt vett a hatóságok által „zavargásoknak” titulált kormányellenes tüntetéseken.



Ghobadlou-t pedig azért ítélték halálra, mert állítólag az autójával elgázolta és megölte a biztonsági erők egy tagját, valamint sokakat megsebesített, arról viszont nem érkezett beszámoló, hogy a 22 éves férfi fellebbezését miért utasították el.



Az Amnesty International arra figyelmeztetett, hogy az ellene hozott ítéletet egy „tisztességtelen” tárgyalás után hozták meg, emellett Iránban akár több mint két tucat ember kivégzését is tervezhetik, így mielőbbi intézkedésekre van szükség.
