Az ukrán főváros Hilton szállodájának egyik szobájában holtan találták az Egyesült Államok ukrajnai nagykövetségének egyik attaséját – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál saját forrásaira hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a kiadvány forrásai elmondták, hogy a holttestet 11:00 óra körül találták meg. Erőszakra utaló nyomok nem voltak rajta. Az informátorok hozzátették, hogy a férfi június 15-én érkezett Ukrajnába. Magas volt a koleszterinszintje. Az Egyesült Államok kijevi nagykövetsége egyelőre nem kommentálta az esetet.
Mint hírportálunk is beszámolt róla, június 16-án Kijevben fiatalok csoportja támadt egy külföldi állampolgárra egy szupermarketben, könnygázt fújtak az arcába, az elkövetőket azonosították és szüleikkel együtt előállították a rendőrségre. Rendőrségi források akkor elmondták, hogy a sértett az amerikai nagykövetség biztonsági szolgálatának egyik néger alkalmazottja.
