Lezuhant egy libegő az osztrák Hochoetz síparadicsomban kedd reggel. Több embert súlyos sérülésekkel szállítottak kórházba.
A baleset idején négy ember tartózkodott az osztrák Alpok Acherkogel hegyére tartó felvonó kabinjában.
Az első rendőrségi jelentések szerint mind a négy ember súlyosan megsérült.
Egyelőre kizárták a műszaki hibát. Állítólag egy fa dőlt a kabin felvonókábelére – számol be a Tiroler Tageszeitung. A baleset helyszínére mentőcsapatok siettek, és helikoptereket is bevetettek. A sérültek kilétéről egyelőre semmit sem tudni.
A Hochoetz síparadicsom közölte: „a többi felvonó érintett vendégeit folyamatosan tájékoztatták a kötélpálya hangosbeszélő-rendszerén keresztül”.
A felvonók használatát az esetet követően átmenetileg felfüggesztették.
