Az izraeli rendőrség bejelentette hétfőn, hogy letartóztatta, és kihallgatja azt a 65 éves dél-izraeli nőt, aki lőszereket és fenyegető leveleket küldött Naftali Bennett miniszterelnök családtagjainak – jelentette a Jediót Ahronót című újság hírportálja, a ynet.
Az elmúlt hetekben egy mind ez idáig ismeretlen tettes két fenyegető levelet küldött a Bennett családnak, s mindkettőben egy-egy lőszer is volt. Egyiket csaknem két hete Gilat Bennettnek, a kormányfő feleségének címezte, a másodikat pedig három nappal később Joni Bennettnek, a miniszterelnök 16 éves fiának.
A fenyegetések nyilvánosságra kerülése után a miniszterelnöki hivatal biztonsági tisztviselői úgy döntöttek, hogy fokozzák a Bennett család biztonsági felügyeletét, és a rendőrség nyomozni kezdett a feladó után közösen a Sin Bet belbiztonsági szolgálat illetékeseivel. A nyomozás további eredményeit egyelőre nem hozták nyilvánosságra.
„A politikai viszály, bármilyen mély is legyen, nem vezethet erőszakhoz, megfélemlítéshez és halálos fenyegetésekhez”- nyilatkozta Bennett a levelek kézhez vétele után.
„Mindent meg kell tennünk olyan vezetőként és állampolgárként, akiknek jövője és gyermekeik jövője ebben az országban van, hogy az ilyen jelenségek egyszerűen ne létezhessenek. Lejjebb kell csavarnunk a politikai vita lángját” – tette hozzá.
„Annyira szomorú, hogy ilyen dolgok történnek az uszítás miatt, és az emberek agyát olyan emberek mossák át, akiknek megvan ehhez a felületük és a befolyásuk. Megérdemlik, hogy börtönbe kerüljenek az agymosásért, amelyet az emberekkel tesznek” – írta Bennett középiskolás korú fia Instagram-fiókján, amely az izraeli fiatalok körében igen népszerű.
„Bárcsak 50 évvel ezelőtt éltünk volna, abban az időben, amikor az emberek még tisztelték egymást, ha nem is értettek egyet, nem buzdítottak gyilkosságra” – tette hozzá a Joni Bennett.

A hatóságok megrendeztek egy találkozót a „bérgyilkossal”, akinek a megrendelő át is adta a leendő áldozatok fotói. Az egyik kivégzéséért 6000 dollárt ígért, s át is adott 300 dollárt előlegként. Ekkor állították elő a rendőrök.
Az ügyben eljárás indult, a férfire 10-től 15 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés is várhat.

Három kárpátaljai lakost tartóztattak le január 30-én hamis valutakereskedés miatt – tudatta a PMG hírügynökség.
A vád szerint a trió jóval a piaci áron alul értékesítettek hamis ukrán és
külföldi valutát.
Az elkövetők között egy 49 éves ungvári nő, egy 58 éves munkácsi járási
mezőterebesi (Sztrabicsó) férfi és egy 37
éves rahói járási középapsai (Szerednye Vogyane) férfi
volt.
A hatóságok megállapították, hogy a csalók 2019 folyamán Ungvár, Munkács és
Rahó környékén körülbelül 30 ezer dollár értékben adtak el hamis pénzt.
A bűnözők a rajtaütéskor 1000 dollár hamisított pénzt adtak át.
Az ügyben eljárás indult. Mindhárom vádlott házi őrizetben van.

Január 22-én este a csapi ellenőrzőponton a határőrök őrizetbe vettek egy 25 éves orosz állampolgárt, aki bűncselekmény elkövetése miatt szerepel a nemzetközileg keresett személyek listáján.
A férfi Ukrajnába szeretett volna belépni de az ellenőrzés során kiderült, hogy körözött személyként szerepel az Interpol adatbázisában.
A határőrök kérésére az Interpol Nemzetközi Irodája megerősítette, hogy a külföldit nemzetközileg keresik, kábítószerek és pszichotróp anyagok tiltott megvásárlása, tárolása, szállítása, gyártása vagy feldolgozása miatt, Oroszországba történő letartóztatás és további kiadatás céljából.
A szükséges intézkedések befejezése után az elkövetőt átadták a Nemzeti Rendőrség Nyomozócsoportjának – olvashatjuk az Ukrán Állami Határszolgálat Nyugati Régiójának Facebook-oldalán.

Ismét letartóztatta a májusi dunai hajóbaleset ügyében megvádolt ukrán hajóskapitányt hétfőn a Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság – közölte a fővárosi főügyész az MTI-vel.
Ibolya Tibor fővárosi főügyész közleménye szerint a kerületi ügyészség 2019. november 28-án emelt vádat halálos tömegszerencsétlenséget eredményező vízi közlekedés gondatlan veszélyeztetésének vétsége és más bűncselekmények miatt az ukrán hajóskapitánnyal szemben. Az ügyészség az eljárás során végig azt a szakmai álláspontot képviselte, hogy a szökés határozott veszélyére és más okra is figyelemmel a legsúlyosabb kényszerintézkedés szükséges és indokolt. Az ügyészség ezért a vádiratában indítványozta, hogy a perbíróság rendelje el a vádlott letartóztatását.
