Ljudmila Deniszova ukrán ombudsman közölte, hogy a fogságban lévő ukrán katonák szörnyű kínzásokon mennek keresztül.
Elmondása szerint a legtöbb katonát Mariupol környékén ejtették foglyul, előbb pincékben tartották őket, majd pedig egy donyecki előzetes fogdába szállították őket. Elmondta, hogy meggyőző bizonyítékok vannak arra vonatkozóan, hogy Oroszország előre készült a deportálásra, és több mint kétmillió ukrán állampolgárt tervezett kitelepíteni Ukrajnából.
Az ombudsman azt is leszögezte, hogy államközi szinten kell megoldani az Orosz Föderáció által erőszakkal kitoloncolt ukrán állampolgárok visszatérésének kérdését.

Ljudmila Deniszova, a Legfelső Tanács emberjogi biztosa elmondta, hogy az utóbbi három hónapban a mariupoli lakosok a házak mellett temették el a holttesteket, a vízelvezető rendszer közelében.
A sérült vízellátó rendszer beindítása után a víz elborította az utcákat és udvarokat, s kimosta az ott lévő sírokat. Emiatt a város ivóvize alkalmatlan a fogyasztásra. Ezenkívül nincs hová elszállítani a hónapok alatt felhalmozódott szemetet, a hulladék egy részét szintén elárasztotta a csatornákból kiáramló víz.
A föld a légibombák és rakéták miatt szintén szennyezetté vált, rákkeltő vegyi anyagok halmozódtak fel benne, melyek rendkívül veszélyesek a városlakók számára.

Az orosz megszállók tömegesen erőszakolják meg az ukránokat, mindegy nekik, hogy csecsemő, aggastyán, férfi vagy nő – közölte Ljudmila Deniszova, a Legfelső Tanács emberjogi biztosa csütörtökön Telegram-csatornáján, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
Mint az oroszországi Murmanszkból származó ukrán ombudsman írta, „tegnap mindössze egy óra leforgása alatt az elszenvedett szexuális erőszak miatt 10 ember tett panaszt, köztük 8 fiatalkorú megerőszakolt. Ketten 10 éves fiúk voltak.” Jelzése szerint az elmúlt nap folyamán 56 telefonhívást kapott. „9 éves hármasiker lányok. Muszkák erőszakolták meg őket, súlyos nemi sérüléseik vannak. Mindezt az anyjuk látta, sokkos állapotban van” – tette hozzá. Megjegyezte, hogy sok ilyen eset van.
Az emberjogi biztos azt is közölte, hogy egy anya fordult hozzá, akinek a szeme láttára gyertyával erőszakolták meg a kilenc hónapos kislányát. „Egy egyéves fiút ketten erőszakoltak meg, meghalt. Egy kétéves kislányt ketten erőszakoltak meg, de életben maradt” – számolt be. Szerinte még az idősebb férfiakat is megerőszakolják. „Még 67 és 78 éves férfiakon is erőszakot tettek” – ismertette Ljudmila Deniszova.

Molotov-koktélt dobott egy ismeretlen férfi Ljudmila Deniszova, a Legfelső Tanács emberi jogi biztosa hivatalának bejáratára csütörtökön Kijevben, az ajtó lángra kapott, az elkövetőt őrizetbe vették – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a kijevi rendőrségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a fővárosi rendőrség egyelőre nem kommentálja az esetet. Szemtanúk viszont elmondták, hogy egy ismeretlen férfi gyúlékony anyagot tartalmazó palackot dobott az ombudsmani hivatal ajtajába, amely tüzet fogott. Ezt követően az elkövetőt őrizetbe vették.
Röviddel később Deniszova Facebook-oldalán megerősítette a hírt a Molotov-koktélos támadásról. Mint jelezte, az incidensben a munkatársai közül senki nem sérült meg, csak a hivatali épület ajtaja rongálódott meg. „A bűnüldöző szervek összehangolt munkájának köszönhetően a tettes már őrizetben van. Más robbanószereket is találtak nála. Az ügyben folytatódik a nyomozás” – írta az ombudsman.
